We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sea Life, it was well laid out and clean. We missed the feeding times and unfortunately we didn't see the otters and only saw two penguins. I would advise anyone to check out the feeding times to make the most of your visit. There was also a cafe at the top with stunning views of the puerto.

Wonderful few hours with eight year old son. We saw tanks with sharks, fish, turtles. Very educational. Put hands in the tank to touch sea jellies. Staff were SO FRIENDLY. Virtual reality experience was amazing for extra five euros each…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Cafe on roof top. Clean. Animals poked after. Otters on top floor were fun!
Quite nice with kids, not so much to see. Expensive compared the value.
Unfortunately, this attraction is very small and over quickly. We were hoping to spend about an hour here, but 30 minutes was plenty of time to cover everything. Save your time and money—Selwo Marina is nearby, far better value, and a much more enjoyable experience.
Visited as 2 adults with a baby and it cost €41 - we were only in there about 25 minutes as it’s very small so we felt this was quite expensive and wouldnt return
If your looking to cool down and have a nice activity this is for you. Plenty to see and watching the Otters being fed was a real treat. Loved touching the star fish
This was a great spot they have very cool animals and the new otters are adorable I had no problems at all but the only thing is the shop I pretty expensive. But all and all it was a great trip and we saw some cool animals
I took my elderly mother and we both had an excellent experience. No queue and friendly staff. A great variety of fish and my mother loved the sea turtle and she had a great view of it in the tunnel. We also got to watch the otter feeding. We spent about two hours walking around. We didn't feel rushed and after the tour we had an ice-cream. It is worth a visit.
Takes about an hour to get around here.I was impressed with how health all the fish looked. Not too expensive and great to do when it's a vomit cloudy.
My husband and I went with our 6month old and she loved it.
Because we went on a rainy day, the queue was massive and we had to stand in the rain for ages. Once inside it was really busy. BUT the staff were nice and helpful and the exhibits were good
Small aquarium but nice for children An issue with entrance having pre booked tickets with viator but got there eventually Enjoyed the visit
I cannot belive they still charging full price when half the place is closed. We went round taking our time in 20 minutes. Upgrades being made. Another thing was the otter place up on top floor, also waste of time as there is no otters. Rip-off to say the least.
Id always wanted to visit a Sealife Centre,oh my word! It Did Not disappoint! Totally mesmerised by all the tropical fish! I couldv stayed there all day, just watching them swimming! We visited last week, when on holiday. Nice, pleasant staff very knowledgable, well worth the visit! Ty
Very small area for large turtle/shark. Says allow hour and half, took about half an hour, not enough to see, disappointed.
It was okay, the ticket was 26 euro on site which is expensive for such a short tour and only one interactive item on other floor was there.
It was very nice, i loved the otters and the sharks. i got to see the otters get fed, the gift shop was quite expensive though i still bought from it.
We visited Sea Life Benalmádena with our baby, and while it was a pleasant and air-conditioned break from the heat, it felt shorter than expected for the ticket price. The space is clean, the staff are kind, and the atmosphere is calm enough for small children. It is right next to the marina, easy to reach with a stroller, and a good indoor choice on a very hot or windy day. The displays are well maintained, and the underwater tunnel and small touch pools are fun for little ones. Still, the visit lasts about an hour at a relaxed pace, perhaps ninety minutes if you stop for feedings or photos. For the cost, which is around eighteen to twenty euros per adult, the route feels limited and ends quickly. The staff are professional and helpful, and everything is organized and tidy, but the attraction itself is compact. Booking tickets online in advance is essential, both to avoid queues and to save a few euros. The best time to go is early morning or late afternoon when it is quieter and cooler outside. In summary, Sea Life Benalmádena is good for a short, comfortable indoor visit with a toddler, yet it is not a full half-day experience. It offers smiles and calm, but not depth. Three stars for cleanliness, kind staff, and convenience, minus two for limited value and duration.
Definitely worth a visit. 20 Euros per adult. Loads of different fish to see, with a walk through tunnel for a close up of the sharks and a huge turtle. Also outside they have Otters. Really well set out.
