Toledo Half-day Small Group Tour With Hotel Pickup From Madrid

Paid up slightly for pickup/drop-off at hotel which was worth it for us. Tour was also good. Sandra was knowledgeable, patient and very engaging.

Maria José was a warm, friendly guide leading us through the key highlights of Toledo! Highly recommend!

My guide, Antonella, was excellent. She knew the history of the place really well, which is part of her job, but what made her different was the care and attention she paid to the individual needs of each tourist. As we were a mixed-age group, she made sure everyone could enjoy the experience at their own pace without anyone feeling rushed or left behind. Thank you so much, Antonella, for making the experience so enjoyable!

We had a fantastic half-day tour of Toledo from Madrid! Our guide picked us up at our hotel right on time and was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. She brought Toledo’s history to life, explaining the significance of key landmarks and sharing helpful tips on what to look for before entering each church. We especially appreciated her attention to detail and the fascinating historical background she shared throughout the tour. Truly a memorable day and one we would highly recommend!

This was an excellent tour and Paloma was wonderful. Her explanations and knowledge were so interesting and gave us a very good background to all the places we saw in Toledo. Antonella was so knowledgeable, competent and sweet. One of our group of 3 is over 70 and had difficulty walking up and done the hills of Toledo. She was very helpful and let us rest, and meet up later. I think this was a very special tour made all the better by Antonella!

Our original tour was cancelled. We were placed on another tour twice as long. Eight and driver made this uncomfortable for elderly front seat passengers. The guide was obviously not experienced with the car and did not have a complete knowledge as we are used to. He was trying his best. Very friendly but obviously under pressure. All four groups had pick up times of 8.30 at four different locations!! This obviously does not work. We were ready at 8.30 picked up at nine and returned at 9 o’clock. Way too long. We had been to Toledo and Segovia. No vehicles allowed in Toledo and it is a hellish walk and a long way up hill. Our original tour was just Toledo and that would be much better. I would have to say however the aqueduct at Segovia was wonderful. If you are on the plus side of 70 I would suggest two seperate trips. One day to Toledo. The next to Sagovia.
