We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. We were on a half-board basis and enjoyed delicious evening meals that were freshly prepared for us. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
We stayed at Hotel Ari Grand, Dhangathi from 22nd to 25th August 2026 and had an amazing experience. The highlight of our trip was *Mr. Odey*. He is truly a man of great hospitality — he took care of us with immense warmth and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. He accompanied us on all excursions and made everything seamless for us. Dhangathi is a small, calm and quiet island with very friendly people and delicious food. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The entire hotel staff, including the chef, were always at our service. The speed boat transfers, whale shark snorkeling, night stingray show and fishing were all unique and memorable experiences. It was very good value for money compared to other options in Maldives. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Ari Grand for your wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a peaceful and authentic Maldivian holiday. We will definitely cherish these memories and hope to visit again!
We were looking at all inclusive resorts before deciding to go with Ari Grand at Dhangethi. Am I glad I did. Ode and his team made our trip truly unforgettable. We got to experience the true beauty of the island culture which is never possible in fancy resorts. Fantastic food, affordable expeditions, ended on a high note with night fishing and a catered beachside dinner. Ode and his team made us feel safe and cared for and highly recommend them for anyone who wants a real Maldivian experience
Our recent stay at Ari grand Hotel Dhagethi was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect getaway for our family, especially with young kids. The kids-friendly pool was a huge highlight and kept our little ones entertained throughout our stay. We also loved the day picnic on the nearby island, which made our trip even more special and created unforgettable family memories. The food was excellent, with a great variety and delicious flavors at every meal. The service was truly top-notch—every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to the manager, Mihaad, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. Since we were traveling with children, he kindly arranged buggy service whenever needed, making it so much easier for our family to get around the property. Thank you to the entire Arigrand Dhagethi team for such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this resort to families, especially those traveling with young children, and we look forward to visiting again!
Our stay at the Ari Grande hotel has been amazing! It is a great location with the nearest beach only a 3 minute walk. Dhangethi island is beautiful and peaceful and all the local residents are so kind, helpful and welcoming. The hotel staff were all fantastic and went above and beyond. They were very accommodating and helped us plan trips and organise things that would work for our family of 3 generations. I hope we can visit again soon, thank you for everything.
