We just stayed at Enchanted Island Resort for our honeymoon and we strongly recommend the hotel. First of the service, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the staff were always attentive and super fast with our needs. The food and the SPA were also 10/10. The main highlight for us was the hotel structure itself, each room with a swimming pool and direct access to the paradisiac waters of enchanted island - we can't wait to be back and create more special memories with you guys!

This is a difficult review to make, we’ll start with the obvious point and the best overall location. The location of this hotel is perfect (or almost people can and will come on the beaches with boats because it is public) nice blue sea, a lot of fishes so a nice snorkeling experience. The second best point was the bartender Ahmed who makes incredible cocktails and with who I really had nice heart to heart genuine conversations throughout my stay. Unfortunately the praise stops here, the rooms are absolutely not on par with other resorts, very low tech, very small the AC blows directly onto the bed (very frustrating at night) there even is duck tape on the AC to try and hide the luminous display (doesn’t work well the room is very bright because of that at night). The bathroom was not what I expected of a ‘’5 star’’ hotel it looked more like a prison shower, cramped with no windows and weird noises from the pipes/ventilation. Toilet were dirty, with a small nudge that was I think never cleaned. The gym is abysmally small with 3 machines (treadmill and 2 bikes) and only 1 bench, there’s only 1 massage therapist so even though this is a perfect couple destination you can’t get massaged at the same time as your S/O. The food is subpar and takes a long time to arrive. we served us eggs Benedict without the hollandaise (when we asked for it it came split…) one time during the diner they moved a table to be just in front of our line of sight so we had to look at the back of two people while we were eating (we had a nice sea view before). Once after a very long day we came back to the room and it wasn’t cleaned for the whole day, the whole staff seems to be understaffed. Even though the island can’t accommodate a lot of people there isn’t enough sunbeds for everybody, the WiFi is really really bad had to use cellular data when we were out of the room. Overall I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel, I don’t feel I was truly acknowledged as a discovery member, I should just have paid for a day trip with an excursion tour because you have access to the beaches. I wouldn’t go back to any proprieties of JA hotels in general if they all are like this one. (There are more things but it is a long review already)
We recently stayed at Enchanted Island Resort Seychelles for four nights as part of my birthday celebration, and it was nothing short of exceptional. As an Ambassador Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, I've been fortunate to stay at many outstanding Marriott properties around the world, and I can confidently say this resort ranks among the very best. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the level of hospitality was truly world-class. The resort itself is breathtaking. The villas are beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of luxury, privacy and comfort, all surrounded by crystal-clear waters and lush tropical scenery. It is one of those rare places where you immediately feel relaxed the moment you arrive. I was fortunate to stay in a pool villa. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible team. Every member of staff greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The service felt personal, sincere and effortless throughout our stay. The team also made my birthday incredibly special with thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely valued. On the evening of my birthday, we enjoyed a private dining experience that was truly unforgettable. The chefs prepared an absolute feast of exceptional dishes, with every course beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. It was one of the finest dining experiences we've ever had and a memory we'll cherish for years to come. Another standout experience was the Adam & Eve couples massage at the spa. The setting was tranquil, the therapists were exceptional, and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect way to unwind and added another memorable highlight to our stay. The dining throughout our stay was consistently outstanding. Breakfast each morning offered an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality options, while every restaurant delivered beautifully prepared meals in spectacular settings. The staff remembered our order every single day in a meticulous fashion. The island itself is immaculate and wonderfully peaceful. We spent our days exploring, relaxing by the beach and taking in the stunning natural beauty that surrounds the resort. It is the perfect destination to disconnect from everyday life and simply enjoy being present. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the resort for making my birthday celebration so unforgettable. The warmth, professionalism and genuine care shown by the entire team made this one of our favourite Marriott stays to date. In particular, my thanks are to: Burak Aydin (an excellent General Manager who sets the standard at the very top), Gopinaik, Sheryl, Jinesh, Ilham, the chefs, Andy, the masseuses, Amug, David, Deepak and Justin). Without hesitation, this is a 5-star experience in every sense of the word. We cannot recommend the Enchanted Island Resort Seychelles highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.
Phenomenal views. Staff were extremely professional. Full board meals were all top notch. Live music on Friday had a talented duo. Round Island is small, so the exploration of Long Island and Moyenne Island were a great recommendation from staff.
We spent two unforgettable weeks at this hotel, just the two of us, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay becomes the most beautiful vacation of your life. They are incredibly attentive, always anticipating your needs and making everything feel effortless. The hotel offers a wide range of activities: snorkeling in the Marine Park, helicopter tours, kayaking around the surrounding small islands, island-hopping by boat, fishing trips (half-day or full-day), and diving with an amazing club (Oceanika). We wanted to experience as much as possible, and the hotel team handled everything perfectly. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully enjoy the Seychelles in complete peace of mind and trust. Our room was impeccably maintained, always with great discretion. We were regularly surprised with thoughtful little touches. Everywhere on the island, we were greeted with warm smiles. Day and night, everyone was ready to help us with genuine kindness. As for the hotel itself, it is simply incredible. The island is home, in our opinion, to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with a breathtaking view of Moyenne Island (the island of tortoises). The view from the pool is just as stunning. The snorkeling is exceptional, with plenty of marine life visible directly from the hotel’s beach: lionfish, rays, and even a small blacktip reef shark that stayed around for the entire two weeks. The Sunset Bar offers an unforgettable view of the Seychelles sunset, and the bartender crafts delicious cocktails that make for truly magical evenings. We would like to sincerely thank every single person we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay — they all contributed to making it so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and truly hope to have the chance to return one day.
