We booked the apartment for five nights. The location is good, close to the beach, and it has all the basic utensils you might need. The kitchen is small but reasonably well equipped. Overall, the rooms are clean, the bed linens are clean, and the bathrooms are clean. There are some minor issues, though. For example, in the showers, it’s hard to select the water flow so that it doesn’t come out of both the overhead and handheld outlets at the same time. This makes it quite difficult to take a shower without getting your head wet. The underground parking is good. Many complain that it’s quite narrow, and yes, it is a bit tight, but the parking spots are arranged in a way that most cars will fit. If you need to use the car daily or multiple times a day, I can see why it could be an inconvenience. However, compared to similar parking spaces in Valencia or Barcelona, this is pretty typical, as parking in Spain tends to be quite small. The balcony is nice, and overall, the place is pretty much what was advertised on booking.com. One positive point is that, on our fourth day here, the elevator broke, and within less than an hour, someone came and fixed it — a nice sign of good maintenance. What I didn’t like: the floors were dirty — really dirty. I’ll share some pictures so you can see how our socks looked after just walking around. My daughter’s socks looked like that only five minutes after putting on a fresh pair. Another downside is that we chose this apartment because it was advertised as having a washing machine. The problem is that the washing machine is full of mold — completely unusable. You can’t wash any clothes, and when you open it, it smells awful. This is probably not the management’s fault but a design issue: the furniture around it keeps the door permanently closed, preventing air circulation and drying. A practical solution would be to replace the machine and remove the cabinet door so the washer door can remain open to dry out. Another negative point is that, although the apartment is not exactly cheap, the coffee machine doesn’t come with any coffee pods. After driving more than 1,000 km, we had no coffee in the morning and had to go buy some. Honestly, if they spent €5 for a box of 20 pods and included just two or four as a welcome gesture — even raising the price by €1 or €2 — it would feel much more welcoming. Instead, it feels like they just want your money without offering thoughtful service. The fridge, on the other hand, was clean — the opposite of the washing machine. Overall, it’s an average place in a touristy area. I’m not sure I’d stay here again, but overall, it’s not a bad choice.

My experience is fine. Good location. infrastructutr: grocery stores, café, pharmacy. Oh, yep, sea in a, roughly, 250m. Quick response /support from the owners.
I always rent the one bedroom penthouse. It's super modern and very private and safe. Very close to the mercadona and the beach not to mention awesome bars and Indian restaurants. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you.
The management there are animals. They only want your money and don't care about anything else. We book the apartment for 2 weekend days during our trip in Spain but unfortunately the family got infected by Covid-19 while we were in Seville so we could not go. We informed them and asked if we could get even a partial refund as we need to extend our stay to quarantine ourselves where we were at instead of spreading the virus to others - not only to the rest of the family, but also their staffs and the community. Believe it or not, they said "Covid is not a valid reason" and refused to do anything, fully charge our credit card for the 2 nights we had booked immediately. While the apartment may look clean and nice, you wouldn't know what are hidden with as it's managed by such the heartless so-called human.
This modern apartment is very nice but needs a few things changing to make it top notch. Squeaky beds are a no no from me. It's missing a full length mirror for the ladies and the Aircon could be colder. Tv remote sadly didn't work properly and couldn't be replaced but the dealing agents are great and did everything they could to rectify any issue. Water and sweets as a welcome pack but not put in fridge and the apartment was hot when we arrived as Aircon wasn't on prior to this. All these small things can make such a big difference. I would happily stay again at one of their apartments.