It's a very nice place but really small could definitely do it in 20 mins, we got to the gift shop and starting looking around for the rest! It is really well done and the animals are lovely but way to small for the price
My husband and I went to Sealifevtoday. We are in our 60s and it was hot so we thought we’d pop in. The entry price was 22 euros (without the extra 3D ) It was absolutely wonderful and there have been many changes since our last visit years ago with our children. A 3D section has been added so you can feel as if you’re in the sea. Also a virtual reality beach which was amazing. It was all very clean and the staff were excellent. I gave it 5 stars because it deserved it but I have to say that the prices in the gift shop were ridiculously expensive. If I went with the grandchildren I would definitely avoid the shop.
I’d agree with most of the reviews, it is small and you can make your way through fairly quickly but it is worth a visit to see the fish, turtle and the otters on the top floor. It is very clean and air conditioned
A small and overpriced attraction. Some of the fish are impressive but very little there. The main tank is viewed from 3 different viewpoints. Twenty minutes if you take your time. Note the minigolf is included if you book online but not if you pay on entry.
It was ok. The interactive section with kids is cool but for the price you pay I was expecting the whole thing to be much bigger. They had an otter sanctuary that wasn’t open and still being built when we got there. In total, you would do the whole thing a half an hour. It was fine to go to but wouldn’t go back again.
I honestly thought the review saying its a 20 minute experience were exaggerating, they are not. Its over as fast as it starts. Very strange experience. Id say its 20-30 mins kinda experience We paid 13.50 via the online promotion and i felt this was even too high, therefore 20 eur full price is madness
Amazing to see animals we don't have in our UK based sealife centres. Although we didn't see the otters and the shark part where can get good pictures upstairs was crowded with other customers not moving for others to take Thier own pictures just have to wait and then pictures are worth it. It's air conditioning makes it nicer a to walk through also due to fact outside is warm on marina.
We decided to go while passing today. (A Sunday) it was 19e something for adults, two of our children are 15 and to get a child ticket you have to be under 11! So it cost us over 100e for 6 of us. No soap in the toilets, at the price in you would expect some kind of level of hygiene. The exhibit is nice but the main attraction is a big tank with turtle and sharks in it but just seen from different angles and ways. Then the otter kingdom was absolutely awful. No greenery for them whatsoever, just mud and muck. The windows were filthy to even see in to the otters!! Should not be so expensive!!
We booked on a whim looking for something to do and it was brilliant. We had a really nice time watching all the fish and the otters were a delight. Well worth a visit. Top tip - book online the day before and you will get a discount on the tickets compared to paying at the door 👍
As a few people said, £50 for 3 people is incredibly steep. I dont think I was in there more than 25 mins. Staff seemed happy enough and some nice fish. Maybe £50 is the going rate these days? I wouldn’t plan your day around it. Pop in if you have an 40 mins to spare 👍
Not worth the money no incredible fish to sèe. Look unhappy in crowded tanks Too crowded too hot Stay in marina and watch wild fish swim past Or watch a movie. Dissapointed.
Very expensive at around £50 for 3 adults and only takes an hour to go around. It is nice enough, staff were friendly and helpful but not good value for money and cafe was closed for a refurb. You are better off going to the nearby Selwo Marina.
Lovely little aquarium with very active marine life: octopus and seahorses. The otters were a riot playing tag and chase.
We went here today with my 3 children, parter and father. It was OK. We paid €109 for entrance. It's smal, got through it in less than one hours. I wasn't too impressed but the kids like it.
Great activity for the kids to get out of the heat for a bit It is a bit expensive for the amount of time you’d spend in there but then again all these things are! Staff are very friendly and knowledgable Gift shop is very reasonably priced!!
