Nice experience. Got to see a lot in a day. The only downside is it sometimes felt rushed with very little free time.Maybe skip the lunch and the church add on to have some solo exploration. The guides were very nice and knowledgeable.

Itinerary
Meet your guide and begin your journey to Segovia
Arrival to Segovia - Walking tour initiating the cultural visit on Roman aqueduct. The Aqueduct of Segovia is a Roman aqueduct. It is one of the best-preserved elevated Roman aqueducts and the foremost symbol of Segovia, as evidenced by its presence on the city's coat of arms.
Visit to Segovia’s Cathedral and External views from the Royal Alcazar. The Alcázar of Segovia (literally, "Segovia Fortress") is a medieval alcázar, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Rising out on a rocky crag above the confluence of two rivers near the Guadarrama mountains, it is one of the most distinctive castle-palaces in Spain by virtue of its shape – like the bow of a ship. Enjoy free time to walk around, take photographs, go shopping, or visit the interior of the Alcázar.
Bus ride from Segovia to Avila
Walking tour inside the Fortress City of Avila. It is sometimes called the Town of Stones and Saints, and it claims that it is one of the towns with the highest number of Romanesque and Gothic churches per capita in Spain. It has complete and prominent medieval town walls, built in the Romanesque style.
Then we will make a stop to have lunch in a local restaurant in the old town, where we will enjoy a typical “Iberian Traditional Meal” ( if the upgrade option is selected ), or enjoy free time.
Bus ride from Avila to Toledo
Walking tour inside the neighborhoods of the old town and visit to Toledo's Cathedral from Inside (If upgrade option is selected). The Primate Cathedral of Saint Mary of Toledo (Spanish: Catedral Primada Santa María de Toledo) is a Roman Catholic church in Toledo, Spain. It is the seat of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Toledo.

Juan Carlos and Diego did an excellent job sharing all the history of each city! The bus ride was very comfortable. The day was spread out perfectly with time to rest on the bus between cities. We really enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it.
We got 3 cities to visit so it was rushing but tour was very organised and they explained well about the history of the each cities.
We had a great all day tour visiting the three cities from Madrid, with Juan Carlos & Diego. Their passion, knowledge and commitment to the customer experience were outstanding during the entire tour. We highly recommend this tour, if you are visiting Madrid.
Juan Carlos and Diego did a great job guiding us throughout Segovia, Ávila, and Toledo! They were very informative, both during the walking portions as well as while on the bus. Definitely a great way to explore different parts of the country!
Diego and Juan Carlos are excellent guides i will defenetly recomend booking with them, also our driver Juan Carlos very professional and attentive
I'm glad I joined the tour! Thankyou.
I really enjoy the tour! Diego and Juan Carlos was our guide, they are very professional and patient in explaining the cities. Definitely will book this trip again
Diego and Juan Carlos were amazing! They were very efficient- separating into two groups, selecting a meeting place for everyone etc- so I could enjoy the cities more.
It was a packed, fun day! Diego and Juan Carlos gave clear instructions for timing throughout the day and were so knowledgeable. It was perfect for a quick look into the most important visiting points of each city.
Great day. Juan Carlos is an excellent guide and extremely knowledgeable.
Diego did an amazing job! Learned so much and had an amazing time. Segovia was by far my favorite. Thank you thank you thank you.
Great tour to see 3 cities in one day! Hit all the main sites with little bits of free time. Diego and Juan Carlo were great guides and kept us on track. Things to bring: portable charger or charging cord for bus, snacks, layers (super cold in November). Highly recommend for a day trip to see as much as possible!
Had a great time very interesting. Guided were very knowledgeable.
In general it was a well-organised trip. The drive/bus was comfortable although the USB-c charging port (USB-c to USB-c for iPhones) did not work. The guide Laura was a delight and she communicated very well. It was impressive that she switched between English and Spanish effortlessly. However, personally I felt that I would benefit from some guide as to any recommended route/sights/places to visit (apart from places for food) in each town before the free time began.
