This company is a compete con - they messaged to cancel on the day as it was going to rain (it didn’t) said not safe to go out but all other Segway companies working still. Asked me to cancel on the app to get refund but as less than 24hrs would have meant I lost my money despite them being the ones cancelling. Not answering messages about refund

Fantastic is the word I would like to start with. I have heard people saying ‘this is not for me’. Wrong, it suits anybody, you do not need skills, fitness or special ability. I have done a few Segway tours, but I loved this one. First: our guide, Allan. He explained and supervised the riding better than I had seen before, he was knowledgeable (hey, I know Madrid fairly well myself) and funny. The ride was a great experience (and it was raining!). Segway is a great way to get to know a city and I would recommend this tour.

Great experience on Segways with informative guide. We really enjoyed it but saw a lot of Retiro area and was hoping for more historical locations.

We scheduled a tour for 4. Apparently, they had over booked a big student tour at the same time. The employees worked really hard to get us a tour at our scheduled time, they even went to another company around the corner, which they had time for us. Jesus was our guide and was amazing. We had a wonderful segway tour. Lots of laughs, giggles and information told to us by Jesus.

We had an absolute blast with Alan for our Segway tour! It was me and the family my husband and our two kids ( age 10 and 14). At first three of us, who had never said Wade before, we’re a little nervous… But Alan helped us get comfortable and gave us an incredible tour of Madrid. We had so much fun and got to learn a lot about this beautiful city. He gave us tips of where to go when we waited to start (delicious churros and chocolate) and places to go the rest of the time that we were in Madrid (parks and city centers and more). We were incredibly jet lagged, but are so glad we started our trip with this tour. Thanks, Alan! We won’t forget you.

Very well organised. Our flight was cancelled and they were really flexible to change our booking to next day, also coordinated with the weather as much as possible. The guides were informative, friendly and caring. Was lots of fun!

Miguel was an excellent guide! He exercised caution while navigating us through the busy streets. His knowledge of Spanish history is most impressive. This activity is a must do when visiting Spain!

There was an issue with the company not receiving our booking from TA -but the manager sorted it. Hour delay but had private tour with Miguel and loved it. Great way to see a bit of the city. Defo recommend.

An excellent way to see the old town and while away a couple of hours. Great hosts and fun experience. All of our group thoroughly enjoyed the segways even though most were new to the experience.

We had a terrific time! Miguel was so friendly and funny! He was knowledgeable and charming. Segways are perfect for covering a lot of ground quickly so are good for an overview of central Madrid. And my whole family loves riding them. Very easy to learn how to ride. Takes less than two minutes to feel comfortable and you n total control. This activity is totally worth it. I’d give more stars if I could.

Miguel was a fantastic tour guide, he was fun, friendly and we had a great time. He gave good recommendations and we would highly recommend him in return.

We enjoyed our time with Miguel touring Madrid Center. The tour included the Palace and Basilica, and areas around Plaza Mayor.

I was by myself on a guided tour with Alen. He gave a ton of history about old Madrid and shared places I need to see on my next visit. Once learning the Segway, we were off and oh, the sites we saw. I highly recommend this service to those visiting Madrid for the 1st time. The historical information shared was great.

Miguel was an excellent tour guide! Even though everyone in our party knew how to ride a Segway, Miguel went over all of the safety features and made sure everyone was well-versed before we hit the road. He took us to all of the top spots in Madrid and gave us the history. Afterwards, he gave us restaurant Recommendations that turned out to be excellent. Highly recommend this tour.

We were post Camino and some of us were feeling a little worse for wear to get around Madrid. My husband was skeptical of a Segway tour, but very quickly was having a lot of fun cruising around town. This was more fun and better than we expected. Miguel was great.

Miguel was our guide. He was great fun and looked after us very well. Miguel told us lots of facts about Madrid and it was a great way to get orientated with the city in a fun way.

