Very friendly business owners, excellent service!
This was the perfect way to explore Madrid and Manu was an excellent guide. The mapped out route covered all the essentials but keep the map after the ride it’s really good for giving you a good view of the city. We hit many landmarks along the route that you may wish to explore further; like the palace for example. The park was a highlight and there are many beautiful points of interest that Manu shares with you along the way. Highly recommend this tour at the start of your trip. Ask questions and get lots of information in return. As a bonus Manu shares some of his favourite places to shop, eat and explore. Worth every penny and safe!!
Julio was an amazing tour guide. We had so much fun learning about the city and history, and seeing the sites. Highly recommended for families!
Very friendly and professional we enjoyed the tour. Hope he picked places with shade for explaining history as it was extremely hot!
Super fun tour with Manuel, who was excellent, funny, knowledgeable, and kind.
We had a great time doing the tour with our guide Julio. He's extremely knowledgeable about the history of Madrid and made the experience all the more enjoyable! Our group is learning Spanish to Julio was kind enough to explain everything in both English and Spanish to help us on our learning journey too.
Manu was great! Very informative!
One of the best ways to know Madrid's highlights. Our guide. Manuel, was funny but also told us a lot of information, not all of which you find in usual travel guides. It wasn't boring at all. I think that by doing a bike-tour you can choose what to see next, where to eat etc... I highly recommend this tour
Im so glad we took this tour! We saw so much more of the city by peddling through it had we just been walking by ourselves. And our guide made it fun by providing interesting information and some humor along the way. We had our almost 3-year-old with us and they accommodated her perfectly. I definitely recommend this tour!
Our tour guide Rudy was very informative. Great historian of the Madrid architecture and artists. It was a little hectic with our group size through the busy streets which made it a little more difficult to navigate. Overall we had a fun time and I would recommend Rudy as a great guide I would have liked a smaller group to bike with due to biking skills of some
What a great way to start our time in Madrid. We got to see all the key sights and get the lay of the land. It was a Sunday morning so the streets were nice and quiet when we started, which was a lovely treat. By the end the streets were busy, but our guide, Manuel (who was fabulous!) did a good job keeping us off the busy streets as much as possible. I would highly recommend this tour!
Rudi was great, so knowledgeable and helpful. Made exploring Madrid so interesting and fun, was patient and answered all the questions. Great experience, we loved it. Looked after us from start to finish and even helped with the rest of our stay. Top service!
Excellent tour. Very informative and well-paced. The value for fee is great and we left feeling like we had a much better understanding of the geography and history of the city
Our guide was great! Stopped many times to explain history and interesting facts about many different areas around Madrid. The pace was easy. Our group was about 8 or 10, some with touring bikes and others with ebikes. It was very satisfying and a great way to see town.
This was one of the best tours (English) I've ever taken! I loved cycling around the centre of Madrid with Bizi Tour. It was informative and fun. My guide was fantastic - so polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I learned so much about the city that I wouldn't have discovered on my own. What really stood out was how well the tour was guided. The guides managed the cycle ride really well making sure it was safe and that I understood the route the entire time. I would highly recommend Bizi Tour to anyone looking for a fun and insightful way to explore Madrid.
Excellent Experience!! Efficient and very friendly staff. Sturdy and good bikes for maneuvering in the city. Rudi was a fantastic guide: knowledgeable, kind, patient and caring. A great way for those who enjoy biking to have a first overview of beautiful Madrid. I highly recommend!!
We did our ride with Rudy as our guide. We had a fantastic tour of the city. Rudy made the stories of each place come alive. Would highly recommend this tour with Rudy to get an appreciation of central Madrid.

Awesome way to see Madrid. No stress and easy riding. Manu was knowledgeable and answered all our questions well. Nice weather too
This was a great way to see the highlights of Madrid in a few hours, learn some history, and get tips for prime sunset spots and places to visit. Rudy was our guide and made sure everyone felt safe. We stuck to mostly back roads, bike lanes and paths, so we’re never biking in traffic. If you are apprehensive about biking in a busy city like Madrid, don’t be, they will take care of you.
We had an amazing time on this guided bike tour through Madrid with Manuel. From start to finish, it was fun, relaxed, and packed with interesting insights. Manuel’s knowledge of the city's history is seriously impressive: he shared fascinating stories and facts at every stop, making the city come alive in a way you just don’t get from a guidebook. It was a cool way to explore Madrid, both literally and figuratively! Highly recommended if you want to experience the city in a fun, active, and memorable way. Thanks, Manuel—you’re the best!
