Madrid Segway: 2h Casa Campo Off Road Tour

This was a good trip. Our guide Rafael really customized our trip to what we wanted to do. The trails were fun, you get a bit of the city and nature in this tour. Dress warmly!

What an amazing 2 hour Segway tour. We have done various Segway tours before and in a city it’s pretty busy and sometimes a bit stressful but this tour was perfect. Casa de campo was a beautiful park tour where you actually got to have fun riding a Segway without the stress of traffic and the view of the city was amazing. If you are thinking about a tour, I would go for this one and take a Walking tour of the centre historic sites instead . Our guide was fantastic - so big shout out to Valentin.

Our two-hour Segway tour at Casa de Campo was an absolute blast! Our guides, Patricia and Valentino (I think?), were exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, making sure everyone felt comfortable on the Segways before we set off. They shared fascinating insights about the park’s history and natural beauty, keeping the tour both fun and informative. The route was well-planned, offering stunning views of Madrid’s skyline and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The Segways were easy to ride, and our guides made sure we felt safe and confident throughout the tour. It was a perfect mix of adventure and sightseeing—I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time. Never did segue before and they made it comfortable and easy. We loved the huge park grounds and the views. What a great time. Definitely recommend. Miguel and Becinda are great!

The clouds were bruised, the rain falling and some other visitors were scared off (loosers). We were resolute in our desire to do the tour and under the expert instruction of Miguel we set off for the best two hours of our trip to Madrid. Miguel was an excellent guide with a great sense of humour and a focus on our safety. We travelled through the town to Casa Del Campo and whizzed through the forest to the civil war gun emplacement. After that we returned to the city for an educational tour of some intimate parts of the old city, we even bought some nun biscuits! We had such fun and Miguel went above and beyond to ensure this trip was truly memorable, thanks so much!

SO. MUCH. FUN!!! Ronan and Francisco were great guides and very patient, giv8ng us ample time to get comfortable driving the segways. We went to Casa de Campo which was so beautiful and a nice escape from the city for some time. Ronan led the way and helped us stay safe. When we finished the tour, myself and my teen daughter both wanted to go again!! I highly recommend this tour, especially with Ronan and Francisco!!

Can't say enough of how great this was , we booked it for a group of friends travelling to Madrid to celebrate a 50th birthday . It was the best few hour . Ronan was excellent in helping us get the hang of it . Lovely way to explore Madrid and listen to some of the interesting facts on the way . Would have happily done it again the next day . Cannot recommend this enough

Pablo was a great guide. We were only a pair and he was quick with the facts. We booked the casa de campo but since it was our first time using segways he recommended the city tour. The traffic can be a bit intimidating but it was okay. Highly recommend.

This tour was a great way to see the inner part of the city and also the beautiful scenery of Casa Campo. Make sure your equipment fits good and your Segway handlebars are secure! There is not a safety checklist, that is up to the rider.

Excellent 2-hr Casa de Campo tour. Our guide was Pablo. His English was great and was very knowledgeable about the city.

Me and my wife traveled with Sara in Madrid. After a short tutorial on the Segway Sara started the tour and we had a great 2 hours with her. We told her that we are doing the tour with her in order to know the city and the attractions so in every stop she asked us if we want to go in or we want to continue. Sara speaks great English ( you will find out that not all the Spanish are like that ) Sara took Photos of us and sent it to us after few hours. We really recommend on Sara and the company :)

Segway Madrid Full Tour Centro y Retiro Me and my wife recently did the above tour with our fabulous guide Pablo. He made sure we were happy with the control of the Seqway before we started on the tour. He was brilliant at guiding us along the busy main streets and roundabouts. His knowledge of the sights and history of Madrid was outstanding and he taught us a lot about this wonderful city. He was funny and kind and we can't praise him enough - he also took soem photo's of us and sent them to us

The Casa Campo off road tour was absolutely brilliant! We all thoroughly enjoyed it! Sara was an amazing tour guide! She shared lots of information about the city and made everyone feel safe and at ease on the segways. She was really funny and easy to get on with. We really enjoyed chatting with her. She also recommended a Tapas restaurant for lunch. I would definitely recommend this Segway tour to others. I have done a few Segway tours and what I liked best about this one was that we got to have a bit more fun on the segways as it went off road. The look out point over Madrid was also a highlight. Thanks for the amazing ride!

