Amazing day it’s a must! The guides were amazing and so fun! You won’t be disappointed in all of the history you will learn
Beatrice was fantastic. Super knowledgable and funny. We were her little family. I’ll never forget “Wakey Wakey” when we were on the bus. Great bus driver Juanando and he also had water’s for purchase. Only 1 Euro. Great time
Wonderful walking tour through both cities. Our guide Oscar was amazing. We went to a nice restaurant for lunch. Amazing two cities and the busses are really comfortable. I highly recommend this tour.
Excellent small group tour . Our guide Antonella is excellent . Tour well paced and not rushed . With plenty time to do our own thing. Highly recommended
Excellent trip. The tour guide David was very knowledgeable and informative. He kept the entire group engaged. The journey to both cities was also very pleasant
This was one of the most beautiful tours my son who is a civil engineer appreciated. The castle in Segovia is an engineering marvel you shouldn't miss.
David was fantastic! Had a great time.
Overall very good trip, well organized, friendly and knowledgeable guides, we really enjoyed the trip.
This has been the best tour from Madrid ! We love it !!! Guides were great ! Laura and Federico !!! Highly recommended
Pick up was on time. Guides very organized and courteous. The ride was comfortable. Our guide, David, was very knowledgeable, took his time to explain the historic sites in detail, encouraged questions. He is passionate about his country’s history. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly. We highly recommend the tour operator and especially David.
Great day trip from Madrid! Lovely and interesting cities: Ávila and Segovia. Tour was well scheduled and a good pace. A fair amount of walking but it is not difficult walking and there are “on your own” times. Beatriz was an excellent English speaking guide. Definitely recommend.
Very historic moment to see medieval towns. Influence by Celtic and then Romans, Muslims, Jews and Christians
This is a great tour lots of great sites included. Be ready to walk a lot, bring a fan and a camera!
Very nice tour. Walkin around the area ws so wonderful. So much history. I enjoyed using d devices tht will help us to hear everythin.
If you want to see Avila to see the Saints and to have 10 minutes to prayfully see their special places - don’t go. It was a comfortable trip but our guide was hot and didn’t even take us to the parapets either. We took longer to get there than the time we spent there. Personally I was so disappointed.
our tour guide Rod is very good . explained every thing. lively tour guide. on time , segovia is beautiful.
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something to do in or around Madrid. The castle and city were very cool and the tour was informative.
it's a long day, but our guide Beatrice was very engaging and helpful throughout the tour. recommended, but we walked over 5 miles so be ready for that.
A very full day in two wonderful Spanish cities. Our tour was informative, travel was comfortable in a beautiful bus and our guide, Beatrice, was always looking out for us. Beatrice was professional, knowledgeable, kind and fun. The tour is long and requires a lot of walking. It was a great day and I highly recommend it.
The tour to Segovia and Avila was exceptional and fascinating. Our guide Federico was fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re going to Madrid I highly recommend this trip with fun and tickets.
It was a very good trip. Driver Louis and biatris were amazing. She provided all nevessary informationduring the trip. The trip went on smoothly and reached back on time. We would highly recommend this tour
Our guide, Rafa, is a very professional, knowledgeable, humorous and organized guide. Your company is very lucky to have him. The trip was a lot of fun. I speak Spanish and know when he’s speaking to English speaking people on his tours, he doesn’t leave anything out. And, by the way, his English is excellent.
I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The tour was one of the best tours my family has gone on, and we have gone on a lot of tours. Rafael was an amazing tour guide. Rafael has an infinite depth of knowledge regarding Spanish history and the history of the Catholic Church. His amicable nature and intelligence made the day feel shorter than 10 hours. He also gave adequate breaks and also allowed us to sit while he was speaking which made the walking less onerous. My nine year old enjoyed the tour so much he told his classmates about how good it was and how much he learned. Segovia and Avila are stunning cities and should not be rushed so 10 hours is a good length of time. The price was very good as well. I am excited to do another tour on our next adventure.
Amazing trip. Cant imagine doing Segovia in the same day. This was a full day. Would highly recommend. Perfect pace to see everything.
What a great experience. We paid the extra money to go into the sites. I would recommend if you have the time to spend the day touring.
