Uncover the little treasures of Málaga on a unique Crime Investigation Tour. Equipped with a GPS device and a detective bag we provide you with, you will explore interesting sights and beautiful hidden corners in the historic city center of Malaga whilst looking for hidden items to solve a fictive mystery crime story. You will pass by top attractions like the Alcazaba Castle, the Cathedral (La Manquita), Churches, the exotic park, Picasso's birthplace, and will explore lovely little corners off the beaten tracks in the narrow streets of Málaga. As you are on your tour in Málaga, you are independently on your own and do the crime investigation at your own pace, enjoying the charming center of Málaga.

Stop At: Malaga City Adventures Meet your chief detective for the welcome, game briefing and handover of the GPS device, crime book, investigation gadgets and contact phone.
Stop At: Alcazaba Pass the Alcazaba while following the investigation route and search the surrounding historic area for clues. Admission is not required.
Stop At: Plaza De La Merced Cross this historic square and search the surrounding streets for details connected to the case.
Stop At: Fundacion Picasso - Museo Natal Pass Picasso’s birthplace near Plaza de la Merced while following the clues through this historic part of Málaga. No museum entry is required.
Stop At: Iglesia De San Juan Bautista Pass this historic church in Málaga’s old town and continue searching for clues among the surrounding lanes. No entry is required.
Stop At: Mercado De Atarazanas Pass Málaga’s historic Atarazanas Market and search its colorful exterior and nearby streets for the next clue. No entry is required.
Stop At: La Calle Larios Follow the clues along Málaga’s best-known pedestrian street and observe details hidden among its architecture and side streets.
Stop At: Parque De Malaga Walk through Málaga Park as part of the case and search its paths and surroundings for the next investigation clue.
Stop At: Malaga Cathedral Finish the investigation route near Málaga Cathedral, look for the final hidden details and continue to the nearby end point for the solution.

A wonderful way to explore Málaga and have fun at the same time. Aaron L
This was a brilliant way to explore Málaga, taking in the parks, the sights, and the hidden back streets.
You meet your guide (ours was Tim and he was amazing!) who sets you up with a bag of things you might need, booklet and GPS compass and then leaves you to it! It's perfect if you prefer to take your own time instead of following a clipboard in a large group.
The guide is always on the phone if you need help, and at the end they meet you again and wrap the whole thing up. You even get a few souvenirs to keep.
Well worth the money and would recommend to anyone who likes to explore and loves puzzles.

My husband and I are in our 60s and that may have affected our experience but we did not even finish because we were frustrated with finding the clues (one was missing) and were not having fun.
Tim, the guide, who instructed us how to do the hunt was super nice, personable and very helpful though!

We did this tour with our 4 year old daughter (who wants to be a detective!) and she loved it. It is very well organised and planned.
Matthias was a great host and explained the instructions very well.
There was a quite a lot of walking so make sure you plan some ice cream stops to refuel! We did this on our first morning in Malaga and is a great way to orientate yourself around the City.

Myself and my partner did the Malaga crime investigation tour today. We decided to do it because we also did the Malaga city advanture treasure hunt, run by the same lovely people. It was once again engaging and exceeded expectations. A great experience. Fun for all ages!! Thank you Ellie and Mattias!
If you are wondering/pondering/considering booking this tour my advice is go ahead and book -- you won't be disappointed.
I am a recent resident of Malaga (originally from the UK) and now I live here I have many people visiting me and Malaga City Adventures is the one experience that I have come to realise is one that everyone will enjoy, from 8 to 80!
Over New Year I had some adults and one 8 year old to entertain, we joined the Treasure Hunt (another must-do!) but for now my review is about the Crime Investigation Tour and for this I was the sole adult with my 13 year old niece. We both had an amazing time. The clues are pitched just right (although I probably wouldn't have made it through without her - she is super smart!). We discussed it together afterwords and agreed that the time, love, care and attention taken made it a joyful experience -- that's not something you come across too often.
It is a really fun way to explore the city and I learned much along the way despite being resident here for nearly a year.

This is a really great tour! You get a GPS device preprogrammed with stops and you go from point to point looking to solve the murder of Pablo Picasso. We had a blast finding all the clues and seeing the sights of the city at the same time. A really wonderful and unique way to tour. Cannot recommend this enough.

I had to change the time of this activity twice and matteo was very acclimating. There were some lovely touches and the activity was really good fun and a nice way to get to know a city. Well worth doing. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would urge anyone to give it a go.

This was a great activity, which took us around two and a half hours to complete (with a short pit stop). We got to see lots of the city and the interactive nature of the tour kept us all entertained! It was definitely a fun and different way to see the sights!

What a fun way to see Malaga. Even though we are residents of Spain, it was good to be able to let the family go around parts of Malaga with no fuss, and have a bit of fun along the way. Malaga is a wonderful city, and not short of restaurants either.
I will certainly promote this Tour to other visiting family and friends.

We were warmly welcomed by Mathias at our meeting point. We booked the murder investigation tour for a bachelorette party and planned it into our one-day stay.
The tour was perfectly organized and thought out. We walked through very nice little alleys and also found one or the other small hidden shop. The idea is very lovingly designed with lots of great details. I can recommend the tour to anyone. We have been 7 girls and had a lot of fun. I can recommend not walking around too many before the tour and saving the energy for this wonderful tour. Through the tour we explored much more in a playful way. The graduation was equipped with a little surprise. Thank you for the great organization and help if help was needed at one point or another. Keep it that way.

The tour through the old town is fun and exciting and also took us hobby detectives to places we would otherwise have simply missed. The instructions were easy to understand and also navigating with the GPS device was super easy. In between there was also time for tapas & a glass of wine. We can only recommend the Malaga Crime Investigation Tour to any traveler - whether for the first or tenth time in Malaga. Keep going, dear i cachr team!

One of the most beautiful and extraordinary tours I have done. While searching for the killer of Picasso we got to know the beautiful downtown of Malaga and also special corners and it was exciting until the last moment. Overall, a very refreshing change from pure sightseeing.

My family and I were very excited about the crime tour and were not disappointed ! Last year, we already had the original ( original ! ) Treasure hunt participated , which already excited us very much . Again we got to know new places in Malaga that might otherwise have escaped our attention. The puzzles were varied and excitingly designed , A great holiday event and absolutely recommendable !
