Lovely hotel setting, cleaning is great, you can hear every sound in neighbouring rooms which isn't great when trying to sleep. I visited as a celiac with a nut allergy, cross contamination seems to be everywhere in the dining room. No celiac safe cocktails/mocktails & deserts available, as well as big open tubs off peanuts next to clean drinking glasses. We mentioned the cross contamination to our holiday provider and they told us to speak with reception staff, we were brushed off and told to speak to the chefs at mealtime, the same thing we had been doing already. We felt like it was us being unreasonable even though we were assured twice in email that celiacs/allergens would be appropriately catered to. Two chefs even joked and laughed in Spanish about us after we asked if something was gluten free, imagine laughing at someone who is trying to protect their health! All in all we paid for an all inclusive holiday and we struggled finding options to safely eat every single day. We ultimately felt like we had lost out on the money we spent. Shame as the location and a lot of staff were lovely but everything felt so cheap. It's amazing if you enjoy drinking cheap beer and eating cheap slop for food. We definitely will not be back.

Fantastic holiday. Our 5th visit to the hotel, to return in may 2027. Can't fault any aspects of it. Unfortunately we did have rain but the Entertainment Team put on a Party with an Lady playing the violin. She was excellent. Bingo was also provided to help us through it. The evening Entertainment is really good. Although we've seen it a lot now. I have to comend all Staff. They are friendly. Amazing how a smile goes a long way even though There is a language barrier. Well done all of you. Can't wait for May.
We (2 adults and 2 17 year olds) have just returned from a week here. Rooms- Spacious, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Pools- Very clean and well maintained, we never struggled to get a sunbed and we didn't try until after lunch. Staff are regularly collecting glasses and tidying up. Location- Fantastic location across the road from the beach and bars and restaurants right outside. Its about a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Food- The food was tasty, varied and plentiful, the salad bar was particularly impressive! We never struggled to find something for everyone to eat. Drinks- There is plenty of choice, the only criticism being that drinks go flat in plastic glasses, but we were happy to accept this as who wants glass at the pool side! The hotel and grounds were immaculately kept and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Please ignore previous reviews about rude staff, there aren't any, maybe people should speak how they'd like to be spoken to! Overall a fantastic holiday, our only niggle being that it is advertised as 24 hour all inclusive but the bars shut at midnight. We would definitely visit again.
This is our second time coming to stay here and we loved it like the first time. The location was great as the beach was just on the doorstep and lots of shops nearby. Public transport was fast and easy to get to and from places with reasonable prices. The food at the restaurants were delicious and there was always something new to try every day. There were lots of activities to get involved in for all ages which ultimately made the stay more fun and interesting. The evening entertainment was great and there was something different on every night. The foam party and white night party were amazing and very fun. We would definitely recommend to everyone.
We arrived late on Monday night and the staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly! They were quick to spot my son’s (10) Barcelona jersey and chat to him about soccer and the World Cup while I checked in our room and a room for my Mom. The friendliness of the staff didn’t stop at reception, every single member of staff you encountered day or night said hello. My son is trying to learn Spanish and they were very patient and encouraging. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault with the cleanliness of the entire hotel, it was spotless for our whole stay. As with all hotels, you definitely need to be down early to get sun beds by the pool. We found the food selection fantastic, great selection of new dishes each meal along with some staples that are always on offer. It was great to see some of the dishes being prepared in front of you, all the ingredients were fresh and the salad bars etc were constantly being restocked. This is definitely a family friendly hotel, but I would flag that the kids club didn’t have great uptake for our stay. My son tried it one day and ended up leaving after about half an hour as there was only him and 1 other child there. The staff at the club were lovely and had loads of activities for the kids to do, but did say some weeks have less uptake than others. Also, the activities listed on the app (other than the kids club) are for over 13s so worth knowing to avoid disappointment. My Mom tried the spa one of the days and absolutely loved it! Very relaxing and easy to book via the app. Overall, we loved our stay and have rebooked for next year!
