Malaga Highlights By Electric Car With Port Pick Up

The couple that met us at the pier was awesome. They even led the whole group to stop to get my mom since she couldn’t walk down to other end of pier. The car was easy to drive and fun!! The tour leader used a radio to communicate with all the cars and made sure we stayed together. We had a couple of great stops for photos and no pressure for my mom to get out since it was hard for her to do that. Great info about the town. Lovely sights and a chance to see parts we would not have seen on a large tour bus. We did this instead of a ship sponsored tour. Cheaper and more fun. Highly recommend.

We had the best morning in Malaga with Alex & Gemma! This is a great overall tour of the city. From easy port pickup - to driving the electric car - to seeing this beautiful city - to the explanation of all the different areas- to port drop off - everything was so smooth. Thank you Alex & Gemma!

Well organized, safe, great way to explore the city. Car was meticulously clean and well maintained.

Our Tour began at 1 PM on 3/23/26. We met our tour at the port. We did not have to leave the port to join up on the tour. Our tour also ended at the port. We would highly recommend this tour. It was fun to drive the little electric cars. Our guides provided detailed instructions on driving the car and a walkie talkie so you could contact the guides. The guides were very knowledgable of the city and surrounding areas. They provided facts and additional information to a prerecorded description of what we were seeing. They were also very safe when driving and directing us where we were going, when we were turning and what to watch out for, ex other cars on curves & hills. They made our adventure a fun time which we both thourghly enjoyed. Once again we would highly recommend this tour.

Alex and Gemma were spectacular hosts and tour guides. They looked after all of us, answered questions, gave recommendations, and so proudly represented their city of Malaga . After traveling by cruise for many years, this is the BEST port excursion we've ever been on. Worth 2-3 times more than the price charged in my opinion.

An informative and fun way to explore Malaga. The guides were terrific. We saw parts of Malaga we would never see on our own.

The people giving the tour were very nice and well organized.  Pickup at the pier was also a big plus. The actual narrative given by the tour operator was very hard to understand.  Vehicle noise level probably contributed to the problem.  My one negative was that the tour operator talked over the GPS automated narrative making both unintelligible. Asking ourselves what are we looking at? The driving was managed very well, keeping us all together.  We were in the last vehicle and many times we got caught at an intersection at a red light.  He gave us instructions that he was waiting at a specific site for us to catch up.

This was a fun way to see the sights of Malaga. Pick up was easy and the car was fun to drive. A good experience.

Our tour guides Alex and Gemma were extremely knowledgeable of Malaga. There was so much to see and Alex was explaining what every landmark was along with recommendations for places to visit that were either free or charged a small fee. Gemma’s little turtle (the Ami) was fun to drive and got a lot of attention when we were diving round Malaga. Alex and Gemma were such lovely tour guides. I’d absolutely recommend this activity to anyone.

Very cool experience , highly recommended, the tour guide and the lady were super nice people and gave us good recommendations for food places.

We had a fun morning driving around in a cute little car on this tour. The car was very easy to drive and traffic in Malaga was not too bad in the morning. It was a quick and easy way to sightsee the various neighborhoods in Malaga.

Highly recommend...great deal...fun driving these little 2-seaters! They picked us up at the cruise terminal and dropped us off there as well. Interesting stop at the Cave of the Treasure! Three hours went by so fast but it was just the right amount of time. We booked through Viator.

First communication w the tour guides, second, and best of all, driving your little electric car in a caravan was loads of fun! The tour itself was a great overview of each of the communities closest to the town and the best views from the top at the castle! Highly recommend this tour for all the right reasons-don’t worry, the cars won’t let you speed or crash!

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour, it was a lot of fun! Gemma kept in touch with us when we docked and made it very easy to find them. When we got off the ship, they were right outside waiting. They gave very good instruction and good narration during the tour. The cars looked like they were brand new and were very easy to drive. The caves were awesome and the scenic stops were beautiful. We were happy to take this tour on a very hot day, instead of walking, and got to see a lot more of the city than we would have otherwise.

Cars were well cool very clean easy to drive. Tour guides were very informative on the trip and we got to see great views of Malaga and learned so much history. Communication from booking to meeting them was excellent. I would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great 2 hours.

Wow this was so fun. Our tour guide Mario was the best! Also the company that owns the cars (Alex) was equally great to work with. Very knowledgeable of the city telling shops and restaurants to eat lunch. This tour showed great highlights so that you know exactly where to go back to do more of what you would like. Book in advance they will communicate via talk to tour operator or WhatsApp. I would give 10 stars if I could. Everything was exactly as described plus.

The cars were fun a great experience. Wish the communication from vendor was easier. The vendor changed pick up time to an hour earlier than booked we didn’t have entire pick up information so was a bit mix up which caused late take off they deducted 1/2 hour off tour from everyone

Could not understand guide because extreme static and poor English. We were told two stops and only got one. We signed up to be dropped off in town but taken back to port.