I know it’s a challenge but would have liked to spend more time exploring the cities
Ricardo was our very capable driver,Ari did a great job as our English guide and Ricardo was very helpful. I usually don’t take guided tour but to see 3 cities in one day was an excellent way to become familiar with them. The weather was completely blue skies which made it even better. By going in the bus we were able to have views of the cities that would not have been easy to do by taking the train. We also were able to have some short siestas in between. I highly recommend!
It was wonderful seeing many beautiful sights in one day our guides were great
Arie was great and informative. I liked that you could continue with the guide or go off on your own.
Diego, Ari and Richard the driver were great. It’s a nice way to see three cities in one day. You get a break on the bus in between cities to nap or just enjoy the scenery. You leave at 8am and arrive back to Madrid at 8pm. As a Solo traveler I recommend.
Excellent tour! A great value for a full day of touring the three cities! Our two guides Michael and Ari were exceptional! A wonderful day and we highly recommend!
Great tour. Go ahead and book if you have the time. All three cities are great. Ari, Diego, and Ricardo did well!!
Laura did a better job after she realized lot of her clients were seniors citizens that needed fast bathrooms breaks. She is very knowledgeable and speaks loud and clear.
Good combination of riding and walking. Could use more free time at the main stops.
The tour was long but worth it. Segovia, Avila and Toledo were all a must see destination and to do it all in one day was a little rushed but we could not have done it if it wasn’t for this tour. Our guide, Laura was very knowledgeable and had a lot of tips and fun facts. Our driver, Juan Carlos was awesome as well. Definitely recommend.
The tour met my expectations. Crowd size was manageable. Staff was very knowledgeable.
Laura was very informative. I loved all the historical knowledge that she had to share, her upbeat attitude and quick, witty jokes. She did an amazing job making sure we were all safe and accounted for and I really appreciated the helpful and clear instructions she gave for making sure we got back to the meeting points easily, especially since I get anxious about getting lost or left behind.
This tour was fantastic. Laura was amazing. She made sure we got to see the best places in each city and provided the history which made it even better. She gave directions that made sure we knew where and when to meet. Truly enjoyed Laura as our tour guide.
Laura was a great tour guide! She is very knowledgeable about these 3 places and its history, which made it an even better experience. There were no hiccups throughout the day so it was a seamless visit. Again, Laura made this one of my favorite days out of the trip with my family and honestly if I come back, I would book with her again!!
Amazing experience! Highly recommended!! Lunch in Avila is a must at ciclo doce- order the steak!!!! Laura the tour guide was very informative and helpful throughout the entire tour!
A wonderful day trip for a quick look for 3 cities. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Strongly recommended
We really enjoyed our trip, and Laura made it extremely memorable. Her knowledge and passion is incredible! Truly recommend.
We had a wonderful time exploring the three cities. Our tour guide, Diana, was courteous, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The tour was given in English and Spanish, Diana was able to switch between the two languages seamlessly. Despite the considerable distance between destinations, the tour had a good pace. We feel that we saw the highlights of each and learned the relevant facts from Diana. It was a worthwhile tour, one of the best of our vacation.
Fantastic day trip covering three iconic cities. Despite seeming quite epic it was a really chilled day out. Diana was our guide. She was both knowledgeable and hugely entertaining. Juan Carlos drove us around, also really pleasant. His coach was spotlessly clean. Both were very prompt and ran a very tight ship, really enjoyable as well as spectacular value for money.
Diana -our guide- led us through the 3 cities of Segovia, Avila and Toledo with interresting stories and humour. Well done. Also for our driver Carlos. The bus was comfortable and very clean.
Loved her energy and knowledge of the cities we visited.
Great tour. Beautiful sites. Diana was great.
This is a great way to see 3 medieval cities, it's a 12-hour day with 5 of those hours transiting on a very comfortable bus. The sites and guides are 5 stars, however, a couple of items prevented this from being a 5-star experience. This was to be an English tour, but two people didn't speak English, and the guide had to accommodate them, slowing the pace of the group. Second, we opted for the meal which took us outside the old city of Avilla and eliminated an hour of exploring the site for a marginal meal. A better option would be to grab a quick bite in the old city which a majority of the group did. Finally, I found the stop at the knife shop in Toledo to be unnecessary, and the time better used at the historical sites.
