Stayed here last year, it didn’t quite live up to my experience with Waldorf Maldives but it was the next best experience!
Our concierge was Dom, who was terrific and pleasant to converse with. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the tortoise sanctuary (we miss tripod!) and the bobbing heads of turtles in the ocean in the mornings. We got to see some baby turtles that hatched while we were there and it made my wife’s whole trip!
I wished they had more food options. I was not particularly impressed with any of them…there was restaurant (it was french creole I believe?) that we liked a little more than the others but unfortunately it had a serious issue with noseeums bugs that which kept ending up in all of our food & drinks. We spent the entire drink swatting them away and had to change our drinks multiple times as a result. It should be an easy fix for them - installing some screens should do it!
Overall it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it!
From the moment we arrived, everything felt truly special. The staff are some of the kindest and most attentive we’ve ever met. Everyone seems to know who you are, remembers your preferences, and makes you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay.
The food was incredible. With three restaurants to choose from, every meal — from breakfast to dinner — was fresh and delicious. The sushi was definitely our favorite, and the cocktails were just as amazing.

The island itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Whether snorkeling, relaxing by the pool, playing tennis, or simply enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings, there is always something to do while still feeling completely disconnected from the world.

We spent a week here for our honeymoon, and the resort managed to feel peaceful without ever becoming monotonous. There was always something to do, from snorkeling and tennis to the gym and other daily activities. The island itself is remarkable: giant tortoises roam the grounds, hermit crabs cover the beaches, and the views across the seemingly endless ocean are unforgettable.
The hotel’s snorkeling excursion was far better than we expected. We were taken out to a spectacular coral reef filled with colourful fish. Viktorria, our personal concierge, thoughtfully arranged a lesson with DOMIK, who was patient and supportive and helped my wife feel comfortable in the water.
Viktorria looked after us throughout the stay, arranging our transfers and keeping us updated each day with activities and dining information. The entire team was consistently warm and attentive.
Breakfast was generous and varied, with different selections each day. The hotel also prepared several thoughtful honeymoon touches, including evening desserts, a special cheesecake at breakfast and a flower-petal bath.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel and had a truly wonderful time. The food was of very high quality, healthy, and incredibly delicious. We felt completely at ease. The service was simply excellent, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner – everything was top-notch. The island is very private, and the villas are simply beautiful. We had direct sea access, and the sea was stunning for snorkeling. We experienced so much, especially thanks to the two beach guides who showed us so much. A very special thanks goes to our concierge Lana, who was simply amazing. She fulfilled all our wishes, was always there for us, and the rest of the team at breakfast, dinner, everywhere, was really, really good. The tranquility and the clear water took us to a different world every day. We will definitely return, as this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We can highly recommend this hotel.
