I had a wonderful experience staying at Lockwood Hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly attitude and willingness to help with any questions I had. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out and made the entire stay more enjoyable. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is situated in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it's an excellent base for exploring the area. Another feature I really appreciated was the convenient parking. Having a secure and easily accessible place to park made coming and going completely hassle-free, especially after a long day. The amenities also exceeded my expectations. Having drinking water available 24 hours a day was incredibly convenient, and the complimentary coffee served every morning was a great way to start the day. These thoughtful touches may seem simple, but they made the stay feel more comfortable and welcoming. Throughout my visit, the hotel maintained a clean, organized, and inviting environment. The common areas were well cared for, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was easy to unwind after a busy day, and I always looked forward to returning to the hotel in the evening. Overall, Lockwood Hotel offers an excellent combination of modern accommodations, outstanding customer service, a great location, convenient parking, and thoughtful amenities. Every part of my experience was positive, and I felt that the hotel provided great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again on future trips and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends, family, or anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. It's the kind of hotel that pays attention to the little details, and those details make a big difference in creating a memorable guest experience.

Earplugs are not a turndown amenity! This hotel has had a jet-engine roaring out of its AC units since the day it opened, years ago. Management has known the entire time. Every guest complains. Their fix? Not a repair but a pair of earplugs, pre-placed on your nightstand, waiting for you like it's routine. Because it is. That's not an amenity, it's a confession. You don't leave earplugs instead of chocolate unless you've fully given up and just budgeted for the complaints instead of the compressor. Years of guests losing sleep, years of the same known defect, and they still charge full price like they're delivering a five-star stay instead of a runway simulation. That takes a special kind of nerve charging premium money for a room they know will keep you awake, then handing you foam plugs at check-in as if that settles it. If you want to pay top dollar to sleep next to a jet turbine, this is your place. Everyone else: stay anywhere that considers "fix the AC" a reasonable use of years of guest complaints. Rumor is they are looking to build a sister property next to a train depot.

A beautifully appointed room with crisp cotton sheets, a very large flat screen TV, a wonderful bath (with a glassed-in shower). The staff was attentive and friendly. Although we just stayed one night and didn't use any of the hotel's amenities, I highly recommend this hotel. One of the nicest I have stayed at.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and chic. The staff is delightful - shout out to the front desk and the restaurant manager! The food is delicious - from fluffy omelettes and fresh Maine berries at breakfast to innovative sous vide octopus at dinner. I am genuinely fond of this hotel and I hope to have many occasions to return!