My wife and I recently took the walking tour -Madrid to Avila and Segovia, and it was truly the highlight of our trip. We cannot recommend this experience—and specifically this team—highly enough. From start to finish, the day was seamless and incredibly engaging. Our guides were world-class: Gloria (Avila): She brought the history of the city walls and the local culture to life with such passion. It was highly informative and kept us captivated the entire time. Laura (Segovia): Her knowledge of the Roman Aqueduct and the Alcázar was exceptional. She made the history feel accessible and deeply interesting, pointing out details we never would have noticed on our own. Luismi (Bus Driver): We felt incredibly safe in his hands. He was professional, punctual, and navigated the roads perfectly, allowing us to just sit back and enjoy the beautiful Spanish countryside. The entire day was well-paced, educational, and genuinely fun. If you are looking for a tour that balances deep historical insight with a friendly, professional atmosphere, this is it. Highest possible rating!
Amazing trip in Toledo with Gaspar and Oskar. Hasta luego!
Great driver Gaspar and your guide Oscar was excellent 👏
Beautiful sights in both towns. Knowledgeable guide. Our group was large and at times it was hard to hear what he was saying as the reception on our devices cut out. We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the towns on our own and with the group. The bus was comfortable and the scenery amazing.
It was a great trip. Sergovia was lovely. You need to buy a 20 Euro tockets for monuments with the guide. It is for the castle, Cathedral and a church. The guide is quite knowlegable and egare to explain the history.
Laura was an amazing tour guide, gave us a tremendous amount of history of Segovia. We wish that the tour in Avila was more concentrated on the walls and the exterior but there was a lot of discussion on the gastronomy and culture of the area. It was a good introduction to a villa. The fun and tickets team kept us abreast of everything. And our driver of the bus was great
Great tour and knowledgeable in-depth overview of Segovia and Avila. Definitely learned a lot! Please note this tour moves QUICKLY. As in don’t get accidentally separated from your group to take a picture like I did, because Segovia in particular is crowded and it may be hard to find them again (took me 2 blocks and the help of a Good Samaritan lol)
A very nice full-day trip, easy to walk, visiting 2 beautiful towns with many interesting sights. Rafa and Carlos are both great guides, very kind and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about Spanish culture and history. We recommend this trip to everyone! While staying in Madrid, we took 2 trips at the Fun&Tickets agency, both were great!
It was a very nice experience. Our tour guide Carlos was excellent. Very knowledgeable and patient. He spent the whole tour explaining every corner of Avila and Segovia.
This tour is highly recommended, very informative. Our tour guide, Beatrice was well informed and answered all our questions, very jolly too. Our driver, Carlos was extra careful especially it was raining hard during g our travel
Great bus, large group. Mass tourism by those who do it well. Caring guides. Rain took the edge off.
Avila and Segovia are beautiful historic towns. One of the highlights of Segovia was seeing the castle used in the movie Snow White. After touring Segovia we had lunch at a local restaurant. The tour provided a tapa and a drink. There was the option to purchase lunch. The restaurant was well prepared for our large group and food was served quickly. Avila is a beautiful historic city. Our guide was knowledgable but difficult to understand at times because of her accent. Overall it was a good tour.
Very well preserved historic architecture. Beatrice was a great guide and very funny. Moderate exertion required.
Excellent tour of those two cities we just took the tour not the paying visit to the cathedral etc. I believe that the visits are go short, we opted out to walk and absorbing the sights. We had a collaboration of the weather picture perfect.
Lots of walking. Rafa was a great guide. Very affable. Segovia and Avila were beautiful. But be prepared to do about 15,000 steps.
Very pretty scenery, David, Federico, Jose Ramon, Lola and Gloria were amazing, very polite, the information was excellent, lovely experience, we will use your service again. Thank you!
Great, beautiful and historic. More time to shop and see the city would be great. Tours guides very knowledgeable.
The tour was rushed. Sadly, there was no free time in the beautiful Avila. It is mostly a monuments tour (if you pay to see the monuments); if not, you are on your own.
Included all the sights in one easy package. Great value for the money. Bus was clean and comfortable. Guide was thorough and very knowledgeable.
My tour guides Rodrigo and laura made the experience a ton better! These cities are gorgeous but it makes it better when you have amazing people guiding you.
Traveleled with a big group and a bit fast paced but ok, enjoyed Segovia with Laura as our guide.Avila was nice but disappointed with our guide….
There was so much to see in each town and spent it all in churches ugh! The place that was chosen for lunch , we didn't order food as it was not looking good. The people that did said it was all cold and expensive. Not happy with price or tour save your money.
Great trip. Great guides, well organized and on time. The guides Rafa and Laura were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Segovia and Ávila for the day.
An awesome experience exploring the medieval time. Our English tour guide, David was very helpful in explaining the history of Segovia and Avila. Thank you David and to Carlos his partner for Spanish speaking group for your patience and understanding.