Mario, Gemma and Alex were so kind! The pickup/drop off was simple and hassle free with the guides easily identifiable. Mario made easy and explained traffic was chill in Malaga:) 2 hours was plenty and they made sure to show us the graffiti we had mentioned! Great time!! Thank you:)

At first, the cars and the Electric Car Tour team were waiting next to the boarding gate of the cruise terminal. Gema and her partner explained to us what the Tour would be like and then how the cars worked. The electric fun cars were very clean. Driving was very fun while the GPS audio guide explains the curiosities of the city. The views of the city at the Gibralfaro stop were wonderful. This tour in Malaga by electric car is the best choice.

Super Fun and interactive! Best way to see Malaga highlights whilst having a blast and being agile 😎 They even meet you at the pier right off the ship… no muss, no fuss! Viator guides were amazing…. knowledgeable, friendly and very patient (waiting for those who missed lights, left no one behind)! They never once tried to rush us and took the time to answer any/all questions. This tour was great, fun and well worth it!

What an amazing experience!! We would recommend this tour to anyone! From booking this excursion Gemma was in contact with us every step of the way .. my mum uses a mobility scooter and we was worried if she could do it as we couldn’t take the mobility scooter with us as the cars are too small but Gemma offered to store it in her car so mum could partake. This made mums holiday. Mario and Gemma guided us around Malaga chatting to us through walkie talkies about the area, very knowledgable and so friendly

By far one of the best tour experiences I’ve had. The guide was great. He took time to tell us about the beautiful city of Malaga while also being attentive to our interests in food, the history of the city and most importantly our safety. Highly recommend this tour experience if you want to see some of the most magical places in Malaga with great people. I would also note the cars are very clean and they do a great job of walking you through operating it at the beginning of the tour. 10/10!

We absolutely loved this tour! The electric car itself was easy to operate, and a total blast too! Turned lots of heads too, with some of our fellow cruise passengers saying they wished they’d done it as well! These fun little cars sure capture everyone’s attention! We were able to cover plenty of ground around beautiful Màlaga, and being able to see the city from such an awesome vantage point was priceless. What we saw in those two hours was so much than we could have ever done on foot or part of an organized tour, and in a cooler, more fun way! Loved the fact that having so much fun was done with zero impact on the environment. Our guide Mario, along with Alex and Gema, made this an experience to remember, and one I hope to enjoy again soon! Thanks to ALL of them for an amazing tour!

Nice tour, we really enjoyed it. We reached areas, which we wouldn’t have seen without this tour. The three hour version added a walking tour through the center. This package is strongly recommended. Very professional and nice guide!

The Twizy is the funkiest EV to drive! Really nice and comfy to sit into! Bit tricky starting off at first, especially with the handbrake, as it was horizontal and under the dash panel (I eventually managed to get familiar with it). I also had to watch for traffic at the same time. The guide really helped me a lot with starting off, and once I started moving off, I gained a lot of confidence. Once leaving Calle Alamos and onto the wider roads, the fun factor kicked in. I put my foot down, and noticed the rapid and smooth acceleration even with a slight touch of the accelerator. I began to feel a euphoric sensation as if I was driving in an ultra futuristic metropolis, but at the same time, being very observant with the traffic and landmarks as well. It was very chill cruising along with the sun shining, especially along the coast and up the hill to Gibralfaro. The guides were very friendly and did a very comprehensive 2 hour tour of the city, including stops close to the cruise terminal and at Gibralfaro for observing the stunning views. They were great for pointing out interesting facts about the city, talking about the historical aspects, as well as assisting with taking photos of me while I posed at various features at the viewing points, as well as with the EV. They also looked out for me during the tour on a frequent basis, and made frequent contact using the two way radio to check if I'm doing fine. The cute electronic voice (possibly Twizy talking to me?!) kept me well informed of approaching landmarks while driving. For anyone intent on visiting Malaga, this tour is a very sensible one where eco-consciousness is concerned (there is growing demand for sustainable tourism options these days, for good reason), and doing at least one tour with them an absolute must if you want to really see and appreciate the city. This was a great way to see more of a big city, like Malaga, in a short time, but in an up close way. Gema and David were great guides and very informative.

The experience was more beautiful then expected. Very kind guide David and Alex who shared Málaga's history and treasures. Breath taking views from Gibralfaro and the Marina. Loved the private tour.

Had an amazing tour with Alex and Jessica where our time was limited in malaga, but they took care of us and show us the most important attractions with a great brief on each one of them, not to mention the complementary professional beautiful pictures they took for us. Highly recommended.

We easily have an overview of the city. Small cars are fun and we are very well supervised. Very useful for people with reduced mobility.
