Canopy By Hilton Portland Waterfront

Our stay at the Portland Canopy was absolutely incredible! The property itself is phenomenal, beautifully maintained, and genuinely spotless. Cleanliness is something I really value when staying at hotels, and I was beyond impressed with how exceptionally clean everything was. The amenities were fantastic as well, especially the complimentary bikes, which were such a fun way to explore Portland! What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was Andrew. He was hands down the absolute best! We were visiting for a very special occasion, and Andrew went way above and beyond to make an already special trip even more special. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for guests really stood out to us. He is truly one of those employees who makes a lasting impression, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Any hotel would be incredibly lucky to have someone like Andrew on their team. The entire staff was wonderful, and it is clear that everyone takes pride in the property and the experience they provide. Between the beautiful hotel, spotless rooms, fantastic amenities, and exceptional hospitality, we genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return. A huge thank you to Andrew and the entire team for making our visit to Portland so memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing experience! My husband and I went here for our babymoon and had such a wonderful time. The location is ideal and extremely walkable to the main restaurants/shopping areas and close to the harbor. The staff were so kind and even gave us cute gifts for the baby. The bar was also a fun little hangout spot, serving food and good drinks by very kind bartenders. The restaurant Saltyard is also located in the hotel. They also have bikes you can take out. What stood out most to us was the rooftop bar, Luna. It was absolutely beautiful, the food & drinks were amazing, and the staff was BEYOND accommodating. Thank you all for making our getaway weekend so special!

We had a great long weekend at the hotel! Room was clean, large, and comfortable. Really appreciated the space for luggage so it wasn't all over the floor, and the big bathroom is always a plus! Location is within a 15-20 minute walk from the majority of spots in Portland proper one would likely visit, and even the hotel itself has a great coffee option at Salt Yard, and a very fun rooftop bar! Have to shout out Alec at the front desk - he was able to get us a room right away when we arrived early, and sent us to his favorite restaurant Terilingua, it was our first stop on the trip after arriving having yet to eat that day! Food was fantastic and he was so helpful with other recommendations, and had a great energy. Definitely a huge asset to the hotel! Really enjoyed our long weekend in Portland and can't wait to return! Would definitely stay at Canopy again.

We had an excellent stay at the Canopy by Hilton Portland Waterfront. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. We ate breakfast at the hotel, and both the food and service were excellent. We especially enjoyed the live music in the bar on Friday night—it was exceptional and made the evening particularly memorable. We did not eat dinner at the hotel. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland.
