The most wonderful experience! It truly feels like a big, loving family. Its greatest asset: definitely its people! They ALL make this place feel like home, right on the beach. You miss the ones who are not there anymore and you start loving the new joiners. Amazing place, amazing soul, amazing experience!
Its one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Its like staying in a villa but you are in a hotel. More sunbeds than people and you have as much space as you ever need. Rooms are huge and look like they were built yesterday. Food was superb, staff were excellent, the location is right on the beach, 15 mins walk from Marina. 20 mins from airport, we will most definitely be back. Honestly cannot fault a thing.
We had a wonderful stay at Vincci Selección Aleysa. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located right by the beach. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff, who were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and luxurious, the breakfast was excellent, and every detail reflected the hotel’s high standards. We felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so memorable. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benalmádena. We also ate at the restaurant, which has stunning views, in the evening ,and it was by far the best food we had on our whole trip !
If i could give 6 stars to that hotel, i would. The team is amazing and i think that they are the heart of the hotel making the stay very pleasant. Pepi and Lucia and the chef from the restaurant made soups for my 6 months baby every day, and they always remembered our favorite dishes and preferences. The guys from the reception( Lucas, Sophie and all the others) were very kind and everyone was smiling and spreading good vibes. Amazing hotel rooms food and beach. Thank you !
We recently stayed at Vincci Selección Aleysa to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the service was impeccable. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. Sophie and Carlos were wonderful, and we’re so sorry we can’t remember the names of the other male and female receptionists and another waiter who looked after us, they did introduce themselves, and they were all equally exceptional. Our room was huge, spotless, and beautifully prepared with rose petal, such a thoughtful and romantic touch. The restaurant table was also decorated, which completely exceeded our expectations and made the evening feel incredibly special. The food at dinner was exceptional, and breakfast the following morning was equally outstanding, beautifully presented, high quality, and a perfect start to the day. We even popped back to the room briefly in the evening and found housekeeping carefully checking everything was perfect and adding thoughtful touches like bedside carpets. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was incredible. The warmth, professionalism, and care shown by every member of the team are exactly what you hope for from a 5★ experience. We felt completely looked after and celebrated. A truly special stay and we can’t wait to return.
