My resent stay at Batuta inn was Worst experience in my life. The room was far from clean, Cocroaches and bugs are all over the room. The management and staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. The breakfast was basic and the food was not fresh. Overall, the guest house felt rundown and poorly maintained, and we would not recommend it to anyone.
