Very good tour of the Prado. Saw some of the most important works. It is such a big museum, it could never be fully seen in one day, but this was a wonderful overview, our guide, Hernn was excellent and very informative.

Irina was very good at explaining the paintings, sculptures, and stories behind them. She made it very interesting and fun for us, even jetlagged and for kids who were not very interested in art. It was super easy to meet up with her, and since we were a guided group, we got to skip the lines. Irina also guided us through the Palacio ReaI. The architecture was really wonderful, and the kids thought it was crazy how it has 3,400 rooms, and 500 maids! We would definitely do this again!

We had a fabulous tour of the Prado Museum, that was facilitated by our wonderful tour guide Irina K. She communicated in advance of the tour, met us promptly at the start time and allowed us to skip the line for rapid entry. In a few hours she navigated through the highlights of the museum providing very interesting and informative commentary and historical perspective.

Our guide, Hernan Satt, was very knowledgeable and engaging, managing to tailor the tour to the varied interests of the four of us. Deeply informed about both the art itself and the history behind the pieces, he made the collection come alive. Highly recommended! We will seek him out when we visit again...

Irina was an excellent guide. We did not have a lot of time left in the city, but Irina helped educate and guide us to some key works, while ensuring our wheelchair driven elderly family member could access everything in the Prado.

The best private art museum tour I have done globally simply due to the caliber of our guide. Hernan. I have been to the Prado several times but wanted to do an in depth private tour to introduce the museum to my kids (10 and 12 yrs old). Our guide Hernan was simply incredible; keeping the kids engaged and the adults discovering too! We all learnt so much and had a great time while doing it! Definitely our highlight of our Madrid visit!

Irina was absolutely wonderful! She was a fantastic guide and this tour really brought the museum to life. We brought our two young daughters with us along with my mother, and she did such a great job of teaching three generations about all the art we were seeing. Irina was a wonderful tour guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Prado. It was most impressive that she was able to take some things we said, and make an incredible personalized tour that was engaging the entire time.

Our guide was so knowledgeable and interesting. He showed us all the highlights especially the Spanish painters El Greco, Velasquez, Goya and put their art into historical context. It was a fascinating experience my sons and I will never forget.

Our group booked a private tour of the Prado Museum highlights. Our guide Irina was a true art historian and taught us so much about the paintings but in the most entertaining and engaging way possible. Our tour was the highlight of our time in Madrid and even the non-art lover in the group thought it was a fantastic experience.

This tour *made* our - to the Prado. The depth of knowledge & genuine enthusiasm for the art in the Prado of our guide was exceptional, and the story he wove as he used the art to take us through Spanish history was riveting. This looks like a high $$, but you have come all this way to see the Prado- seeing it with an expert (a knowledgable, interesting storyteller of an expert) who brings it to life makes sense. We did have a couple of small technical glitches-and they were superb at sorting them out. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this tour.

I booked the Goya and Velasquez tour originally with Irina. We got so much more than that. She covered Spanish history in a way that was new to me, and I studied in Spain when I was in college. I cannot say enough about Irina and the tour. She was wonderful and made what could have been a very dry, boring experience for my college-aged son, something he will remember. If you can do one of these tours, at any of the Madrid museums, I would highly recommend them. They are well worth the money.

We always get tour guides in museums and this was our best experience yet! The kids (high school and college age) said they were sad when our tour was over! Mr. Satt was a fabulous guide. He asked us questions, told the stories behind the pieces, and was obviously passionate about art. We all would give it 5+ stars if possible. Can't recommend this high enough!

Saw the key exhibits at Museo del Parado. Hernan is a guide with lots of experience and very knowledgeable about Velazquez, Goya and others. Learned a lot. Made the tour quite manageable with a short break in between. A must given the size of the museum.

Having done many private tours it was an absolute privilege to join Hernan A. Satt on a private Prado museum tour. Needless to say his knowledge was exceptional. But turning this into an absolute immersive experience by sharing not only his knowledge but explaining background facts in a fascinating and exciting manner made this tour a step above the usual!! This was my second tour of the Prado and this time was exceptional. Our guide Irina was waiting at our prearranged meeting location as planned and began the tour promptly. One of our guests doesn't like museums and even she enjoyed herself. That's due in large part to how Irina conducted the tour and made the experience interesting. My last visit with a guide was good, but Irina covered more ground than the last guide and she had a half hour less than the first guide! I would highly recommend using Viator to book a guide for the Prado and if you can, request Irina. You'll be happy you did!

It was an amazing experience to visit Prado museum. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain the details and backgrounds of different paintings. At the end of our tour he provided several recommendation of places to eat and visit in Madrid. Last but not the least he actually gave us a ride to one of the restaurants at the conclusion.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our guide Irena who gave life to the wonderful paintings at the Prado. It is a magnificent collection and Irena could provide so much historical perspective on the paintings as well as explaining the technique of the artists. She was enthusiastic about each piece and engaged so easily on any topic or questions. This was definitely a highlight of our time in Europe.

We were enchanted with Irina's knowledge of the paintings, artists and Spanish history. I was initially a tad concerned about 3.5 hours in the Prado with two teens. She reassured me it would pass quickly and they would enjoy it. She captivated us all with her explanations, patience and intelligence. She was the only guide of our trip throughout Spain who deliberately involved and engaged my teens. Our family recently enjoyed an incredible week in Spain, starting in the Basque Country and ending in Madrid. He even held the attention of our 2 twenty-something sons for almost four hours, no small feat. During our trip, we were truly taken by the generous spirit of so many Spaniards.
