THey asked what we would like to do and I said, Market, botanical gardens, slave museum, waterfalls and village. It seemed none of this worked out. We did a quick run through market. Told a spice garden was better than botanical gardens, was told waterfall was dried up, and never made it to village. We asked to stop at a bar on beach, one was closed due to private party other had nothing we wanted. Overall dissapointing, tour guide didn't seem into it at all.

Today we went on a private tour with Fabien. From the start it was clear that he takes pride and passion in his tours on his own Island. The car was very clean and he took care of us as if we were family! He checked our itinerary of what we wanted to see and adapted it to the season, time of day and more so we could enjoy the most out of all that Mahé has to offer! He took us through all the spots and we weren’t rushed at all, instead he took time to offer information, get us in the better spots and even made sure we had the best secret grilled fish meal (on the beach) I’ve ever tasted on holiday! He offered extra stops at less known scenic places that only locals know of. I can really recommend this amazing person that made our trip in the Seychelles memorable!
Met Trevor promptly from the cruise ship and began a 4 hour tour. After requested stops at the cathedrals, he took me to the Botanical Gardens, leaving me to explore on my own. Continuing, we drove around the island stopping at a lovely beach and a pair of local churches before concluding the 4 hour tour.
Amazing around the island tour with Fabian! I thought this would be too long and not enough to see…I was wrong. Both my husband enjoyed and appreciated Fabian’s driving skill, knowledge of Mahé and Seychelles, plus recommendations for the big places to see and the hidden gems.
Excellent excellent ! Went with Camile. He truly showed us what the island Mahe was all about The high country and the coastline and the little towns in between Won’t forget it
Our driver asked where we wanted to go on our Mahe island tour? We are unfamiliar with the island so you tell us! He also thought we'd booked a 4 hour trip instead of a 6 hours trip. After this was clarified by a phone call he was really nice and helpful. Took us to some lovely places with amazing views of the island. He dropped us for lunch at an amazing restaurant with the most beautiful views of the beach. We went to a fabulous waterfall. He told us about growing up on Mahe and what life was like. Overall a lovely day out.
A good way to get a flavor of Mahe for a day. Very flexible itinerary. Good way to spend time waiting for a late flight out.
Camille was an excellent and friendly guide - very knowledgeable and accommodating. We saw many parts of the Island and had a terrific lunch at Anse Royal. Highly recommended.
Our guide Tico was patient, explained in great detail the answers to questions we had about the culture. The van could hold 4 people plus luggage easily. It was just the two of us. We had plenty of time to explore hidden gems around the islands and got breathtaking views.
We had a fantastic full-day tour in the Seychelles with Fabian. He is a knowledgeable and professional local guide who shared fascinating insights about the islands, culture, and nature. The tour was well-organized, relaxed, and truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Fabian for an authentic and memorable experience.
Good tour of the island. Our driver was very flexible and yet sure we got back to our ship on time. Recommended
We had a good day with Fabien despite the intense heat and humidity. The car was comfortable and had good aircon, thank goodness. We went to all the places we had asked to go to and the scenery was beautiful. It could have been made better by Fabien giving us more information about the places we were visiting and passing by, also about the island in general. It felt to us that he was more of a driver than a guide.
Martin was a very good guide and left the choices to us, very knowledgeable and friendly. would recommend this tour
I had a great day with Fabian as my tour guide, it felt like I was hanging out with a friend! He was courteous, considerate, and oh so cool. The opportunity to personalise the tour was a bonus for me, and we went at my pace. Highly recommend booking this tour if you’re ever in Mahe. 10 over 10!
Camille was prompt picking us up at our hotel and discussed the itinerary with us to ensure it was tailored to us. He was a safe driver, friendly and keen to share his experiences of island life. We had an excellent lunch at a beach cafe. A great way to explore Mahé. Would highly recommend.
Even when the main operator was not able to come, the had a reliable service. Dave was able to accommodate us to see the island of Mahe. Lots of walking but good pace. Flexible and accommodating to requests. Thanks for showing us around.
Punctual, very good comunication and good patience for our needs. The schedule was done almost according to the booking details.
Camille was very patient. He drove us to some beautiful beaches. Our last stop was Valle de Fruits. This place had fresh juice and cut fruits to buy.
Excellent person, reasonably priced & know in and out about Seychelles! Perfect for a tour. Highly recommend. Showed us the main places on Mahé island.
Driver of very good company and knowing his subject perfectly. His humor and his smile are the two descriptors that represent him well.
We booked this tour as a family with two children and felt completely comfortable. Our tour guide was like a friend to us. He introduced us to nature, animals, and the people, and tailored the tour to our needs. We would book this tour again and again. Thank you for the warmth!
Punctual. Very friendly. Knows his island well We have almost become friends To see the tour of the island and its beaches and its roads that rise and turn in all directions before descending
Very unambitious tour, which was significantly shorter than expected. Some of the announced programme items were omitted.
Individually - after consultation with the guide - assembled ride. Very interesting places- great beaches and viewpoints.
Reliable tour operator, our guide Camille is waiting at the port. He is very flexible in tour planning, and proves to be a pleasant travel partner. In addition to a tour of Victoria, we circle the entire island, and are dropped off back in time at the port where our ship is docked. The only downside is the older van, very tightly seated, so we (two large people) have to squeeze very hard.
Ideal tour to get an overview of Mahe Island. Our guide then also had a nice local restaurant directly on the beach for lunch.