Manuel is extremely knowledgeable, very good at pacing the riding to the needs of the guests and very flexible as we were a small group so he added a few more stops of interest.
A highlight of our stay in Madrid a very leisurely ride through the best parts of Madrid lead by a very knowledgeable guide Rudy he was able to answer any question asked We always felt safe and the tour was mainly in the back streets or bike paths. We never felt rushed and cruised our way for 3 plus hours Bike was easy to ride and comfortable. My advice would be to do this tour early in your visit to Madrid as it highlights places that you can go back to at your leisure Thanks Rudy
I booked online for the evening bike tour at short notice and they weren’t expecting me when I arrived. No one else had booked this tour so I expected it to be cancelled but Rudi very cheerfully took me for a 1:1 tour and showed me round the city. Rudi was really friendly and super knowledgeable with lots of info about the art galleries, museums, statues, architecture, history and tourist attractions. He also gave me a run down on which days and times I could get into the galleries free and left me with a list of recommended restaurants at the end of the tour. Definitely recommended. There are a few hills but nothing dramatic and it felt like a much better way to see Madrid than walking round in a big group.
This is the second time I have done this tour with friends. It is such a brilliant way to see this beautiful city and you cover so much more ground than would be possible on foot. Cycling through the back streets and particularly through Retiro Park was very relaxed and our guide, Rudi, was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of excellent information which we used later on during our stay in Madrid.
Excellent guide and a fantastic way to see the city highlights. Beautiful park, incredible buildings
We took the 3 hour E-bike tour of Madrid with Manuel. Our experience was excellent! Our group was pretty small (5 people total) which was a great size. Manuel does a great job at keeping the tour fun and interesting by offering important concise information about each stop. We had great weather and really enjoyed all of the locations around Madrid that he showed us. He is very knowledgeable about the different areas and history of all of the sites. The bikes were in great condition. Overall, all 3 of us had a really great time on this tour and I would highly recommend taking a tour from Manuel if you have the time. It was well worth the money! Thank you!
The good: knowledgeable and friendly guide. The bad: just ok bikes, mix of e-bikes and regular bikes in the group, waiting 25 mins at the start for a no-show, stopped and waited while one guy went into a shop for tiramisu, had one person in our English tour who only spoke French so we needed to wait the guide to translate for her…. Guide could have managed the group better.
This was such a fun and informative way to spend 3 hours in Madrid! Rudy was very knowledgeable guiding us through the sites and sounds. Parks, historical buildings, plazas and helpful suggestions on good, wine and sights with seeing.
I am so glad we decided to do a bike tour for our first trip to Madrid! Manuel was the best guide, giving us fun facts and historical context about many sites and artifacts (a unique sculpture in Retiro Park, the church where nuns make cookies to sell, and so much more). We covered lots of ground and we loved being on the vintage bikes. I highly recommend this tour!
We had a lovely afternoon learning about the history and sights of Madrid with Manuel. He is a great historian, who really captivated us with his knowledge of Madrid. We biked at a leisurely pace and covered all the main sights such as Retiro parc, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Prado museum and many more. This is a great tour to do on one of your first days in Madrid as it will help you have a general understanding of the lay of the land. As well, the bike company provides a lovely list of recommendations for bars & restaurants divided by neighborhood. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip, and we are very grateful for the experience with Manuel!
What an experience! Manuel our guide was excellent. Fortunately there were only two of us so it was like a private tour. We explained that we had already done a walking tour. So Manuel gave us a tour that did not overlap our walking tour. He asked if we knew about certain attractions. But he still gave us an overview. We felt that he added some areas and explained their significance to how Madrid developed such as Retiro Park. We covered over 14 Km so you can see that we saw a lot of Madrid's tourist area. We didn't use electric bikes so a good workout for us as well. Most enjoyable. Give these guys a go. We popped down to their shop the day before to ensure we found it ok. The other guy (sorry no name) was just as helpful with our questions. So overall a great experience. Try to find a clear spot on the wall to leave your comments. There are many. Thanks again.

This was a great tour! The company is very kind and easy to communicate with. Ruddy was a really knowledgeable and flexible tour guide! My family and I had a really lovely time! They also give you good recommendations for the city (food, sites, etc). Highly recommend!
