Our experience with Travel and More throughout the entire booking process was excellent. Their response times were exemplary and punctual. The guide they arranged was highly professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the five-hour tour. We warmly recommend organizing a rewarding city tour in cooperation with this operator.

The medina, or old city, of Tangier is an open air museum. It is a labyrinth of alleyways both commercial and residential. It's well worth exploring for the many small shops and stalls on offer to buy everything from Moroccan jewellery to fresh seafood, or just to soak in the atmosphere of this fascinating African city.
The Tangier Casbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the oldest part of this bustling city and its historic heart. It is a traditional Moroccan townhouse in the medina quarter of Tangier. It is a walled fortress-like complex that contrasts sharply with the open spaces of the city's souks, or markets.
Hercules Cave is a 10-minute walk from the coast, in the hills overlooking Tangier. The cave, now collapsed and covered with a hill of sand, was once used as a secret meeting place by smugglers and pirates from all around the world. This is the first and only cave in the world with galleries that have been inhabited continuously for more than 40,000 years. Starting from the end of May, discover this natural wonder of nature.
The Grande Mosquée of Tangier was the first mosque in Morocco, an architectural wonder and historic landmark in the heart of the Old Town. Now a National Heritage site, it remains one of the country’s most popular tourist attractions and a symbol of the city. The mosque was founded in 859 on the site of an earlier church that was converted into a place of worship after Mohammed’s arrival in Morocco. It has been rebuilt and remodeled many times since then, and is now known as the Grande Mosquée El-Mansouria. The visit is from the outside.

Samir was an amazing tour guide. He spoke great English and gave us a lot of information about tangier. He took us around all the markets and historic places. We had an amazing meal, rid camels, fed wild boars and saw lots of wild cats!!
Samir and Mohammed made our Morocco tour unforgettable. They balanced deep historical and cultural knowledge with kindness and humor, and they knew all the hidden gems for amazing photos. We’d recommend this experience to anyone—it was worth every penny and more.
Wonderful all day experience visiting Tangier! Samir and Mohammed were great guides who were patient and knowledgeable. We visited both the old and the new with time for pictures and learning the culture.
Our tour began very early with a on time pickup at our Malaga hotel. The car was nice and driver professional. The driver dropped us off at the ferry and we were able to use the provided voucher number to get our tickets. The only ferry issue we experienced was recognizing the line to get our passports stamped. If you wait too long to get in line you may still be waiting after the ferry docks in Tangier. Our guide, Samir, and driver, Mustafa, showed us a thorough view of the natural, cultural, and historical sides it Tangier. We had some event requests which were delivered. Samir took us to lunch at a restaurant frequented by locals and we ate a number of Moroccan dishes with portions too large to finish. We really enjoyed our time with them. The trip back on the ferry was easy and a driver was waiting to meet us when we arrived I at the terminal. A very full day and worth every minute.
This tour was AMAZING! Our guide, Samir Filali was phenomenal, as well as Mohammed, our driver. They were so professional, well informed, personable, and truly provided a wonderful excursion and a memory we will keep for years to come. Samir's deep knowledge of the country, its people, and its history added a rich layer to your journey, making him more than just a guide but someone who felt like family. Pros: the private transport to and from the port was seamless, Samir and Mohammed were helpful and informative, the restaurant and meal were spectacular, the camel ride along the beach was truly a once-in-a-lifetime, ample opportunity for shopping/ haggling. Cons: picking up the ferry in Tarifa was a nightmare, as the FRS Iberia/Maroc, Tarifa Port lost our ticket reservation (this was in no way a reflection of the tour company or guides). Experiencing all that Morocco has to offer through a small group private tour made a HUGE difference, as we were able to move through the attractions and sights at our own pace, with easy access to our guide for questions and picture opportunities. I would absolutely recommend this tour to everyone!

