A fantastic little hidden gem of a museum. Ticked the car box for husband and Fashion for me. Well laid out and thoughtfully explained. Staff were lovely too.

Excellent museum well worth visiting if in Malaga . Value for money and would recommend it to anyone who is into fashion and cars
Whenever there’s a car museum nearby, I’m in. Since my wife was dragging me through several countries on this Viking cruise, she had to go to the museum. Luckily, there was a fashion exhibition as well, so there was something she’d actually be interested in. The main exhibit combined automotive design (as illustrated by the actual cars) and fashion (as illustrated by the actual dresses). The exhibit highlighted the similarities between the two, by juxtaposing the appropriate dress next to the correct vintage car. There were plenty of cars in the exhibit as well, including some rare examples. All the major marques were present, and they also had an American section as well. Entry fee was quite reasonable, and it was a short cab ride away from the cruise port. Recommended.
Very nice experience. Museum is thoughtfully organized, based on periods of time of fashion and automobiles, and creates magic memories. Includes VR glasses overview of the whole tour.
This so far has been the highlight of our trip. My brother loves cars but the rest of the family only went because he wanted to go. We all ended up loving it! Very cool even if you don’t like cars or fashion.
Fabulous cars and fashion - a super hour spent!
Largest collection of vintage cars I have ever seen. Very impressive. Each car had a summary information card so you knew what you were looking at. The fashion side was less well organised. I had expected to see fashion for each time period displayed against the corresponding time period for the relevant cars. This is an area in need of improvement if only to keep my wife interested.
We went 2 families, 4 kids who were 3-12 years old. Only the smallest kid had a free entrance, so it’s not cheap when you visit as family, but it’s worth the money. The museum is really big, very nice cars and dresses well presented, good light, spacious, nice design. My daughter is 8 yo and she says it’s nice for girls as well as for boys, as there are great cars and nice dresses. She liked very much the virtual reality the entrance, all kids enjoyed that one. We stayed for about 1,5-2hours. It wasn’t crowded. Overall totally recommend it.
We arrived at 1:45 and they closed at 2:30 but we were able to get the gist. Cool cars.
Fun trip through the years of cars. Starting with some of the oldest, going up to around 70s. Recommendable and a good way to spend an hour or two.
Incredible visit . First of all easy to get to bus stop 110 from Torremolinus right outside the door . We love cars and fashion so this appeared perfect trip . Very interesting intro into the development of the museum -visionary . Exceptional displays tying development and evolution of the motor car with the unfurling of fashion . This was a win win for us . Exhibits were engaging in particular the hat display .
This is a self-paced walk through automobile history with a little high fashion thrown in. The vehicles are massive. I’ve only seen them in the movies. Seeing them in person gives you and understanding why when they were new only aristocracy had them and the grand entrance they must have delivered. Our favorite? The “Caballo Coche”, a car body on horse legs, what we speculate will be the car of the future as gas prices continue to climb.
Great place to visit, totally recommended
Great museum. Large number of classic antique automobiles also some beautiful fashion. Many historical pieces of clothing as well as antique glass lamps, and explanations of the history of the automobiles.
A very interesting museum in Málaga that pleasantly surprised us. The exhibition is quite impressive, with a large number of unique cars, some of which have appeared in music videos of famous artists, which adds an extra touch of excitement to the visit. A big advantage is the combination of automobiles and fashion - the displays are diverse and well organized. My teenage daughters were really impressed and enjoyed it a lot, which isn’t always the case with this type of attraction 🙂 I definitely recommend visiting, especially if you’re interested in cars or looking for something a bit different to see in Málaga.
I thought I would love the fashion and my husband would love the cars, but really it is all about the cars, They are pretty amazing, with good explanations of each car. Some are exact replicas, but that's ok. The fashion was cool also. The girl at the desk said you can see the museum in under an hour, but that is only if you rush through. Extra points because they really did allow us to bring our dog in!
Awesome car and couture collection
Visited here with friends and had a great time. A priceless collection of cars and they dovetailed well with the fashion exhibits. Located in a beautiful building too. Seamless entrance and plenty of space to walk around. Would definitely recommend.
We’ve been to many old car exhibitions, but this was the very best of them all: nice selections of ancient and old cars together with things in corresponding / appropriate times. Plus that the building itself was very beautiful! This is a MUST to all - even to those not into car history!
