Eurostars Malaga Hotel

Solid Business Hotel: Great Rooms and Breakfast, Practical Location, Modest Beach ## Purpose and Facilities Stayed during a work off site. So most of the time was spent in the conference rooms. These come in different sizes and are good for this type of event. ## Room and Comfort The room is spacious and the bed was super good. ## Breakfast and Service The breakfast was good and with a good variety. The staff were friendly whenever they were requested. Efficient and pleasant, like a well timed espresso before a meeting. ## Location and Transport The location is not in the city centre and there is not much around to visit. However, it is two minutes away from the main train station, which also makes it easy to go to and from the airport. A taxi to the city takes up to 20 minutes, so it is OK. It is also walkable to the city and to the beach. The beach is not the best though. ## Overall Condition The hotel is in good condition and serves the purpose. Ideal for work trips where comfort, breakfast, and transport links matter more than being in the thick of the tourist map.

Good location next to the train station. Kind staff at reception, However, for a short city trip, Astoria may be a better option, as the walk to the center is longer than expected if you’re going back and forth throughout the day. The room was clean, but amenities were quite limited: no espresso machine, no slippers, only one towel (which felt insufficient for a tall guest), and no bathrobe. The double bed is a standard double rather than a queen-size bed, so pay attention to that when booking. One of the electrical outlets was also not working. Overall, I found the hotel somewhat overpriced for the level of comfort and amenities provided.

An absolutely wonderful stay at this upscale Eurostars hotel in May 2026! My appreciation goes to the awesome front-desk staff Carlos, Carolina and Sandra whose personalized and kind attention to guests, exemplary customer service skills and impeccable English language skills are outstanding. I also enjoyed meeting a member of the housekeeping team named Hanna who kept my room impeccably clean throughout my stay. Each of these staff members was charismatic, multilingual, knowledgeable and helpful, and treated me and other guests with genuine respect. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Málaga. The hotel is located within a five-minute walk from Málaga María Zambrano Train Station and the main bus station, with several supermarkets and many restaurants and bars nearby. The location is perfect for both business visitors and tourists. The rooms are large, modern and very clean… some with great mountain views. Breakfast is quite nice and includes hot options, cold cuts, fruit and sweets. Definitely recommend.

A 5 minute walk from the train station, a 10 minute walk from the bus station and a 25 minute walk to the Cathedral. Bed was huge (big enough to hold a party), with the room also holding everything you could need, including a mini fridge. Great bathroom with a double shower. Breakfast was amazing with choices for everyone. No pressure to eat and run. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Quiet and very safe area despite being close to the station.