We did not go on the tour because our driver that was supposed to pick us up at our hotel at 6:30 AM never showed up. He apparently came at 9:30 AM as the hotel clerk called us. We were scared to go because we were afraid our tour guide in Morocco would’ve thought we not coming. We are asking for a full refund
Our driver from Malaga to the ferry in Tarifa was on time and friendly, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable for our group of four. After the ferry ride, we spent an enjoyable and informative six hours touring Tangier with our guide Samir. He took us to all the important sites sharing his extensive knowledge of Tangier and its history and culture. We felt safe with him and our driver Mohammed from the minute we met them. We enjoyed his company and sense of humor. Our day included a drive through several different areas of the city to get a flavor for modern Tangier, the Caves of Hercules, a short camel ride on the beach, walking tour of the markets and streets of the Kasbah and Medina, and a delicious lunch at La Terraza de la Medina. The museum in the former sultan’s palace was closed on the day we visited (a Tuesday). We recommend our booking company, Tour Travel and More.
Absolutely amazing. Our driver was terrific and got us there and back safely and comfortably. Samir Filali was just incredible. He is so knowledgeable and so kind. And his driver, Mohammed was wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour to friends. Please let me know if there is a site you would like me to post a review on.
Our tour guide Samir Filali was spectacular! He knew all there was to know on top of knowing everyone. He was like your favorite uncle. Camel ride on the beach thrilling. We were 2 women traveling alone in Morocco we felt very safe and he took us through the stops personally and my friend got her Morrrocan oil skin therapy options. He spoke very good English which enabled us to enjoy the Morrocan history he was imparting throughout the tour. Mohammed put taxi driver from hotel to the port was great as well.
It was a wonderful one day trip from Marbella to Chefchaouen on the 4th of August! I am very happy that I trusted Tour Travel & More and would do it again, their trips are different and comfortable. In the morning of the 4th, a driver was waiting for us in front of our accommodation in Marbella, exactly according to our email agreement. The driver welcomed us with some water bottles in the car and everything was clean and luxurious. Arriving at the port in Tarifa, the friendly driver came with us and explained where to line up. Everything became very easy and we ended up on the ferry. Samir, our guide, and another driver were waiting for us at the port in Tangier, they took us straight to the Blue City. Samir was telling us curious information and historical details about the people and Morocco. In the Blue City he invited a local guide - Mustafa, who lives in Chefchaouen and they were together telling stories about everything we were passing on our walk in the town. He also showed us some good quality local products, at good prices. Both guides showed us some empty streets and stunning views of the town. This helped us to make awesome pictures and see the authenticity of Chefchaouen. This private tour is special and non commercial. On the way back Samir showed us a panoramic view of Tangier, close to the beach and we took some pictures there. Tangier is also a beautiful and interesting city, worth visiting! Morocco is a unique place and I and if I have the opportunity to visit it again I will choose TT & more again. We were on time for our ferry back to Spain, but unfortunately the ferry was late. We were worried that the driver, who would take us from Tarifa, wouldn't wait for us, but he was there. He waited for an hour and half and he was so kind to take us back to the accommodation. It was a long adventure, but emotional and unforgettable! I will definitely choose Tour Travel and More for my next trip and I will be long telling my story of this unique experience! Thank you for being an honest company and guide everything by the plan!
This private tour was excellent - our guide in Tangier, Samir, was outstanding. He and our driver Said were great companions, taking time to show us the sites and give us a glimpse into life in Tangier. Samir made a point to get to know our interests and tastes to tailor our experience to maximize the time we had. We started with a drive through town, then visited the coast where the Mediterranean and Atlantic meet, rode camels and then ventured into the Kasbah and Medina. Lunch was at a fabulous restaurant in the Medina, clearly a regular stop on the guided tours. From there Samir made a point to guide us to shops and sites that we were interested in. Note to anyone considering this package: a driver picks you up and drops you off at the ferry terminal. It is up to you to navigate the ferry and customs on your own. The tour guide then meets you on the Morocco side. For the cost, I was anticipating a bit more expediting of the ferry and customs situation. If you have a car you might want to consider booking a tour without the pickups on the Spanish side.
To/from Malaga Hotel shuttle and Tangier driver = impeccable. Samir, guide, personable and articulate in English. Very well done through the Kasba showing spices, fruits, how residents work/live etc. Great overview of new vs. old sections of town. Had issues with out of his routine questions/answers. Personal summation: We spent $1100+ for the excursion. We were in-transit for 7.5hours. Excursion was designed to facilitate local economy. All of which is expected to a POINT. I would change the camel ride, the exploited archeological site, and stopping so the guy could sell us rugs for an entirely unique Tangier / Moroccan experience. Maybe tour the Sultan’s palace since it’s open to the public.