Lovely tour , very impressed with the entire experience. from planning the entire trip which had a lot to cram in, very comfortable coach with experienced driver, It is a must do for these 3 cities full day and a great value . Now most important is the guides which make all the difference. We had 2 guides ones name was Antonio & other was Eduardo.. So they divided us into 2 groups, we were in Eduardos group..I wouldn't leave a negative post as anyone could have a bad day but do need to bring this to the attention of all.. Eduardo at the onset came out as inexperienced my guess is maybe he is just starting out & does not know much how to handle the group. He was not too comfortable & just going through the usual motions sans any enthusiasm, but what was shocking was he told me to the camera away from him as he does not want to be on camera when I was trying to get a vdo of the historic monuments behind him that I was recording,.. First thought was what a conceited person thinking that I came all the way & paid for the tour only to record him on my videos..Disgusting remark that too in presence of all in the tour group.. If he felt so strongly he should first not be a tour guide or at least make his fears known to me in private.. Been on so many tours but never seen this kind of a disgusting remark from a tour guide treating us like we were a bunch of school kids .. Saving grace was the other tour guide Antonio was exactly the opposite ,Antonio was one of the best,, we immdly shifted to his group for the remainder of the tour.. To sum it up folks if you would like to be treated with basic kindness, respect & get excellently narrated history on the sites your visiting Antonio's your guy.. Thanks Antonio, hope to have u on another tour in near future.. Happy & safe travels ya'll..
My spouse and I were in Madrid for a short stay and wanted to see as much as possible in a short amount of time. The three city tour was perfect for that. We had the pleasure of being guided by Louda and Eduardo . Louda had vast knowledge on the places we visited and I definitely came away knowing more about Madrid as a whole . This is an all day adventure but worth it . The lunch was ok and servers were not that cordial but I would consider eating at place close to the tour stop versus opting for the additional lunch. Also I would bring hand sanitizer as some places did not have enough hand soap. These places we went on our own during the free time of the tour . Overall amazing tour and amazing guides . Highly recommend.
Laura and Eduardo are both great tour guides, very knowledgeable of the history between these three cities. Well coordinated with scheduling and important information to have a smooth tour.
Our guides Laura and Eduardo are very knowledgeable with the history of the 3 cities i.e. Segovia, Avila and Toledo. They explained everything very well and they're not boring. The only drawback for me it that there's too little time to explore each city. Overall, we enjoyed the tour.
Great full day experience. So much to see with these 3 great cities! Great clear timing at all 3 stops just enough time to sight see and indulge in small restaurants along the way. Eduardo and Laura were an amazing tour guide duo. Keeping us engaged with the history and stories tying the sights together and allowing your imagination to run wild with fun facts and history right in front of you. I highly recommend this trip if you are spending a short time in Madrid and what to do a full day experience.
Laura did a wonderful job! She was very knowledgeable and the history continued from one city to the next! She was 5/5! The price of the tour was worth the entire experience. The Cathedrals in both Segovia and Toledo are definitely worth the time to explore. The only reason for the 4/5 on overall score is because we chose the lunch option in Avila and it was not a good option. We spent an hour at the restaurant and didn't get to explore the city. The food was not very good.
The three cities in one day trip was great and our tour guide Laura was awesome. She has a great personality (highly recommended) and a great story teller. A remarkable trip!
Edwardo and Laura gave us a great day of history, architecture and sites in this 3 city tour. We had short walking tours in each city and some free time also. Laura gave us great suggestions for coffee and lunch. We enjoyed our day!
Laura and Eduardo were absolutely fantastic! Both were incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, friendly, and engaging. Their enthusiasm and expertise made our tour of three beautiful Spanish cities an unforgettable experience. They were also remarkably patient and gracious—even when I took a wrong turn and held up the group for a few minutes! Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made the day especially enjoyable. Exceptional in every respect. Five stars all around! I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Enjoyable and educational. Our guides Laura and Eduardo were wonderful.
It was a very good and educational experience
This was a great experience! Saw a lot in a short period of time, Laura and Eduardo were fantastic guides who were very knowledgeable! Highly recommend them.
