Great communication! Driver made contact via WhatsApp before our flight left USA, asking flight number etc, gave easy directions for meeting point including picture. Upon arrival at Madrid quick to respond even after flight was delayed for almost an hour. Helped carry bags to van, which was comfortable and clean. Upon arrival walked us to hotel around corner due to no parking in front of hotel. Very friendly and helpful, perfect for groups of 5-6 with luggage.

Do Not & I repeat do not use this service I had sent tour operator 2 messages a day prior to pick up one informing that our flight was delayed by over an hour the other that we are slow group that would need extra time & to please text any needed information to either of 2 different phone numbers When we arrived we went to the expected meeting place listed on the tickets no one was there then we tried to communicate to the operator via both in line chat which recommended what’s app when I opened the app I saw a message from driver that he was in another meeting area & that he had left because we were late. Never a call or response to my messages We were forced to find another way to get to our hotel Company deserves zero stars

Our driver, Christian, was friendly and communicated with us over WhatsApp to direct us to the pickup point. We had to wait a few minutes, but that was understandable on a busy travel day. The car was a bit small but comfortable.

We did not receive a Van we were in a smaller car with one person needing to sit up front and one in the back with a car seat.

David was prompt, knowledgeable, patient, organized and enthusiastic in our tour. With a happy demeanor. I would give give him more stars if I could.

Driver never responded to email or phone call. We paid more to get to our hotel. Called the drive more than once to find out where he was. His name is Stephen. I want a refund.

Booked my transfer like I have always done with Viator. Contacted Viator support and was told reservation was confirmed that the transport company would contact me. I waited all night since we had to be oicked up at 830am for a morning dlt. At 1am I contacted support again and was told that the notes showed no drivers were available. I was very upset noone had the decency to communicate this with me. I spent until 3am trying to get transfer thru another company. Very upset with this service. They advised I would get reminded but the reward points I had used to pay half of the trip I lost it could t get refunded

Great car and very friendly and helpful driver in terms of helping with luggage, push chair and baby at airport and when leaving us at the hotel. We were not just dropped at the door but Gilberto helped bringing everything in.

The service was amazing. Juan texted me before I even landed where he was waiting for me. When I got off the plane I received his text. I was definitely not familiar with the airport & he helped guide me to where I needed to meet him. If ever in Madrid I would definitely use this service again!

Bad Service, since we arrived the driver was pushing that if we already had the bags, we had been told that the driver would have a sign not our name and it was not, when we met the driver did not wave and just said follow me.... I do not recommend the Service
