Madrid: Santiago Bernabeu And Real Madrid Guided Tour

Great tour. We are a family of three. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave great information and details.

Meet up is at the Santander Bank near the Real Madrid Ticket office, if you go the day before a match you don't get into the dressing rooms or down to the pitch

The stadium was amazing. However, our guide Mateo had a very thick Spanish accent and spoke very quickly and it was difficult to understand what he was saying.

This is a 2 hour tour but well worth it. The stadium is beautiful & the tour guides do a great job. I highly recommend getting the option with the visit of the locker rooms & player benches

Excellent tour if you are interested in futbol. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of The Bernabeu and the club itself. Just be aware there is a lot of walking and going up and down stairs, so if you have mobility issues this might not be the tour for you.

Our tour guide, Carlos, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, used humour, was respectful and very polite. The museum and access to special areas in the stadium were exceptional. Our entire family enjoyed the experience.

My wife and I took this tour in July 2026. I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of fútbol. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The museum was interesting and we also were able to enter the stadium. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a lot of walking and going up and down stairs. It might not be the best tour for people with mobility issues.

Very knowledgable and interesting guide made the experience worthwhile on top of the impressive access to the stadium.

Sergio was absolutely fantastic. He made the experience lively; this tour was the best part of the whole holiday for us and mainly because of Sergio

Very comprehensive tour. Museum, changing room, tunnel to pitch side and you can sit in the dugout. We had the guided tour which is more expensive but our guide explained so much more via the headset handout.

What a place this is, you need to visit and spend a few hours here not just in terms of the stadium tour which is a work of art itself but also the market underneath the stadium with all the amazing food vendors. The history of the club is well versed but the modern technology they use that you’ll hear about is why the stadium cost €1.2B….would love to be here on a match day so we’ll be back for sure!

Amazing Host was welcoming, helpful and friendly. He knew his stuff too. Great experience. Highly recommended

booked english clearly stated on the confirm tour was spanish total disappointment let the website and operator know if this each states the other one is responsible total bs

What should have been an enjoyable experience was ruined by the guide. He rushed through everything and did not allow his tour to look at any of the exhibits. If you stopped - you looked up and he was racing off. He never stopped to check that all of the people on the tour were there - he just rushed ahead. The tour was 1 1/2 hours and at one point we passed a toilet and I asked to go ( I am a lady of a certain age!). He was incensed and told us that he could not stop the tour for that and we would have to wait - not what I expected. Very disappointed.

Very interesting tour and a great way to see the stadium! Definitely recommend whether you’re a Real Madrid fan or not!

Give this a miss, it’s a con. Take you in and you walk around a concourse. Museum ok but this tour is a MUST MISS.

For fans of Soccer and especially Real Madrid, it is the best. For me not so much because I don't like soccer, but it is a wonderful place and it left me with a very good impression.

Very good experience, the guide was very pleasant, patient, she doesn't leave you with any doubts, and it's clear she knows what she's talking about.

Check the prices and menus before going there to avoid overspending.

Today we visited the stadium, with a guide named Cesar is an excellent guide, sympathetic, explained very well, made our tour quite profitable.

Beautiful experience, made to live better by Nicole!

All very well, only in the instructions mention that you must redeem your voucher for official tickets and the redemption point is a Santander bank, that information is not updated. Plus it doesn’t need redeeming because the guide is there waiting 3 mins before starting the tour to give you the headset and start. Otherwise, all good.

Good tour, we enter all the included places and have an excellent guide
