José Luís was an excellent Driver/Guide. My friend and I didn’t know what to expect, but Luis made sure we learned a lot and also have the best time! We highly recommend this 2-hour tour of Gibraltar!

Itinerary
Your professional driver will pick you up at your hotel or apartment to go to Gibraltar. About 2 hours of tour. Arrival at the border with Gibraltar, there will be a change of car and you will be picked up by your guide, who will do your tour in Gibraltar.
Once in Gibraltar, your guide will show you this beautiful city. You will start by visiting the most symbolic place, the monkey area, the only place in Europe where you can find these cute baboons.
It is not every day that you visit The En of The World. According to Greek mythology, one of Hercules' twelve labors was to come to this point and make sure the world did not continue.
The cave of San Miguel is a place full of mystery where history is mixed with legend. A place that has served for many purposes: weddings and events in the Victorian era, a hospital during the Second World War, a place of hiding...
Considered one of the most amazing works of military engineering in the world, you will be amazed by the tunnels dug by man in the rock of Gibraltar.
3 countries, 2 continents, 1 viewpoint: take the best picture of Gibraltar from the Skywalk
At the end of the tour, your guide will drop you off at the main street so that you have 2 hours of free time before returning to Malaga.

The entire tour was seamless. Our driver was punctual and was a good driver. She communicated with our Gibraltar host who had a sign for us at the exit of border control. The Gibraltar tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us sufficient time at all the stops. He made sure to warn us about the monkeys snatching food and bags. He also stated that they could be aggressive and bite. Thankfully a cruise ship was not in port, so we had plenty of time for lunch and to walk back to the border crossing the runway. We did have to wait about 15 minutes to cross the runway due to a British Airways flight departure. That was interesting to watch their process. Our driver helped us find a toilet before the trip back to Malaga. So happy to not have to figure out the logistics on our own as it’s very steep to walk to all the spots and only small cans can traverse the roads.
Luis was an amazing tour guide....took us right where we needed to be to see all the highlights in his van (otherwise you're walking, and it's a hike) . Very knowledgeable and friendly. And the rock is a must see.
We enjoyed the tour. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly but seemed in a hurry and not particularly enthusiastic. It was a very short tour-only 2 hours to see the views, the caves, and the monkeys. The skywalk is really just a platform with a great view. This was definitely fun, and we’re glad we went, but it was very overpriced for a 2 hour private tour from Malaga. We should have hired a driver from Malaga and a tour guide separately. PS if you want to shop in the city center, don’t go on Sunday.
Our driver from our apartment was early, did a great job! John, our guide in Gibraltar, was very knowledgable, informative and patient. Highly recommend for a day trip! Please note….if you’re afraid of heights, John is a great driver but you go to the top of the rock!
Trip was well coordinated, and organizers kept us well informed. Jose picked us up at our lodgings and drove us to the border. The car was new, clean and comfortable, and Jose was a safe and polite driver. The queue at the border was fairly long but it moved quickly. Passports were stamped by Spanish border officials on entry and departure. John, our guide, met us as we entered Gibraltar, exactly where he said he would. He drove us through town to the Rock, and provided an overview of what we would see, and a very interesting historical commentary en route. John took us to the entrance to the nature reserve, and got our wrist bands while we took in the view from the Pillars of Hercules. John drove us to five of the main sights within the nature reserve, and provided an excellent overview of what we would see and how to optimize our experience at each one. He expertly manoeuvred his van through the narrow roads, tight spaces, and heavy traffic on the Rock. Points of interest included St Michael’s Cave with sound and light experience, skywalk, Apes Den and Siege Tunnels. We were somewhat disappointed because the Rock was shrouded in cloud and we did not have a clear view of Africa. Monkeys were everywhere at Apes Den where they provided a lot of entertainment including jumping on and off moving vehicles with amazing agility. At the end of visit to the nature reserve, John took us to the town centre and gave us a great recommendation for lunch. From there we made our way back to the border where Jose met us for the return trip to Malaga.
It was a wonderful day, especially due to JoseLouis, our guide. He was very informative and a lot of fun. We enjoyed all the sites but would have liked more free time at the end as by the time we had lunch it was time to meet our taxi for the return drive to Malaga.
The trip from Málaga to Gibraltar and back was very well organized. I highly appreciated both the ride to the border and the tour within Gibraltar itself. Excellent communication, interestingly presented information, and it was extremely valuable that transportation to the sights was provided by car, as walking the route with small children would have been difficult. It was nice that they proactively offered to take a family photo. They showed us the main attractions and explained them well. Of course, we also saw the monkeys and learned how they arrived in Europe and why they feel so comfortable here. It was a very smart and good decision to use the services of this company. I can definitely recommend it to others as well.
Our driver, Juan, who picked us up right at the cruise ship dock in Malaga and drove us to the Gibraltar border was excellent! He was punctual, a safe driver, and friendly. Our driver/guide, Joseluis, in Gibraltar, was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. We had a great time on his tour!
Really nice tour! We would do this again. It was well timed and was a nice day trip. The driving switch at the border was very well organized and seamless. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable.
The tour from Malaga was well worth the expense. The transfer from Malaga was on time and well appointed and it was nice being able to leave water bottles and other small items in the van for the trip back. Crossing into Gibraltar was interesting because that was entirely on our own but was easy once we knew where to go and what to do. Our tour guide (Luis) was waiting for us in Gibraltar and it was nice to visit all the sites by car instead of walking to everything. He was a wealth of knowledge as he grew up in Gibraltar and was able to give us many historical details about the places we were seeing. The only surprise is that the tour ended in a popular square with many restaurants and once we finished having lunch (on our own) we had to make our own way back to the border to cross back into Spain. The taxis were easy to request from the square though and it was only a 10£ taxi ride to get us back where we needed to be. I would absolutely recommend this full day tour for a great experience in Gibraltar.
Nice trip with about locall guide. Had more free time in Gibraltar than expected (over an hour and a half); would have preferred more time walking through the tunnels as we felt a little rushed there, but the local guide said his time was up. Driver to and from Malaga was excellent.
Excellent trip to and from Malaga to Gibraltar. Van and driver were very nice. Our guide in Gibraltar was knowledgeable and entertaining. Weather was great also.
Our guide, John, was very knowledgeable about all the details of Gibraltar as he is a longtime resident. The best part was seeing the monkeys in the wild and the amazing views!
Our driver was punctual and friendly. Getting to Gibraltar is not that easy, remember it's not Spain...and neither is the UK! So we had to do a passport control. Once inside, our guide Johnny showed us around this interesting city? state? it's hard to explain. We spent a very nice day getting to know this little corner of the UK in Spain.
Angel our driver very kind and helped us with Spanish words. Very prompt. Danny our guide let us take our time to enjoy the tour. Very informative and told us alot about Gibraltar history and city life. Very nice private tour.
Impressive tour of Gibraltar, full of history and stories you wouldn't believe. If you are a WWII lover, like me, you will love Gibraltar. Special mention to our guide, Jose Luis, and to the person who assisted us during the whole booking process, Sonia. Everything was easy thanks to them.
A city/state difficult to explain, very curious. Gibraltar has surprised me, since my only reference was the monkeys. It is much more: history, landscape and meeting Jose Luis, our guide, a man whose family has been there for 4 generations, gives a very interesting point of view.
I sincerely thank Sonia Aguilera, who followed us with sympathy and professionalism from the moment of Reservation, until the day of the excursion, making this day fantastic. I also thank the very kind Alberto, special driver and the very nice Jose of Gibraltar who made us live a beautiful experience with the monkeys of the Rock and showed us all about his beautiful land.