We accidentally arrived late, the owners were very nice and said everything was fine, the guide would already arrive, and then came Lara a young and smiling girl who guided us on the device, lovely Lara with extensive knowledge of Madrid and its sites, magical two hours on an amazing device, highly recommend

This was such an incredibly fun tour! Our tour guide Javier was the best, he was so knowledgeable about the history of Madrid and it was really interesting! He also gave us the best recommendations for places to go in Madrid! Honestly the best, would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

We had such a great time with this tour. Our guide, Laura, was pleasant and fun to ride with. She made our experience on Segways so much better, even if it was our first time riding them, and she is also very knowleadgeable about the city and the exhibits.

They have the "offroad" Segway x2 with the wider tires which is perfect on sandy roads like in parks. Our guide Jesus was the best. Very friendly, interesting route and he explained a lot of details about the area and buildings. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time exploring Madrid with our very information guide. We learned so much and found the trip throughly enjoyable. As well as learning how to ride Segways, about Madrid’s history, local knowledge, tails of ‘Codo’ (Elbow street)and ‘Calle Madrid’ we had great fun! Our tour guide was very informative, very patient with our questions and we really enjoyed the experience. We got to see so many places. Segways are really the best way to see the city and Swegwayfun are the best people to show you! Recommend 100%

I booked in 2-hour tour for two people 7-10 days in advance. Unfortunately, the day before, I tested positive to Covid, and I contacted the Enterprise, to tell them that I could not attend because I had tested positive, and although I was perfectly well, I did not want to be able to infect anyone. I asked the Enterprise if they could change my tour for another day and the answer was absolutely no. That they already had the groups closed and not attending, caused them a big problem. They gave me no alternative. I didn't expect to get my money back, but a change of date, a discount on the next booking... I don't know, seeing that the Enterprise cares about its customers, since not being able to attend, was due to force majeure. Seeing their attitude, I said, well, I'll lose the money... and their answer was, yes, we're sorry. And they hung up my phone. I understand that for the Enterprise, it was a disorder that 2 people did not attend 24 hours before, but I think they could have offered us some solution. But they never thought about it. I've never had anything like this happen to a reserve having a force majeure cause. The tour may be very good, but the people who manage it leave a lot to be desired. Too bad they treat customers like that.

We have taken a tour of the Casa de Campo, departing from Huertas, in the city center. It’s all so much fun, the first minute is a bit of a mental approach, but right away you get the trick, because it’s so easy to pilot. Also when you go through the narrow streets the cars totally respect you because these vehicles have priority and also we go with a guide who does wonderful to make everything very safe and fun. So we thank you SARA for having a great couple of hours. It is an absolutely recommendable and safe experience (we wore helmet) and you enjoy it a lot, you are also getting to know the city in a different way.

It's been a super recommended plan to do as a family! We are from Madrid, but this is a different, safe and fun way to tour the city. José has been a guide of 10 and has told us many things we did not know. We'll repeat for sure!

Everything started at the Enterprise, the guide met us, delivered our equipment and gave us a brief training, he was always very kind to us. We went by segway through the city until we reached the cottage, along the way he was very attentive to us and moving at an appropriate speed for us. Already in the cottage he gave us additional recommendations and was adapting the course according to our tastes and skills for the segway, in the end it was an exciting and fun experience with very beautiful views in the cottage.

Segway with big tires, perfect for a nice walk in the park of Casa de Campo! 2 hours walk in a quiet place and without tourists!!! Well maintained Segway and charming and welcoming staff! In French for my part, (but also Italian and English! ) the guide has supervised us well despite a beginner level! In short, a great time where we had a good laugh! Go without apriori!!!
