The info on the bus/company to meet was different than what was provided, making the meet up confusing. This should have been clarified by the provider in advance. The transportation was good, however the stop at the "sword demo" & jewelry shop was a waste of time. The tour was not very informative & it would have been helpful to have a map of the area to make the most of our free time to explore the area. We found the city center to be very crowded and more touristy than we expected, although the Jewish quarter was less crowded and more enjoyable to explore.

Itinerary
Enjoy and explore the city of the three cultures and the coexistence of the Jewish, Moorish and Christians for centuries.
The Primate Cathedral of Saint Mary of Toledo is a Roman Catholic and It is the seat of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Toledo. The cathedral of Toledo is one of the three 13th-century High Gothic cathedrals in Spain and is considered, in the opinion of some authorities, to be the magnum opus of the Gothic style in Spain.
One of the best Jewish quarter in Europe
You can admire the famous paintress Burial of the Count Orgaz from El Greco
The Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, originally known as the Ibn Shushan Synagogue is a museum and former synagogue. Erected in 1180, according to an inscription on a beam, it is disputably considered the oldest synagogue building in Europe still standing. It is now owned and preserved by the Catholic Church.
The Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes is an Isabelline style monastery built by the Catholic Monarchs in XV century. This monastery was founded by King Ferdinand II of Aragon and Queen Isabella I of Castile to commemorate both the birth of their son, Prince John and their victory at the Battle of Toro (1476) over the army of Afonso V of Portugal.

You need to see this historical town of Toledo. Great experience and very super guide Ramiro. Absolutely recomended.
Guides were efficient and patiently handed questions posed by confused customers. Walking tour was good intro to they're walled town and left plenty of time for individual exploration
Good trip, guided tour around centre of Toledo was very short and poor. The guide was doing it quickly as possible.
The team was very usefull in asisting us changing a wrong reservation. Afterwards everyting went smoth and in schedule.Thank you very much.
The tour says come to Neptune fountain which is a huge roundabout. The door operator doesn’t tell you where to meet you. There is no contact phone number or email for the operator. We waited there for half an hour and the bus was a no-show.
The trip was ok, not great. The description of which side of the fountain to meet (large intersection) was not clear. The description of the bus was wrong. The guide that we met to take us around Toledo had a microphone that did not reach the entire large group. Missed most of what she said. I would pay more money for the tour if they had individual listening devices.
Reasonably good tour bit very quick walk through town. Probably didn't help that it was s public holiday. Also extremely hot at 40 degrees
Firstly the bus arrived an hour late due to an accident nearby which was not the companies fault and they did extend the trip by an hour at the end of the day- but it was a set back. The walking tour was very poor, it lasted all of 40 minutes and was robotic and uninteresting. It felt like the guide just wanted to get through it, although she did walk very slowly so the information given was minimal. We did get a recommendation for lunch which was about as useful as it got. We had recently attended a couple of free walking tours in Madrid which were excellent and perhaps set the bar high but this one was very poor by comparison.
The organized part is fairly brief and you will be largely on your own. That said, the city is absolutely worth a visit
We enjoyed the trip so much. It was a good value for money. The tour guide was excellent. The city was amazing. It is highly recommended.
Amazing tour! Breathtaking views, fascinating history, and affordable prices. The 'Experience ticket' was the perfect choice for leisurely exploration.
Panoramic views from apposit side accross the river were beautiful and worth the stop. Excalators from bus stop to the old town of Toledo helps a lot to move.
Punctuality is definitely not their thing. It was late at the meeting for the morning and blamed traffic. Return bus is without air conditioning and also used buses from another company. I am able to tough it out but feel that others were suffering from the heat. Last I checked that is a potential liability.
The bus was clean, comfortable and punctual, The ture guide was nice and provided good information They guides need better command with English language for none Spanish talking people
The transport and the tour were good. The organization of gathering the guests on the outward and return journey was poorly organized.
The guide spoke bad English, and it was difficult to hear them. The city was nice, but not too much to see. It smelled bad, was too much crowd and full of shops selling more or less the same things.
Adrian was a great guide and went at a good pace for those of us who aren't as young as we used to be! Good amount of time allowed to explore the town, and left on time both going and returning. Buses were comfortable a d easily recognisable.