We had a wonderful experience visiting Tangier yesterday. Our guide Samir was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and took us to many wonderful places. Although we were there for just 1 day we left feeling we like we had seen so much of this beautiful city. He also took us to a great restaurant for lunch where we got to experience authentic Moroccan cuisine.
We loved to exploring the highlights of Tangier and learning about the culture of the people living there. Samir was an excellent guide that provide a wonderful and perfect amount of tour for a one day trip. I would highly recommend this experience.
In one day, you can learn lessons about the Muslim culture, that you will appreciate for a lifetime. There are many differences in food, dress, forms of worship, artistic styles, architectural styles. The people were warm and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The marketplace was an adventure. Cannot think of a better way to be introduced to a culture that just makes you want to peel the onion to discover more layers.
Best experience thanks to great tour guide Samir!! He made trip awesome! Most challenging part was boat cuz tgere was no order and delays. Excellent service from viator!
Absolutely amazing experience with ‘Tours Travel & More’ to Tangier! We had a mini bus pick up our little 9 person crew (4 adults, 2 kids, 3 babies!), in Torremolinos, and we headed to the port in Tarifa. They accommodated us perfectly. Communication organizing this day was easy and quick. Arrival in Tangier and Samir was our tour guide waiting at the port. We spent the day with him by private van / walking tour. We learnt a lot and had the most amazing meal in the Medina of Tangier. Truly an amazing experience and I would recommend 100%.
This was the best way to see Tangiers for our family of 5. Samir was outstanding in every way. Very knowledgeable about the city, its history, and is was wonderful to see how passionate he was about his home. And as silly as it seemed, the camel ride was really fun and the pictures of our group of 9 were worth it! I cannot imagine touring this city without Samir! He was very helpful in shopping, engaging with vendors, and even reserved a table at a wonderful restaurant with great views. Well worth every penny!
We enjoy 100% this experience our tour guy Sajid make everything safe and very comfortable, he was awesome taking pictures of our trip, explaining everything very well we love him… the city has many hiding beautiful places.
Samir was great! He knew a great deal of history which he made come alive with cultural context. I learned so much about the city that I’m now interested in seeing and learning more about this beautiful country . We were able to buy authentic Moroccan products and everyone who visits will know of our travels based on the unique artwork we acquired. Thank you Samir, a job well done. You represented your country well.
Samir was terrific and very knowledgeable. He gave us facts with context and brought the city alive. I can’t wait to tell my friends and family all I’ve learned. It’s a definite must if you come to Tangier! From the food to the history, a trip you won’t forget.
This tour was exactly what we needed for a day trip to Tangier. Every little detail was taken care of, nothing to worry about after being picked up at our hotel in a very comfortable car (Audi A8). Our guide, Samir, was awesome and was a wealth of knowledge. He grew up in Tangier and knew all of the great places to take us, including lunch at La Terraza de La Medina - the food there blew my mind. This tour was one of the more expensive options but worth every penny!
We loved the first part of this tour. The camel rides were great. The new city was beautiful. The food here was really good but a little pricey. It was good to see the old town but it smelled awful. We were glad to be out of that part of the tour. We are glad we went to learn more about Morocco.
We booked a private trip from Malaga to Tangier and it was first class all the way. The company communicated us from day one with any changes and ensured we had a memorable trip. We went by bus to the ferry and all we had to do was pick up the tickets at the window. We were met on the other side by Samir and our tour began. We were able to stop and take pics, ride camels, visit the caves of Hercules before lunch. Lunch reservations were at "La Terraza de la Medina" which provided awesome food with a fantastic view. Then the walking tour began with a true cultural experience. I always felt safe and was able to purchase some items with ease. Trip back was just as easy with drop off at our villa. This company is first class (we did 3 trips with them) and I would highly recommend and use them again on our next trip t Spain. The prices for the tours were not much more than other group tours but you didn't have the huge crowds.
Exquisite treatment by the guides. Yamal, lovely. It was a short time in Tetouan but we will return soon to visit the Medina.
Super experience!!! Totally recommended to go as a family, we went with our 3 children. The service with Tourtravel&More has been impeccable, super attentive so that we enjoy the experience and attentive to any unforeseen event that has arisen. It is clear that there is nothing better than going hand in hand with professionals like these to be able to enjoy a vacation like this, entrusting your vacation to people who live up to your expectations.
