Segovia & Toledo Small Group Tour With Hotel Pick Up From Madrid

Loved getting picked up right at where we were staying. Our guide, Sandra was fantastic! She kept us informed of how the day was going to progress. Sandra gave us the perfect mix of interesting general history and interesting little details. Highly recommend!

I am in Madrid alone for work and was a bit nervous to take on a tour alone, but it was a fantastic experience and so glad I did it. The pick up and drop off at my hotel was the first great perk. Paloma was a fantastic tour guide. She has great passion and stories about the towns we visited. It was the perfect mix of tour and alone time to explore. I’m so glad I went out of my comfort zone to join. The towns are amazing as were the legends Paloma shared. I appreciate her kindness and safe driving and the beauty of this amazing place!

Our guide was Sandra and she was the best. She picked us up exactly on time and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable about the sights, and at every opportunity went out of her way to make sure we were having a good experience. By the end of the day when we parted ways it felt like we were saying goodbye to a dear family friend.

Excellent tour, a small tour was definitely a better choice than a large one. Our tour only had 3 couples which was perfect. Tour was just enough without being overwhelming and exhausting and we saw the major sites with plenty of photo ops. Pablo was a great tour guide, extremely friendly and provided great information. Took photos for all of us. Was a perfect day tour.

The tour was amazing, not only Toledo and Segovia are breathtaking places but our tour guide Sandra was also awesome. She was so knowledgeable and fun. She is a true madrilena. We loved and would definitely recommend this small group tour (we were in 6 people + Sandra)

Sandra was our driver. She was accompanied by Jason, training. They were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We would prefer only to go with them in the future if possible.

The tour was organized by In Out Madrid. Our tour guide Guillermo is extremely knowledgeable of the destinations history, culture and tradition. He did not only share information but told compelling stories of Spain’s history. Highly recommended.

Thia was a full day trip, first to Toledo and then on to Segovia. Gven the distance of these cities from Madrid, the time alloted in each town was appropriate and efficient. Both cities are beautiful with a lot of interesting sites.

From start to finish it was a superb trip. Our guide, Guillermo, picked us up right on time at our hotel. There were 7 of us in total so a nice small group. We drove comfortably to Segovia first where we had an outstanding tour and overview of the city and the history and evolution of Segovia. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable. We had lunch and then drove to Toledo where we had a similarly tremendous tour of the city and the major sites. The value of having a very experienced tour guide was significant to us. He would answer every question in depth. He was patient and easy to understand and spoke perfect English. So this excursion is well worth the price. I could not recommend this tour more highly.

Julio was exceptional explaining all the history not only on what happened in Toledo and Segovia but as well from when we were getting out and back into Madrid. For sure a day trip that it’s worth if you don’t have extra days to visit individually Toledo and Segovia.

Our guide Antonella Arais Romano was so pleasant to be with for the day. It was as if we were family. She was informative and reasonable as far as changing the schedule and displaying patience during a severe traffic jam. She was knowledgeable in answering our historical questions, too.

Our guide Sandra was amazing! She is an awesome driver who made navigating the streets of Madrid on the pickup and dropoff and long stretches of highway to/from Toledo & Segovia a calm experience. Sandra also provided us with enough information to give us a sense of Toledo and Segovia’s rich history without talking all the time, which I appreciated to enjoy the moments. Would recommend knocking both out in a single day.

A nice, long day to experience Toledo and Segovia. I chose this tour because it included the hotel pickup - communication regarding the pickup was great! The tour guide was also very friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a great, local lunch spot for all of us to eat at. Reasons why I only gave 4 stars: the driving was a little erratic which caused several people on the tour to become car sick. As well, the time in Segovia was cut short due to traffic conditions, so the tour wasn’t paced out as well as it could have been (we had lots of time in Toledo, but only an hour in Segovia… and I think I personally preferred Segovia over Toledo). It’s just a lot of driving (1.5 hours each way to Segovia) for a small amount of time there.

Our guide was Sandra. She was communicative, personable, intuitive and funny, and above all, an excellent driver and guide. We covered Toledo and Segovia in a group of 7 of us and we never felt rushed. We made our experience enjoyable!

Sandra, our guide, was charming and fun. The tour covered the highlights at a reasonable pace. We had a lovely group on people on the tour, which was a nice bonus. As a solo traveler who tends to have a packed agenda, it was really nice to let someone else coordinate things for the day. I look forward to having more time to go back to Toledo and Segovia one day, and I'm glad I decided to join this tour on short notice.

Our group got picked up one hour late, we didn’t have a chance to visit all promised locations, the driver was horrible. Additionally, he didn’t know how to operate that particular vehicle our entire group complained about his driving. he didn’t know what he was doing, he didn’t have a particular plan for us. He was not knowledgeable and he didn’t explain the history. We would like to get our money back for the tour. The total refund

We did a full day tour from Madrid out to Toledo and Segovia with Sandra. Her knowledge of the history and happenings in both places was impressive and delivered in a very natural and entertaining way. We were lucky as well with the other three couples on the tour, who were all wonderful and interesting people. I will be recommending this tour to any of our friends or acquaintances heading this way. In a word: Fantastic.

I was picked up by Guillermo on time. He was very polite, on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Both tour was amazing and very informative. Guillermo Drove great and careful for the 5 hours drive. I really do recommend this day trip and if you can get Guillermo, I’ll promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

Tour Guide and Driver Antonella was awesome. She has knowledgement the Segovia and Toledo area and its long history. Also took around to great paranomic views of both area which breathtaking. i advise to book this tour and with Antonella for a great experience

We throughly enjoyed this trip to Toledo and Segovia. Our guide Josefina was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. We were picked up on time from our hotel and communication was excellent before the tour confirming details. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour or the tour company to anyone. I joined the Segovia and Toledo tour with Josefina, and it was one of the most enjoyable day trips I’ve taken. Josefina is so friendly and professional. She shared a lot of great historical stories that made each heritage site come alive. The hotel pickup was a huge bonus. I could start the day without rushing to a meeting point, which made everything so relaxing. From Toledo’s old streets and cathedral to Segovia’s aqueduct, the whole experience was smooth, fun, and rewarding. I highly recommend this tour to anyone still deciding whether to visit these two incredible cities.

What a fabulous day with our wonderful tour guide Antonella! It felt like we were all with an old friend. Doing Segovia and Toledo in one day is a lot to take in and a fair bit of driving..but totally worth it, especially for those on a short visit only to Madrid. Stunning scenery and such important history to see and learn. Thanks to Antonella for her skilled driving and great commentary, plus interesting local knowledge, she was a delight.

Antonella picked us up at our Airbnb promptly. She was a professional, friendly, knowledgeable tour guide throughout the day. She timed our visits to avoid crowds, and gave clear directions to keep our group moving at the necessary pace. She suggested excellent places to eat or visit along the way. Her expertise extended beyond the official “tour” times, as she answered our many questions and shared interesting information about Spanish history, culture, etc. all day. I highly recommend her. She also was so easy to spend time with, and she created a friendly atmosphere for our whole group. Muchas gracias!
