Loved the guide. Tour was lacking. This should be titled a walking tour. Saw very little of castle and thought I was going into Pravda museum.
Alejandro is a fantastic, knowledgeable and personable Guide. However this particular tour doesn’t have enough content for the price
This was a great walking tour in Malaga. It started off a little bumpy when the tour operator contacted us to cancel the day before due to our guide being hospitalized. However, they offered us to convert to a small group tour with 2 additional people for a 25% discount so we took this option (NOTE: There were actually 4 additional people who joined us on the tour, but the tour operator increased the discount as compensation before we even contacted them. Kudos to them for smart customer service.). Our tour guide (Alejandro) was very good and knowledgeable. His English was easy to understand, and he took the time to answer all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the sites we saw. When one of the sites we were supposed to see was very crowded, he adjusted the order of the tour on the fly so that we came back there at a later time when it was less crowded. Alejandro also adjusted the walking pace when some of our group were tired. I highly recommend this tour but caution that it is strenuous. There are a lot of steps and uphill walking at some of the sites.
Our guide, Pilar, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and a great guide. Unfortunately, we did not enter the Mercado because it was closed, we didnt get into the Cathedral because of mass, and we didnt get in thebAlcazaba because it was too late. Lesson learned: Dont do this tour on Sunday.
The tour operator delivered what was included, all the stops + private tour and our guide was very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this tour operator. They are reliable.
Loved Jade, tour guide, lots of energy and friendly. Knowledgeable of Malaga, made the walk enjoyable. Highly recommend her for tours.
Jade was an amazing guide who worked at our pace and was very patient when we had trouble finding our spot and were late. So incredibly knowledgeable about her country and history! I would recommend her to anyone!!
The tour guide, Jade, was very knowledgeable which resulted in a wonderful experience! We went with our mom who’s 80yrs young and she was very accommodating going at her pace and finding an elevator so that she didn’t have to go up stairs. Highly recommend!
This was the best tour we have taken to date ! We were greeted by Silvia at the front of the tourist center. She was very informative about the market place and all the options for amazing food! We truly enjoyed all she had to share. We then proceeded to the Cathedral. The history of the cathedral and the different phases of its building, usage and artists will keep us reading and learning about Malagas history and the legacy of times past. We then want to view the Alcazaba castle where she was very informative about its structures , there origins and its history. We thank her for a wonderful afternoon!💕
Highlights oh Malaga. No waiting for others. Individual attention. Catered to our wants Specific items/ foods of Malaga Jade was so personable. Very attuned to us and what we wanted/needed to learn. Loved it
Our guide was exceptionally good, and very knowledgeable. A great experience and better that it was a private tour.
Elmira is very knowledgeable and witty. She covers what’s expected and is very pleasant to be around
I reached the meeting point about 25 min early. Sent a msg about 15 min prior to meeting time and never had a response. My card was charged in advance. Having an issue with Viator to get a refund. They need to vet their providers better
Good informative lay of land tour.Guide Almeria was fun ,helpfull, knowledgeable and willing to work with guests .
We actually didnt get to do the tour. Our guide was in a motorcycle accident on his way to meet us . He is fine ,just minor injuries. We received a refund .
Monica was a fantastic guide. She really knows her stuff when it comes to Malaga even the secret elevator to get to the top of the fortress. We were on a cruise so only had one day to explore and this tour was a great way to see the highlights of Malaga. It’s such a beautiful city.
Our guide Mohammad was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the history of Malaga. He took the time to focus on our interests. He was very kind and made sure we were comfortable the entire three hours. He did not rush us and game us such a great tour with all the questions we asked answered. He also gave us a few recommendations of where to eat and the restaurant did not disappoint.
Lots of walking but at an easy pace. Saw highlights of old and new. Our guide Jade was very informative and a delightful tour guide.
My wife and I had the best private tour in Málaga! Our guide. Monica, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and showed us both the famous sites and hidden gems we would’ve never found on our own. It felt relaxed, personal, and so much fun. Easily the highlight of our trip—highly recommend!
Very warm weather dress cool and book early . Our guide Beatrice , Bea was amazing! She knew all the spots to take us to and even was able to get us into Catholic Mass on Saturday night. She suggested local delicacies she even treated us to a coffee and the ice cream of Spain. She was extremely knowledgeable about Spanish history and Picassos life. When we asked about dinner , she was sable to get us in without a reservations . The food was delicious!
Silvina was a wonderful guide with in-depth knowledge of the area. She was also very responsive and flexible! Highly recommend
