Santiago Bernabéu Stadium Admission Ticket

This was a fantastic tour, myself & my son really enjoyed the experience & would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Madrid as a must see.

We were not given entry to the Stadium as the ticket we downloaded did not work. No representative from the Tour Company turned up and we had to go and buy two tickets from the official main box office at a cost of Euro84. We are expecting a full refund for the tickets we purchased at £114.51 for a service NOT provided by Viator.

Nice tour , wish we would be able to see the locker rooms or tunnel to the field. I took Some nice pictures and bought a jersey.

Visiting the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium was a great experience. We would recommend that you must do if visiting Madrid.

It was no communication before picking up the tickets. Thanks a guy from Amigo Tours Madrid the trip happened well. But I had had a big effort to find right way for tickets. Never more with this agency.

Absolutely the worst tour experience we’ve ever had – avoid this company at all costs. We booked our stadium tour TWO MONTHS in advance, only to show up (after spending 40 euros on a cab) and be told our tickets had already been used. Shocked and confused, we contacted the tour company immediately, only to be told that they had to cancel the tickets and could only offer a rebooking for the following day. No apology. No accountability. Just a “too bad, not our problem” attitude. We had other tours scheduled the next day, and this forced us to rearrange our entire itinerary. Spent money on a round trip taxi to get to the stadium and over two hours on the phone trying to resolve this—no help, no ownership, no compensation. Just a waste of time, energy, and money. If you value your vacation time, do not book with this company. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unwilling to make things right—even when the mistake was clearly theirs.

Great tour this was not guided. Purchasing is the same as buying tickets at the stadium. This does guarantee that you get in at the time slot you chose.

Great self-guided for Real Madrid fans. Went there alone, and really had fun between stadium, museum a d learning about the new project

Interesting visit lots to see and were lucky to be able to see the pitch out as there was a match the next day . Stadium is very cold though and involves a lot of walking

Self guided. Very crowded. No restrooms. No field visit. No locker room visit. Basically what I could see on a video.

Amazing experience as a soccer fan . It was all that we could have asked for. The whole experience finally culminating with the view of the grand stadium was a treat to the eyes

Everything we saw were beautiful and we understood how great is the Real Madrid Club. We learned their history and the perfect way they presented to us.

Impressive stadium and museum. As it’s self guided you can take your time and read as much or as little as you want. Informative as I had not realised they are involved in more than football.

I would leave zero stats if possible. BEWARE! This is a complete ripoff! This was shown as it was a guided tour and when I got there these were just the access tickets which in door, are $35 euros per person. I spoke with management at the stadium and they took a picture of the receipt and will file a complaint. They said its ILLEGAL for them to sell the tickets for a higher price. I would recommend to Just get the the tickets at the door, it is not just half the price, but way less hassle. This people never sent me the tickets and I had to call customer service for the to send them to me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

What an amazing football club with so much history & the club has won many trophies. The stadium tour is what I would have expected to see

First of all we did self tour nobody show up for us and nobody felt the need to call us.Viator is making extremely difficult lately with this subcontractors before we enjoy them they send the tickets on email and that was that thankfully the staff at Santiago Bernabeu they understood and they left us in for self tour but we pay 294US$ for family of 4 basically for nothing.Highly recommend to anyone go to venue you prefer to visit its much easier and convenience too in stead of this emails that Viator and their contractors sending to you and when it comes to help you they would find the reason we told you so but that wasn’t in the past and I know that very good because I buy from you for at least 4-5 years but not any more since the customer service is apsolutely no knowledgeable and they let me down two times while in Madrid.

After reading some really bad reviews and instances of not getting tickets, I was nervous about this purchase. There was a lot of communication from two different vendors, the selling site and the tour operator, all of which were confusing. Everything I could find said "this is not your ticket" and there were several instructions to download your tickets and have ready. I never found the actual place to download tickets. But, I called the tour operator prior to going to the stadium and they were friendly and responsive, sending my tickets via pdf right away. I think the tickets were too expensive for what the tour was. I did see other tickets cheaper from other vendors, which appeared to be the same thing, but I'm not positive that is the case. Even with the extensive construction, the tour was worth doing and we really liked it. There is a lot to see through the museum part, but the field doesn't look like a field and we didn't get to see anything else.

You don’t have to be a fan to enjoy this experience. An impressive stadium and interactive displays in the museum including all the trophies. Still being renovated but this doesn’t impact on the overall experience. The company was effective at communicating and there were no issues with the e-tickets.

