Such a wonderful experience with Alba, the market experience was great and then we had such a wonderful time cooking the paella with everyone!

Albo, in a word, was fantastic. We started our experience with a trip to the oldest market in Malaga. She was very helpful, had a great sense of humor, and her teaching manner was perfect. Would highly recommend. It was one of the highlights of our trip through Spain and Portugal.

My friend and I were lucky as we were the only 2 in the paella cooking class on a Sunday evening. Fatima was our instructor and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot as we prepared gazpacho, sangria, churros and paella. We asked a bunch of questions and she had all the answers. Really fun experience. I highly recommend this class.
