Our plane was extremely late arriving in Madrid from London but the car transfer company had advised us not to have the car at the airport on the expected landing time and they were right. When we landed I contacted Viator and they responded immediately to reassure us the car would wait. Sure enough Louis was waiting and that was such a relief at 1am! Drivers sign was too small. Should be iPad size and not iPhone size. I had to call to be sure driver was on his way.

Virginia, our driver, showed up on time. She was wonderful. Even though our street was blocked off by a large truck, she parked her van, walked to our AirB&B to get us and even carried some of our luggage (despite my protests). The van was clean and in excellent condition. The ride to the airport was fast and she helped us with our luggage curbside. Highly recommend.

We were collected by this company as part of our hotel booking we used them for our return transfer to Madrid Airport. This was quite challenging as we had 3 suitcases in terminal 4 to collect and then on to terminal 2 for departure. They were so accomodating and will most definitely use them again five stars 🤩

Daniel was excellent. Stayed in contact the entire time. Pickup leaving the airport was a little confusing but he happily walked us through where to meet him via FaceTime. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.

Waited 15 minutes for the driver and then when he did show up, he barely greeted us and did not offer to assist with any of the luggage. Made zero effort. Walked very slowly to the car while on his phone. Maybe just this driver, but not impressed.

If one has checked baggage, request the driver 45 minutes wait time to start 30 minutes after plane lands...

The Entire process was seamless. We were met right outside of baggage claim with an easy to see sign. Driver was friendly and got us to our destination with ease. we recommend this highly.

I do NOT recommend booking through Viator for airport pickup! The 24 hour cancellation applies even if the provider doesn’t have any drivers available when your flight is delayed. AND Viator will not apply that payment to another provider. Our flight was delayed with mechanical problems for 10 hours. I notified the provider when we were deplaned that there was a delay and I had no idea how long it would be. I also notified Viator at providers request. When we were told to board, flight was back on, as soon as I knew what the arrival time would be, I called Viator customer service. It sounded like she worked from home - very noisy background with people coming and going. She contacted provider and discovered they had no drivers available at that time. I was told I would not get a refund because cancelled within 24 hours of original time. I did not cancel - the provider did. Would not allow me to use the funds toward another provider. It took about 10 minutes if her searching for another provider (while I am now sitting on the plane about to have to hang up) when it became clear she was searching for providers to take me to the airport instead of picking me up! If use Viator, realize that if all goes well - great! If you encounter flight problems, you could very well lose your money and pickup service like I did.

Good service, safe airport transfer and friendly driver. We landed after midnight, and even had a flight delay, but the company tracks the flight and the car was on time at the meeting point. It was very reassuring to know that we had organized transport. We had a little trouble finding the meeting point, but we called the phone number from the reservation and the driver found us. A small recommendation to specify in the reservation where to go or to have navigation.

It was a smooth experience from the Airport. Our flight landed about 30 mins early but our driver Pablo was available and gave us a call by the time we finished immigration and directed us to the pick up point. It was a smooth ride into madrid after that in a comfortable van (for 6 people).

Driver arrived early. Vehicle was clean. He politely loaded all our bags (we were a group of 5 women). I'd recommend this service but did feel it was a little pricey.

The organization of this transport service was excellent. Several hours before our pickup time we got asked the number of people and suitcases with their sizes in order to fit everything in the car without any issues. The driver was really polite and maintained contact via WhatsApp when we arrived in the airport to meet him. Highly recommend!