Don't miss the chance to visit this museum, mostly if you are a Real Madrid fan. Thank you to the tour guys that made this posible and so enjoyable!!!

No tour just walk thru, tickets were difficult to get. We got stopped several times to scan the tickets and they kept asking for the girls 8-10 tickets

A lot of construction which was expected. It’s self guided but very cool learning about the other leagues and history of Real Madrid. Would definitely want to revisit when there’s an actual match. Only takes about 30 minutes to get through.

It was extremely difficult to find the QR codes to get in to the stadium and when we did we were not allowed in because we didn’t arrive at exactly noon. I have never had any problems with purchasing tickets from other companies. I would think twice before buying any services from Viator again.

It's a self-guided tour that's more like a museum and very interesting for the Real Madrid fan. Be prepared to walk up and down stairs as you go through the stadium. The field and locker rooms are under construction - it would have been nice to see, but not a deal breaker. We found that the digital voucher to enter was not intuitive and I was really stressed out trying to download the passes. And I consider myself pretty technologically savvy. All in all, we came, we saw and we liked.

The stadium was still under construction but we enjoyed a lot the exhibition in the museum and the views of the field. Kids loved it!

Absolutely a waste of money to purchase stadium visit from Viator when customer can just as easily purchase at box office for 1/3 the cost. Rip off. Very disappointed in the experience. Felt taken.

Didn’t receive any tickets. Had to buy it again way cheaper at the stadium. Tried to contact the trip coordinator but no response. VIATOR HELP LINE WAS GREAT. They initiated my refund right away!

We did not have the tickets sent via email so we had to wait a lot until we got these. The agency sent us the tickets at the end via whatsapp. Also, the instructions where to go at the stadium were incorrect, not taking into consideration the ongoing reconstruction of the stadium. We ended up making circles around the stadium. .

Got the tickets on WhatsApp post payment confirmation. It was a self guided tour of the museum, panoramic view point of the stadium & the official Real Madrid Shop. Nice and easy. The boys loved it.

The museum was pretty cool especially if you are a fan. The whole experience was a little underwhelming compared to other stadium tours we have done. They could include a visit to locker room, being able to go down to field, etc

Terrible they didn’t send me actual tickets for entry I have to call them and send me entry ticket I have to wait infront of gate. That’s made me very annoying!

I paid $81 for three people for tickets that cost $45 per person. Almost double!!!!!! I would like an explanation for this, thank you.

Very cool stadium, we could go everywhere, locker room, catacombs, etc. Admission and ticket pickup worked great Only downside, tickets more expensive than with other providers, but the desired date worked out

Service as contracted, tickets (QR CODae), sent in advance, there is no problem, for access to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium tour.

Sometimes the cheap option ends up being expensive, I won't say more... zero quality.

Tour guide was not at the starting point of the stadium tour at the booked time. No admission with our tickets either!

Everything perfect from the ease of purchase to the info shared yes about the tour that the directions to reach the stadium are to the magnificent tour. Highly recommended!

The ticket with the QR never arrived on the site and could not be downloaded. If it wasn't for the help of a stadium stewardess who spoke to the site attendant on the phone, we would never have entered. Bad Service. Tickets with QR must be emailed immediately after payment and not 1 hour before entering the stadium. Definitely won't use it again

Even if we are not a supporter of Real Madrid, I must admit that this visit dazzled our eyes. A magnificent 2H visit to see the history of the club as well as the trophies and the highlight of the show is to sit in the gallery and contemplate its magnificent stadium.

Amazing the stadium of Real Madrid. It is also worth visiting the museum. A pity the stadium is in works when of our visit, preventing a more complete tuor, however, what we saw was very cool.

HORRIBLE, it is a robbery, you are charged almost double for a simple ticket, they tell you it is with guided tour but it is hook, the ticket is a normal one without guide through the stadium, better buy them on the website, already claim and there is no solution, it was a robbery that I have been charged 71€ per person for a simple ticket without tour of 38€

The visit and more than shameful at the price we saw nothing I even asked for the refund of the visit we did not visit the locker room not the players nothing the stadium and in works we could not even get close to the entrance of the lawn nothing it is shameful at the price!!!! Excrement disappointed!!!! Did not go

The visit is totally worth 38 euros of the cost, the stadium totally redone a few years ago is already practically a unique museum of Real Madrid. The field, seen from the fourth floor, is breathtaking. Too bad the locker rooms aren't visible.