It is the second time I am visiting this museum. One of the best!
A great museum for the petrol head and fashionista alike. My interest was mainly the cars, of which there are some of the earliest models of cars whose names no longer exist e.g. Delage, Richmond etc through to some futuristic cars of the the 1970s and motorbikes. Included are immaculate condition Rolls Royces, Bentleys, a James Bond Aston Martin, Bugatti, Cadillac, Mercedes Gull wing, Citroen, BMW, Fiat, Lancia and more. The museum is spacious and viewing is easy although you are not allowed inside the ropes. The fashion side of things is mainly dresses, of which some are alongside the cars and others in separate viewing areas. All well worth the 12 euro entrance fee (reductions for juniors, elderly. Under 5s free) Allow about 2 hours for the visit. There isn't a cafe inside (machine vending) although outside there is a mobile cafe serving drinks and snacks. It is a little way out from Malaga centre. We walked from the cathedral and it took 50 minutes. A taxi back was 9 Euros.
The best car museum in the world - Or should I say a lifestyle museum Cars that are fashion in themselves combined with the fashion and travel accessories of the same decade. Great idea and wonderful execution. I would say that the bonus is that the show cars are all rare "millionaires". An under-advertised must-see attraction
As an exhibition of vehicles pretty good, well worth a visit even if you’re not a fan of cars, very clean and spacious with an interesting array of designer fashion and some quirky vehicles.
My wife and I visited yesterday and loved the experience. It totally exceeded our expectations ! We are not " petrol heads" but were so impressed with the beauty and the way the autos are presented . Thank you for a wonderful morning. Highly recommended 👌
Top class experience. Entertaining, informative, fabulous exhibits. Well worth the effort of getting out of central Malaga
We were on holiday last week, this museum was perfect, especially for my hubby, who Loves classic cars! Oh my word! What a size,of a building! We bought tickets on entry, beautifully restored cars,of all types! Very randomly, also classic fashion, which have been well looked after. It was very much, worth the visit thanks
This was one of the most fun and interesting museums I have gone too. Cars and fashion, how can it get any better??! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit very much. Highly recommend!!
fantastic museum, easy parking, great coffee outside... amazing collection of wide ranging cars in immaculate condition. you can get up really close to all exhibits. some very rare cars, and all very interesting. fabulous setting and building. would recommend to anyone as it is so relaxed and interesting
This is an amazing museum and it is a must if you are in Malaga, especially if you are a car lover or fashion lover. It is extremely beautiful experience, the cars are great and well maintained and the place itself is very clean. Was not even crowded, so perfect to take your time and enjoy, we have visited this November. Staff at the entrance was very nice, our ticket was booked for 13:00 but they let us in let us in half an hour earlier as we arrived too early so we did not have to wait. The virtual reality experience using the VR headset at the end was so fascinating, this is free and optional so it worth to try it. They also have a small souvenir shop if you want to leave from here with a memory.
This has an incredible amount of vintage cars which are all in pristine condition. All the well known famous makes, Studebaker, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bugatti to name only a few. You will find yourself browsing for ages and alongside some of the cars are the women’s dress fashion of the era. Something for both sexes here. Fantastic.
This is one of the best car museums and well worth visiting. Only had one day in port and was glad we took the time to visit this site.
Fantastic history of cars and how they were in their is told on an epic scale. I would recommend a visit for anyone. The museum has lots of interactive things and it’s a credit to the people who run it
This museum tells the story of car and fashion development through the decades from the 1920’s to 1980’s. 1 collection of 150 cars of the highest quality and condition plus 3000 items of high fashion clothing are exhibited in a special way. This is a gem of a museum for him & her
I judge many Concours events in America, and I am an appraiser and I’ve bought and sold hundreds of collector cars.i was surprised by the collection, especially the size, variety and rarity of the pre-war collection. There are also many contemporary cars including a 1956 Ferrari 250 GT, 1961 Aston Martin DB4, 1953 Aston Martin DB2, 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing. Etc. Enjoy!
The most beautiful and rare cars and couture fashion alongside. Why don’t others do it? Air conditioned and lots of space. So beautiful it gave me goose bumps! Beat the sun and the queues in the old town and visit here. I spent a very happy 1.5 hrs here.
