The Alcázar of Toledo or Real Alcázar de Toledo is a civil and military fortification, located in one of the highest parts of the city.
Catedral Primada is a must stop for this private tour. Although the entrance tickets is not included, entrance is not mandatory. Take outside pictures and decide if you want to enter, you can pay on the spot.

Being picked up at our hotel in Madrid helped make the tour both easier and better as we got to enjoy views of Toledo we would have missed if we had taken the train. Being a local of Toledo, our tour guide was able to share both the history and sights of Toledo in a meaningful way. He seemed to know most of the locals and took us to a restaurant that was off the beaten path for a wonderful lunch.
This was absolutely a five star experience all around! We coordinated a day trip to Toledo for a family of 9 which included two children. The drivers were fantastic and upon arriving to Toledo we were greeted by our local tour guide who took us on a beautiful walk through the city. We were even given an amazing lunch recommendation. My wife and I loved the day tour with Tour Travel and More. We were picked up from our hotel in Madrid by our very competent and pleasant driver, Ruben, in a very comfortable electric Mercedes van. We first went to visit the scenic Consuegra windmills which are known from the adventures of Don Quixote. Then we went to the magical, medieval city of Toledo. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch and then our private tour guide, Luis, met us to begin a walking tour of many city sites. He was great! His knowledge of the history, cultures, physical geography, and shopping is perfect. What a great day. I highly recommend all the above experiences.
Seeing the old town from a distance gave us perspective of the many people who have ruled Toledo. Lunch at La Manuela was not to be missed. Great local guide!

From the moment we were picked up at our hotel we were in the hands of professionals. We had a wonderful experience both with our driver Charlie and our guide Luis Fernando. Charlie is an excellent driver with lots of information about Spain and other parts of the world. Luis, a native of Toledo, has an unbelievable wealth of knowledge of the history of the area. He tailored the tour a bit to our interests, but also made sure not to miss any of the important places. It was a perfect day.
Toledo is a beautiful city with a long rich history; like looking back in time. Our tour guide, Manny, did a wonderful job giving us a private walking tour of this magnificent city. Very knowledgeable! We highly recommend this tour!
We were picked up from our hotel in central Madrid and driven in a luxury car to Toledo where we caught up with our guide Luis. We drove up to the main view point which opened up the wonderful image before us. We were dropped off with Luis in the town and there followed our three hour walking tour through the Jewish Quarter then visiting the magnificent Cathedral with wonderful examples of El Greco's art. We also visited El Greco's House and studied in detail the huge painting - The Burial of Count Orgaz - in its special situ. Luis booked us into a traditional restaurant where we enjoyed a lovely relaxed lunch. We managed to visit the Sefardi Museum after lunch before being picked up by our driver for the trip back to Madrid. Luis was excellent as our guide, full of knowledge and enthusiasm. All in all, an amazing day.
This trip to Toledo was a last minute tour that was organized in a few minutes by Nader, she was on point. Driver Raul was on time, very friendly we also felt secure with his driving skills. Celia our tour guide in Toledo was amazing, extremely informative, knew the city well, she made us feel like family. Toledo was a sight to behold. No regrets whatsoever, we would definitely return. Outstanding service exceeding expectations. We had this tour on August 19 with the whole family. Our guide Luis arrived at the hotel 15 minutes before the scheduled time. He is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly loving his job and his city. Roberto, our driver, had his car immaculately clean. All in all, the service was excellent in all due terms. Excellently organized private tour. The driver picked us up punctually at our hotel at the appointed time.The ride was very pleasant, in a very comfortable vehicle and with good explanations from the driver introducing us to the history of Toledo. Arriving at our destination we had a panoramic tour with a stop at a viewpoint over the city, the walls and the river. Afterwards the driver left us with our guide with whom we did the walking tour of the city. All with the advantage of being a private tour where you can choose which places to spend more time. In our case, we spent more time visiting the cathedral, totally spectacular. My special thanks to Alex for the perfect organization of the tour and his attention. Driver was on time, the car was an adequate size for our group of 5 and it was clean. We were also provided with cold water. Our guide was waiting for us when we arrived and he was a local. He had a lot of knowledge about the city and gave a good recommendation for a lunch restaurant. Everything was timely, the panoramic view of Toledo was beautiful.

We had a great trip with Private Tour from Malaga to the Alhambra. The trip is not cary, but we were picked up exactly at our address in Malaga and driven back at the desired time. We were 7 with three generations from 68 to 15 years old, and were driven in a Mercedes-Benz in the luxury class right to the nearest entrance, where our guide, Carmen, waited with entrance tickets and the opportunity to get past the large queue of guests. Carmen was a great knowledgeable guide, who also could answer our many questions. Even the guided tour took 3 hours, the two teenagers think it was extremely satisfactory.