Alan was nice and knowledgeable. We learned interesting facts about each sight. There were plenty of time to take pictures. It was a memorable experience. We loved it!

I was travelling with my 2 kids. We booked a tour through the park, but because the park was closed due to the wind, we did a (private) tour through the old town instead. Our guid Chris was wonderful. The segways are very fun to ride.

Alan was a great guide, offering interesting insights and information…keeping it fun for my two sons and I…will definitely be doing another Segway tour on our next visit to Madrid.

Fantastic way to see the city, especially with 2 teenage boys. The tour guide was lovely, she gave us a good overview of the history behind the sights, and took great photos!! I would definitely recommend, and will be looking to do this again on our next city break.

This was our first time ever on Segways but Alan our guide, was absolutely phenomenal. He was so clear in his instructions, enthusiastic and just a brilliant guide. It’s always so nice when you have a tour where the guide is in awe of his city and Alan was a true testament to this! He even recommended other things to do during our trip here. We were able to see the palace, cathedral and Egyptian ruins all whilst taking in the rich culture Madrid has to offer. We would definitely do this tour again!

The segway trip was good fun. Alun was our guide and he got us confident on the machines quickly and took us away on a fun tour. Great stuff!

Tour was ok, but could have been better. We've done lots of Segway tours around the world. This tour lacked content. The good part was that we got to cover lots of distance on the Segways. Riding through Casa de Campo Park was awesome. Where the tour failed was specific detail in and around the city.

We had a very enjoyable tour of the old town. Alan was a great guide! When my daughter was feeling dizzy, he kindly helped us get her situated. We saw parts of the city we would not have seen on foot and the segways were easy to navigate. I appreciated Alan’s attention to safety and his knowledge of the city!

Fantastic way to zoom around and get bearings of the city. We did the tour on a really hot day at 10am but was still very comfortable flying around the streets. Great tour guide and segways are great fun.

Miguel was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable, very personable and a great teacher. Neither my wife or I had ever ridden a Segway before and we were both a little wary, but Miguel made sure that we felt safe and comfortable before starting out. Once we got going the places he took us were interesting, beautiful and made for a great introduction to Madrid. Highly recommended

Miguel, our guide, gave us a great ride through the city and through history. A really fun way to see the sights and get to know the place and Miguel was the perfect host. Only sad to end but left with big smiles for the rest of the day and a bit more knowledgeable about Madrid. So glad we booked this :)

This is an excellent tour, made more special by our guide. I'm so sorry I forgot his name. It was our first time on a Segway and he made me feel at ease straight away. The company was fantastic in rebooking us as we got lost for our original time slot. I thoroughly recommend this trip.

Miquel provided a nice tour of old town and the river parks. I am 66 y/o and found the Segway easy to use following a brief training time. I would do it again!

Visited Madrid with my brother for his 40th. We did the segway tour of down town one day and enjoyed it so much that we went back the second day to the park tour. Our guide was Alan and we had such a great time, a real highlight of the holiday. Thank you!

We were so lucky to have it to ourselves! Alan was an amazing guide and we had a great time! Recommend going early (we went 10am, when they open) so it isn’t too hot.

Had a great tour with a friendly german tourist guide. Inspite of raining the trip with the segway is so much fun. The guide help me to learn driving segway and show me the right spots of this awesome city!

Had a great 90 minute tour with Miguel. Saw highlights of important famous Madrid sights in short time. Much better than on a hop on hop off bus which can’t go into pedestrian areas. Reduced traffic in Madrid made Segway feel safe and easy. Highly recommend

This was a great introduction to the wonderful city of Madrid, and allowed the group to see places we might not have been able to reach on foot, especially the viewpoint in Casa de Campo. Riding the Segways was great fun, and I was surprised at how quickly I was able to pick it up - which came in very useful as my tour took place on Día de la Almudena, so the city was extremely busy! This was also an excellent tour as a solo traveller as everyone in my group was interacting and having a laugh as it was most peoples first time on a Segway.