I was conflicted on how to rate this. Very inexpensive price, so my expectations were very low. Tour guides were way overburdened with the quantity of folks. Buses left 20 minutes late and the return pickup was 45 minutes late. The operator didn’t have anyone at the pickup to let us know the bus was late and when the return would occur. Communications poor from the operator. Nice guides though. If you are a halfway capable traveler just take the train out there so you are in control of the timing.
Very good price, almost the same amount if you decide to go by yourself in train. But they explained very well and drove you to see panoramic views. It work for me with two little children.
Our Tour was wonderful!! Toledo is a terrific city to visit . So much to see and enjoy. The highlight was the visit of the glorious cathedral.
Everything We enjoy the Bus ride very organized the city of Toledo very beautiful the cathedral was amazing
I wish they covered more of the sites to see in the walking tour part of the visit. I guess it was pretty cheap compared to the rest and therefore only had the bus trip included.
I will repeat what I wrote earlier. Schedule to leave at 9. The bus did not arrive until 9:30. We arrived in Toledo. Country pictures were beautiful. However, seemed to be out of touch. She would talk and was down the hill. How could I hear. She never looked back to see if her group was there. It was so disappointing that I asked to go home. I signed up for a half and got a full day. Then she had to ask the bus driver. I am standing in the rain waiting. Then I asked the bus driver if he was returning to Madrid? He goes You gonna have to speak Spanish- no English. I gonna have to. He could be a little more polite. Then I spoke to him in Spanish- I could get on the bus. How rude is that? I am sure I am not the only American visitor here. My other viator trip- was perfect. Too bad and very disappointing. I could have another tour. Shame on you!!!
We arrived on a foggy day but was quite a view anyway. You get on an electric escalator that climbs all the way to the old city. Once there your walking tour begins and the beauty, history and pure positive energy captivates you. We Han an awesome tour guide Clara and a great group of people who were considerate and on time. A MUST DO!
It was a large bus tour. It was in both Spanish and English so the knowledge exchange was limited. The bus stopped at what I would refer to as a tourist trap that was sold as a bathroom break but soon became a some pseudo history lesson which of course finished in a tourist oriented store. What I would say is is you are familiar and OK with large bus tours this is probably fine for you but what I determined is that size of a tour is not for me.
I enjoyed spending time in Toledo. They offer it in Spanish and English. I felt like it was organized a little confusingly but we got to where we needed and got to explore the city for an hour after the walking tour.
Toledo was beautiful to visit. I just wish the tour guide English was better. Her English was a little difficult to understand.
My friend and I were looking for a half day tour, and this was the best short tour of our trip to Europe. Also was very affordable and you get to see the outskirts of Madrid, highly recommend it. If you are more interested in sightseeing than history, I recommend you skip the walking tour a d wonder around in your own. Just make sure you pay attention to instructions in how to get back to your bis.
The tour started off with the organizers being confused and the bus was 30 minutes late. When we arrived in Toledo, we were supposed to have a guide for the bus but they didn’t show up. The return bus was late as well. No sign of any free panoramic tour of Madrid.
María the guide was incredible. Very nice, pleasant, and fun tour.
Toledo is worth a visit. In the sacristy of the cathedral (entry 10 euros) there is also a Caravaggio without anyone telling you anything 😀😀😀. Comfortable and well-organized trip, guide only in Spanish and English, but all in all understandable. Competitive price (20 euros each)
El tour muy bueno son muy puntuales y todo me gustó mucho, lo recomemdaria 100./., la pasamos divino,
The travel program was well positioned. New, comfortable coach. We booked a guided tour in English. Unfortunately, the seats on the buses were not matched to the desired language. In the bus for the English tour we could not find a place even though we had booked early. However, the tour guide then spoke in Spanish and English. During the guided tours on site we were able to join the English speaking tour guide. The tour guide has implemented this very motivated and interesting. However, he had apparently already told a lot on the bus that we had not noticed. If the possibility is already offered that excursions can be booked either English or Spanish then this should also be implemented accordingly.
We will repeat, I really liked the tour that has left on time, the very nice guide has given us the guided tour of the city. I recommend walking and choosing one of the restaurants that offers menu to eat, you get many good options.
A fast and obligatory walk for those who are in Madrid and wish to spend a different day, highly recommended, and with all Biosecurity protocols
If you go to Toledo clothes and comfortable shoe to tour this beautiful city, the bus left on time and the guide very friendly