We spent the day touring Madrid with our kids aged 12 and 10 and our guide Manuel was amazing! He was very knowledgable and made sure the kids had a great time. We even stopped for Churros at a small spot which were the best in Madrid! Definatley recommend the tour and ask for Manuel as your guide!
The Madrid e-bike tour with Bizitour was fantastic, Rudy was a very knowledgeable person and multilingual, easy to go with, highly recommend for those visiting Madrid for sightseeing and history lovers. Thanks Rudy and Bizitour!
We had an awesome time biking around Madrid. We learn so much about Madrid's history and many fun facts . Bryan , our guide was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole tour! Awesome experience!
For my 50th birthday, my husband and I had a great time exploring Madrid on our vintage bikes. EZ bikes was perfect for us, we didn’t feel tired at all and had a wonderful experience. It was a great way to see lots of places in 3 hours. Manuel was very informative in explaining each landmark and fluent in English and Spanish. He made it easy to travel through the streets and always made sure we were following along and made us feel safe. He would use hand signals to let us know ahead of time when we needed to to turn. Manuel would give us time (couple of minutes )to explore the areas and gave me time to take pictures. He would also take pictures of us when asked and when we were ready we would continue. I really loved it because it was a private tour of just me and my husband. Our guide gave us all the attention. Manuel did a phenomenal job with our tour and would definitely recommend. Very memorable experience ❤️
We had our bike tour with Rudi as our guide. Great experience and extremely friendly! Great activity to do at the start of your trip with some good tips!
A very relaxed tour of the key sights of Madrid with a very knowledgeable guide. The bikes are an older design but modern. Great fun.
This tour was fabulous. Cruised at a steady pace around different parts of Madrid. Made more interesting by having a guide who was super informative in not just a typical tour guide way.
Awesome experience! Manuel was a fantastic guide. Would definitely recommend as a great overview of the city!
This was a great overview of Madrid’s highlights and history. Our guide Manuel was super friendly and knowledgeable. You can choose regular bikes or e-bikes. We rode regular bikes and it was easy. We would recommend this tour and Bizi tour bike tours!
My teenagers and I had a fantastic day with Manuel yesterday. He was understanding, impatient and informative. Just want to be with safe, fun and exciting. Totally recommend.!
Well planned to cover all important locations in the 3 hours. The ride and time spent in the Retiro Park was particularly enjoyable. The guide was very helpful.
This is a QUALIFIED 5-Star review, because if you're looking for a fun introduction to Madrid, this bike tour can be that, but only if you're the right person. What's awesome about Bizi Tours: 1) Great people/guides. 2) Great bikes, excellent condition. 3) E-bikes available (highly recommended). 4) You cover a lot of territory in a short time including places like most of Retiro Park that most intro walking tours don't touch. What you should be aware of: 1) If your goal is to get to know and orient yourself to the city, just following the guide through traffic isn't going to be the best possible intro unless you ask for a map of the route in advance. I wish I'd done that. 2) Madrid streets are crowded and busy and you're following a guide at decent speeds. If that scares you, then you may find yourself focusing entirely on the traffic and not on the city you're seeing (except during stops). 3) Our wonderful and friendly guide Manuel sometimes had to be a bit aggressive to keep us on route, for example riding and weaving through crowds in the Plaza Mayor or through a demonstration or parade. It's the route they follow and crowds vary by day and time, but it scared my wife trying to follow him through crowds. If that's you, then be warned that's what you may be signing up for. My tips: Do a morning tour, as we did. Madrid streets get more and more crowded as the day progresses. Call and ask how booked the time is, and if it's a big group, don't hesitate to ask to switch to a quieter time. Same for asking about the calendar. Doing this tour during the San Isidro festival or the pride parade may make it more challenging. Definitely get the ebikes. It's not a flat ride and you should be focused on the city -- not on huffing your way up hills.
Bike tour was awesome! Manuel was great and informative. Took us to all the great spots. Would highly recommend this tour! We had our two kids with us(10&12). They enjoyed it as well.
This is an excellent tour of Madrid! My husband and I only had one full day in Madrid on our honeymoon and we were able to see all the key points of the city as well as learn about the history from a very knowledgeable and friendly guide (Rudy!) we had the best time and highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to learn more about Madrid.
Had a great time and a very informative guide. Was easy for the kids to keep up and stay interested.
