Tasty Tapas & Drinks Tour With A Rooftop Included

We had a good time and appreciated the history as well as confirming where the best gambas al ajillo we have ever had is. Cristal is a lot of fun, she’s charismatic and very knowledgeable about Madrid, the culture and people.

The tour had a great selection of tapas and drinks and our guide Cristal did an amazing job. Our group got along really well thanks to the interactions Cristal had with us! We stopped at 4 places and had a variety of tapas like patatas bravas, garlic shrimp, tortilla, and cheeses and had wines and a vermouth drink that pleasantly surprised us all. Great tour!

Wonderful tapas tour! We loved visiting the local tapas spots. All of the food and drinks were delicious and some even surprised us. Great way to kick off a trip to Spain. Dani was also an excellent guide. She is incredibly personable and knowledgeable about Madrid. She also is loved by all of the Tapas restaurant owners and they made our experience special as well.

Had such a great time with Dani! She was so lovely and knowledgeable about all of the drinks and tapas. We would definitely recommend this tour! We especially loved the garlic prawns.

We had a wonderful experience on this food tour and Dani made it ten times better! She explained the culture and history well, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had so much fun. The tapas and drinks were delicious and definitely worth the cost of the tour. We were able to take our time and enjoy each stop. Dani, our tour guide made this tapas tour one of the highlights of my time in Madrid! We visited three different tapas restaurants, plus a bar with a view. Each stop got better and better. The tapas were great, and the vermut at one of the restaurants was especially delicious. Dani thoroughly described every dish, explained the history behind the food and the neighborhoods. The pacing of the tour was perfect, we didn’t feel rushed and there was time to interact with others. The final bar with the gorgeous view was the perfect ending to the evening. I highly recommend taking this tour with Dani as the tour guide to anyone visiting Madrid who wants great food, drinks, history, and a relaxed, memorable experience!

We were a group of 6 friends and we really enjoyed the tour. Dani did a great job of giving us a bit of history and information as we enjoyed the tasty tapas and drinks. It was lovely to get to try all the different locations, The overall group was a little latter than I was expecting (there were 17 of us in total) but everyone got on fine and enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend..

Dani was excellent. She's very nice, engaging and patient with those having difficulty following instructions and she helped them along with the making of the Sangria and provideda lot of information. . She provided extra seating when needed and accommodated everyone. The chef was friendly and provided a nice interactive experience. He provided instruction and information and everyone seemed to enjoy the experience and were happy. However, he used chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs for the paella and added them way too soon and as such were hard, dry, stringy and chewy. Even though he talked extensively about the soccarat, there were none to be had. The paella was salty as he had salt to the dish and used salted broth. No other flavor could be detected. For the seafood paella, the seafood was cooked perfectly but still salty and no soccarat. Overall though, everyone seemed to have a good time and they both got everyone engaged, even the shy ones.😊

Danni was our guide. A full of energy young lady, was a trully professional, explaining to us , the history of every place-bar, we were visiting. We passed four bars. Amazing history each one. The only not so good, for me was the last one. A lot of bars together at the roof of a big store. I would prefer a quiet one, for completing-finishing, our tour. But anyway, thank you Danni.

Honestly could not recommend this tour anymore . Dani was amazing at creating a group atmosphere and showing us all the best spots. Recommend completing early in your holiday so you can return to some of the restaurants and areas.

Crystal is an amazing guide and a friendly companion. She is very knowledgeable of the tapas scene in Madrid and she will keep you entertained for hours. I highly recommend this experience.

Brilliant fun tour worth Danni.

We enjoyed the various places on the tour. Starting with Patatas Bravas in a classic Tapas restaurant including a couple of glasses of white wine and then moving onto an amazing place that makes their own sweet vermouth. The served us wonderful cocktails made with Gin, Sweet Vermouth, and Orange Liquor along with an excellent cheese plate. Both of these locations gave us delicious food and drink. We then moved on to another place that cooked up some garlic shrimp in an absolutely delicious way. There we had some sweet red wine which was an excellent compliment to the shrimp. Finally, we ended up at the rooftop location of a gigantic department store where we had another glass of red. We are glad we took the tour and we learned many things that made us more knowledgeable as to the history of these foods and places. It was good that we did plenty of walking. Anabel was our guide and she was just perfect. Very attentive and friendly providing us with all kinds of good information. So, it is a tour worth doing and one that will leave you with very good memories.

The locations were very well chosen as well, with delicious tapas and great wine. Dani shared interesting stories and tips without it ever feeling rushed or scripted. Had a wonderful time with our tour guide Cristal. Between the great tour she gave us and great food with drinks, my wife and I had an absolute blast. Met great people in the tour as well. Highly recommend if you wana learn a little bit and experience Madrid while enjoying tapas and wine.

Considering the weather (lots of rain), and the numbers (ended up with 16) William did a fantastic job of taking us around some Tapas in Madrid. Only reason it is four stars is the number of people that kept joining at the last minute felt like a couple of the restaurants were not prepared for as many people.

Will was an absolutely amazing guide! Friendly, knowledgeable, & he helped the whole group to get to know each other - it felt like we were old friends. I did this tour on the second to last day that I was in town, & I really wish I'd done it when I first got there. Will had amazing suggestions & showed us really interesting places. The drinks & tapas were absolutely *chef's kiss*! Definitely go on this tour, & do it the first day or two that you're in town!
