Location is good and apartment is quite but smells like there is a issue with building's toilet pipes and there is no privacy for whom want to use toilet and shower cos the doors are glass also the apartment like square shape and middle of the apartment all windows looking a empty area and there is no blinder on the windows apart of those negatives if we need to tell some positive things so apartment warm enough and nicely decorated and as I described it very close to down town where the all cafes bars and restaurants just 5 min walking distance

A most peculiar appartment layout which included a view over an internal balcony into the office below where you could see people working. You could hear every word being spoken in their office and presumably they could hear everything from the apartment. Both the toilet and the shower are part of the main room and only sealed off by at glass door whick doesn't reach anywhere near the ceiling, which means that all of the noises and smells from both of those rooms filled the apartment . There is no external extraction of air at all, which causes the entire room on our 1st floor apartment to become quite stuffy and full of all of the smells of living. The bed was comfortable but the place was noisy bothearly and late from the street activity.

I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunate it's not the case. The apartment is newly renovated, but they chose style over common sense. First, there is a huge open shaft right in the middle of the apartment which brings loads of light... including at night. So if you are planning to sleep but your neighbor decided to turn his lights on, your apartment will be illuminated as well. It's impossible to sleep without some sort of sleeping masks to block stray light. Second, there is the terribly designed toilet with glass doors (so your partner can watch you taking a dump) and with no ventilation whatsoever, meaning all the smell from the toilet will stay in the apartment itself. But that's not the worst part yet. Above all there is the noise. The apartment is not sound proof at all, which means that all street and neighbors noises will feel like it's indoors. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones every night. It's a pity, because the place looks nice, but after one week of terrible nights of sleep, there is no other way to review this place.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Malaga, everything is walkable distance from the apartment. Bathroom is incredibly small and has no ventilation, the bathroom door is not closing fully, if you aren't with someone very close you cannot use the toilet comfortably. Also, the toilet is about 30-50 cm from the bed. Cleanliness can be improved, we've had some spider webs and dust, especially in the AC. Towels can use some softener. The worst part is that the window have absolutely 0 noise insulation. You can hear like you're on the street with other ppl. There were some works going on in the neighborhood while we were there and we couldn't sleep even with earplugs.
