Madrid Tapas, Taverns And History Tour With Botín

We had a wonderful first night in Madrid on Tapas, taverns and history with David. All of the food was delicious, the drinks flowed and we had a wonderful introduction to Madrid. Highly recommended!

We had a fun, informative and fabulous tour in general with Eleanor. She took us to great little bars, provided more history than we could ever remember! A fun night was had by all!

We had a great evening with Samantha as our guide. There was only one other person on our tour, and we loved how small and intimate the evening was. Pickup / meeting was super convenient, the food was delicious, and learning about some history along the way was great! We honestly booked because we could not get a reservation for 2 at Botin, and we have no regrets going this route! Highly recommend for a nice well rounded traditional tapas tour that ends at Botin. It was cool getting into Botin and getting a tour before opening.

We had an incredible experience with Sam! She was the epitome of professional. On time, knowledgeable not just in food but history and culture. The tour was just a delight. I dont know how but she remembered each of our names and made sure everyone was taken care of. I would book any tour with her.

We had a great tour with Liliana. She made the walk between and at each stop very comfortable. Learned lots about the culture and different tapas. Very cool to go to some of the oldest and family-run tapas bars around the area. Good food - good company - highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience!! Flo was AMAZING!! She knew so much history and our group chatted for hours. What a wonderful treat to be able to tour Botin before it opened, a perk in booking the tour itself. And the food was amazing, I'm still thinking about the cheesecake!!

Fantastic food tour in Madrid! Samantha was an amazing guide-passionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely a wonderful person. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great time and made the whole experience fun and memorable. We couldn’t have asked to be paired with a better couple. In fact, even after the tour ended, we continued spending time with them well into the evening and plan to keep in touch. Great food, great atmosphere, wonderful company, and an excellent way to experience Madrid. Highly recommend.

This was such a great way to see parts of Madrid and get into Botin without reservations. Our guide, Rosita was excellent, so knowledgeable about the history, food and culture of this area. The staff at each restaurant seem to have a great rapport here. To us, that’s a sign of a truly kind person. She have us some excellent tips for the rest of trip along with a list of recommendations. We really enjoyed ourselves. The highlight was definitely Botin. The history, beauty, staff and food.

Eleanor was a great guide. She was knowledgeable of Madrid’s history and neighborhoods. She took us to charming spots where we got to share in enjoying amazing local food, with a rich tradition from the city.

Cassie made our anniversary absolutely wonderful. This was our first anniversary in Spain and every stop was magical. Botin was amazing but we loved Casa Alberto and Casa del Abuelo were unbelievably amazing. The best tour in Madrid!

Had a truly fantastic time with Cassie! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable of Madrid history, but she provided a great environment to become truly immersed in the tastes and environments of the evening. We went with our 11 year old son and he LOVED all the history and incredible food. Each spot was phenomenal, with Botín truly being the star of the show! Would highly recommend!

We loved our tour with Cassie, our tour guide. She brought us to 2 wonderful pubs over 100 years old, each known for different drinks and delicacies. The ultimate ending was at Botin, the oldest restaurant in the world! We had an exclusive tour of the building and all 4 levels even before doors were open to the public. Following was a delicious meal that we will remember always. I highly recommend this tour and Cassie when in Madrid!!!
