My parents and I had a great time with the tour. We did the Toledo and Segovia tour and Jose Javier (JJ) was very informative and enthusiastic. Although the tour was somewhat rush since we need to go to 2 places, i think it pretty much covered the important details and places of the two. Will definitely recommend this tour and Amigo Tours! Excellent tour visiting two phenomenal cities. We were able to hit the highlights of both in one day. Our tour guide Flore was terrific and the bus driver made us feel quite safe!

Everything was great; both cities are wonderful. Our guides, Vanessa and Flor, were amazing and spoke very clearly; Ernesto was a good driver. The only thing that could be improved is the amount of free time, so that things don’t feel quite so rushed.

Very efficiently run, packs in a lot to the day - as a result it is a little rushed and felt a bit superficial. However, Segovia and Toledo are both beautiful and well worth a visit, so if you only have one day this is.good option. A little more free time in each of the cities (perhaps instead of the swords) would have been nice

Loved visiting Toledo and Segovia which were both super interesting and beautiful but wish we had more free time to walk around in both places.

I absolutely loved the experience of visiting Toledo and Segovia with Amigo tours. Our guide Enrique was amazing, lively and knowledgeable. Since I was short on time, visiting both the cities in a day made a lot of sense.

Overall good to see both cities. Tight schedule. Gabriella voice was low on the headsets so we had hard time hearing her but she was nice. No water was provided.

Khan was a great guide. Really funny which made the whole day pass nicely.

The bus drive is long but the destinations are fabulous and great to see and feel/and experience n-person. The tour guides (Enrique and Edwardo) are fabulous - animated, expressive and passionate - they help explain history in an understandable story with detail.

Christian is a great and knowledgeable guide. He is amazing at explaining the history of the visited places and gave us short stories about specific events that were part of the history. Highly recommended.

Very good tour! Main highlights of Toledo and Segovia

Amazing day filled with visiting 3 historic and breathtaking cities outside of Madrid. Amigo tours did an excellent job communicating prior to event. They were well organized and prepared to quickly check in multiple people. Our tour guide Enrique was exceptional. His knowledge of each city and the various attractions was vast. His style of communication was very warm and inviting. He connected with each person on the tour. For a 13 hour tour he kept us on time and gave clear time expectations as well as advice when we had free time! Especially on specialty treats from each city. He and his other guides even communicated alerts on pick pockets seen. Victor our bus driver did an excellent job navigating and getting us to each location on time. Each city we visited was unique and architecturally stunning. Toledo was so multicultural and had so much history to learn about. We were able to take panoramic pictures of the city. Did a full walking tour from Alcazar castle to the Roman bridge. A to B. There was a demonstration site with jewelry making and blacksmith sword demo. Segovia was beautiful from the start with the majestic aqua duct bridge. We choose not to do added lunch. Lots of places to eat and within timeframe. We went into one of the churches. Breathtaking. Make sure to look up, the ceilings are so detailed. We also got to tour the castle. Views stunning and regal interior. Avila was next. You will be in awe of the city surroundied by a castle wall. You do a quick stop to get pictures of the city. Iy was followed by a quick walking tour. We spent about an hour here. Highly recommend

It was a wonderful experience, I totally enjoyed it and I recommend it. Our guides Khan (the funniest guy) and Gabriela (the sweetest person) were amazing, I learned from them a lot of interesting things about the places we’ve visited. Our bus driver Yosmani took us from city to city safely.

What an incredible day exploring Toledo, Segovia, and Ávila! 🇪🇸❤️ These three historic cities are absolutely amazing, filled with beautiful architecture, incredible art, and so much history. A huge shout-out to our Amigo Tours guide, Enrique, who was simply AMAZING! He knew so much about each city, and I honestly think he has a photographic memory! 😂 The way he remembered all the details and brought the history to life was truly impressive. The tour lasted 13 hours, but it was absolutely worth it! We never felt like we were spending too much time on the bus, thanks to the well-planned stops, plenty of bathroom breaks, and lots of opportunities to take pictures along the way. 📸

This tour was absolutely fabulous! For someone like me who is only in Madrid for a very short period of time , this was a great way to spend the day visiting and learning about three historic towns all in one day. The tour is 12 to 13 hours in which 5 hours of those are on a bus and the rest of the tour is mainly walking. Therefore, I don't recommend this tour for anybody who has trouble with walking for long periods of time. Our tour guide, Enrique, was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and all the historic facts of the sites, but also new intricate details of not only the major attractions but smaller random sites. He was very personable and was able to answer everyone's questions. He was very funny especially when giving us detailed stories of historical myths. He gave great recommendations for food, coffee, souvenirs and gifts, and local specialties. I will say that I don't think it's worth getting the lunch portion of the tour because it takes up quite a bit of the free time that we had to be able to explore the city on our own. There are multiple places to eat from sit down to fast food , so if you want to be able to go around the city a little bit more on your own I would not get the lunch part of the trip. The Bluetooth earpiece was a great way for large groups to be able to communicate and listen to the tour guide, but for some people that might be bothersome. I highly highly recommend this tour.

JJ and Lorena were terrific guides. They both are very knowledgeable about the cities. Lots of walking, which we expected. Worth the money to see both cities in one day. We would recommend including the additional tour of the cathedral in Segovia.

Our guides J. J. and Lorena, and our driver Julio are all fantastic! J J is highly impressive, he is energetic, knowledgeable, and vivid in his presentation of historical facts. His command of English is also admirable. He is one of the finest and most accomplished guides I have experienced.

JJ and Lorena especially JJ are super cool guides. JJ is so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Segovia and Toleda. His story telling is so entertaining. The tour was both enjoyable and knowledgeable. We will definitely book thru amigo again especially if JJ is our guide.