Staff arre amazing in this sea life. The attraction is a an amazing place to visit and in a great location. Once the mini golf and cafe are back open I will be back. Must visit for kids and adults
I visited recently with my daughter. As a wheelchair I bought a concession ticket & a carer ticket. Sealife is very small than expected and its so busy. my daughter really struggled with the wheelchair as theres not a lot of space, its dark and the flooring is uneven & bumpy. I got stuck on the rope bridge and 4 guys had to help. The lift is very small & there is a small cafe but serves no hot food or drinks (ice cream, sweets and juice). We weren't impressed & really struggled so we left. Didnt see all of the beautiful creatures
Nice aquarium, very similar to most SeaLife Centres. Clean and well kept. Good variety of creatures and interesting tanks. Otter feeding was a highlight and very fun to watch.
Very fun. The fish were great. A bit busy and noisy. My son needed eardefenders. We had to leave our IDib exchange for the ear defenders. The clown fish and octopus were the best
Came on a rainy day in benalmadena with my husband and 2 year old. They could really do with a warning about how dark it is. I've been to many sea life, zoos, the deep at Hull (uk) etc and found this much darker and difficulte to navigate than usual. I am a 34 year old mum who looks totally normal but had brain surgery to remove most of a tumour that has taken away my entire balance system on the left side, my brain relies on my eyesight rather than my vestibular system (the organ that allows us to balance). When it's dark I either stagger or just collapse, I staggered a lot fortunately and had to rush my way through (with a 2 year old) and get out before I had an accident. I told the lady on the desk that I'd really struggled and there wasn't enough warning, I had a brain tumour that affected my ability to walk in the dark and that it was dangerous for me. She didn't hesitate to give my family a full refund and gave me a pat on the back.
Oh my days, what a waste of money this exhibit is. The best bit (if there is one) was the big pool with a few ray fish in. It’s very dark inside and you have to watch your footing due to uneven flooring, this is probably done to add atmosphere to the surroundings but not overly safe anyone is unsteady on their feet. We went to the bio park earlier in the week which was just a little bit more expensive and it was beautiful, we had a lovely lunch outside watching the monkeys swinging through the trees. So swerve the aquarium and go to the bio park and have a good time.
Utter ripoff, price extortionate and very little to see, save your money and do something else in the area. Worst seaside centre ever.
Really interesting and although smallish, it's really well worth calling..More there than we thought..WE ARE IN OUR 70's but still fascinating visit .ie not just for Children. Young lady staff member was most pleasent and knowledgeable. We saw other feeding and seahorse feeding and even touched certain live objects.
Very poor and excessively expensive. Too few exhibits for the same price as Sea World Birmingham UK with six times the number of exhibits fro the same price
The entrance was a tad confusing, the stairs going down were not open, meaning a long queue for the lifts, very small attraction, but with good informative visuals about the sea life, lack of staff present in case you had a question regarding fish life
Visited whilst on a few day break in Benalmadena. Was expecting a small discount with my sons access card but granted free carers entry which was a bonus Disappointingly the otters were hiding so we didn't see them but my son loved changing the colours on the jelly fish tank and I loved seeing so many sea horses. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Worth a visit
Very nice and small albeit informative tour. My 8yr old loved it and the otters were cute. We spent 2 hours and had lots of fun. Great work
My daughter had a blast seeing all the fish she already knew from her first encyclopedia of fish. Great time and friendly staff.
Sealife in Benalmadena is a wonderful place to visit if you're planning a holiday to the sun drenched resort of Benalmádena, although personally I think the prices are a bit steep its still fascinating to visit, lots of interest in here it's most definitely well worth checking out if you're planning a holiday to this sun drenched resort,I found it amazing viewing these beautiful creatures, loved it ,will probably go again next time we holiday to the Costa Del Sol.
Must visit when staying in the area €19 well worth the money great variety of animals some you can even touch! Huge shark pool you can stand underneath staff very friendly and give talks during the live feeding
Took 20 minutes see all. We paid 20 for each family member, not worth it! Paying 5 would have been fair. I do not recomend it! Nos tomo 20 min recorrerlo todo. Pagamos 20 euros por cada ticket, exagerado! Para kami, 5 euros hubiera sido justo. No lo recomiendo!