One of the best things to do in Malaga. The whole museum is so well done one can’t help to be impressed
Anyone interested in classic cars and/or fashion will love this. Great venue well laid out and worth the entrance fee. We were there for a couple of hours. Fab
An unusual and fascinating museum featuring vintage cars and fashion. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was bigger and better than I expected. Well worth the entry fee.
The best museum I've ever visited (and I've known a few!). Wonderful old cars but not like any "motor museum" . The cars displayed against the fashion objects is a perfect marriage. The two go together perfectly. Cars aren't just machines. They're fashion statements, echoing personal taste and self-image. (yes I know this sounds like "the pseuds from VIZ comic, but many of us choose our cars for personal reasons, and this exhibition captures it magically.
Such a great place if you like cars and dresses. Had a lovely morning here looking at all the displays was a perfect morning out when the weather wasn't great outside.
Hot day when I was around.. good place to spend 1-2 hours. Be mindful of the break in between. They have a 3d viewing station with goggles just beside the ticket entry. Might be best to start with that so that you can have an idea of the best pieces inside
Excellent Museum! I did not want to go thinking I would not like it but my friend who has been a few times insisted I do as it was a combination of Automobiles & Fashion and not just cars on display.I was so surprised! I enjoyed it so much! The Museum itself is very spacious and everything is very well organized. It is also easy to get to by bus which stops right outside. I especially liked the hat display and hat boxes but of course the cars were amazing as well! So lovely and it was an excellent choice to spend some time there. You will not be disappointed.
Absolutely superb display of hundreds of cars and associated fashion One of the best museums I have ever visited. A must see
What a gem! We enjoyed a good couple of (air conditioned) hours wandering around and enjoying the fabulous cars and fashion on display. We both like cars and fashion but hadn’t imagined we would stay for two hours. It was lovely, really well laid out, with toilets handily placed part was round. Would highly recommend, especially as a good way to have some respite from the Malaga sunshine ☀️
For years I am coming to Malaga, stay close to MAM but did not visit. My bad! The museum is awesome! And i say this after visiting the one in Bruxelles. They have a lot of car models, from all epoques, beatiful and well maintained. Actually it was a surprise how many models they have as the museum seemed small from outside. At the end they have a nice VR show/game. Anyway, a must visit!
Excellent museum lots of things to see informative with English language signage. We spent nearly 2 hours there and enjoyed a coffee at the outside cafe. Staff were polite and facilities excellent. Would definitely recommend it and will return in the future.
I was underwhelmed when my partner said he wanted to visit a motor museum whilst we were in Malaga. How wrong was I? The place was fantastic. Yes there were copious vehicles to please the petrol heads but the displays were punctuated with fashion, art, military and furniture. We both thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon
Oh My this is one amazing Museum blending art, fashion and superb iconic cars .Everything is in fantastic condition and there are cars of great significance to the history of automobiles. Probably one of the best museums l have ever visited around the world , l just wish they had had a catalogue to buy .
Amazing must see place. Motor museum with a startling difference. Fashion as well as cars, equally fascinating. Many vehicles you have never seen or maybe even heard of. Housed in a very smart building. Top quality visit.
Tucked inside a beautifully restored tobacco factory just a 15-minute ride from central Málaga on the City Sightseeing bus, this museum is an absolute gem for anyone with a passion for design, style, or vintage glamour. It’s a little too far to walk comfortably, but accessible by both tourist and local buses. The collection is truly breathtaking — from impeccably preserved vintage cars to fashion pieces that reflect the eras they represent. Each section is introduced by a relevant historic car designer, which adds a thoughtful narrative touch that ties the exhibits together beautifully. It’s an experience that celebrates both engineering and elegance in equal measure. The virtual reality tour, included in the ticket price, was an unexpected highlight — immersive, fun, and really well executed. My husband and I were so captivated, we went round twice. While there’s not much else in the immediate area, the small café just outside offers a handy spot to recharge, and the timing of the sightseeing bus made the visit seamless. We spent around 1 hour and 15 minutes soaking it all in. This museum is immaculately curated and absolutely worth a visit — a solid 10 out of 10. A must for design lovers, car enthusiasts, and anyone who appreciates fashion history done right.
