Madrid Segway Tour. Center And Retiro Park.

Paula was our guide and did a great job teaching us to ride the Segway and then was full of anecdotes on the tour. We had a 10am start on a Saturday which was early enough start to miss most of the traffic. A great tour

We had a marvelous day with our guide, she was very helpfull and informed, I went with my wife and 2 teenage daughters and we had lots of fun.

Jose gave us a truly magical tour of Madrid to our family of 5. After he made sure we were all comfortable on the Segways he showed us a truly exceptional view of Madrid with amazing historical insight to help us understand the city in a way that only a close up and personal Segway tour could! He was even kind enough to give us restaurant recommendations for Seville knowing that was our next stop! Highly highly recommended to use this company!

It was wonderful, and I highly recommend it. It was our first time using a Segway, the tour guides/instructors were amazing.

We love a good segway tour, and this one was a lot of fun and went through some good spots. My only suggestion would be to stop more often so that we could get a bit more information. I think we spent a lot time traveling through the city and park and could have used a bit more time understanding what we were passing by.

Jose was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He was a great guide. I wish we could’ve stopped a little more and heard more history. We would definitely sign up again!

Myself and my teenager daughters loved our 3 hours on a Segway great way to see the city and learn about it . Such friendly staff was a great family fun activity to do together.

This is a must do in Madrid. You cannot see as much just by walking. This is the best way to explore the park and the city. Segway is very easy to ride, even if you don’t know how to bike.

Alan was a first rate instructor and tour guide, mixing fact, story telling, opinion and recommendations in just the right amounts. The ride through the streets of downtown on our way to Retiro Park was, for us as experienced users, both enjoyable and exhilarating. (TIP: if you’re new to Segways, you might consider going straight to the Retiro Park only tour as you are on the roadways amoungst the traffic on this particular one). Having completed Segway tours in many cities around the world we’d highly recommend Madrid Segways as a very reputable and competent company. Great way to explore Madrid. José was a great, funny and knowledgeable guide. We have really enjoyed the tour of Retiro Park. We can highly recommend it to anyone especially if you have short time to visit.

despite the threatening park closure due to rain, we were delighted to have our segway tour go ahead..it was just the 2 of us and our guide, and it did rain but being Scottish we're well used to it. Guide (sorry hopeless with names) was great, knowledgeable and took us to the key highlights in Retiro Park. loved the journey through the streets to get there , just watch out for pedestrians, they have a habit of stepping into your direction last minute 😀 partner could have benefited from a little more instruction on operating the segway at the beginning, might have avoided almost knocking out 2 x OAPs 😳 😂 luckily no harm done and all saw the funny side. we had a 2 hour tour which was definitely long enough and allowed us the perfect opportunity to see a large part of the city and spend the last day of our holiday doing something fun, before travelling would highly recommend 👌 you'll have a great time

Best Segway tour guide Jose. Will do it again! Amazing chap! Made some jokes & told the history very interesting. The lake, palaces & retiro garden was impressive.

We quickly forgot the 30-minute delay at the start as the adventure was so great. We were wonderfully welcomed by Paula and our guide Juan. The tour lasted a little over 2 hours through the city of Madrid, but especially the Retiro Park which even at this time of year (November 20) was superb. The explanations in English from our guide were precise and sufficiently complete for beginners like us. The advantage at this time of year is that for the same price, we were able to benefit from a private tour since no one else had signed up. We will definitely return to them if we had to do another tour.

We loved our experience. After three full days of walking around amazing Madrid we didn’t have the energy to walk around the huge Retiro Park. The Segway allowed us to zip around to the highlights, with the perfect amount of commentary, just enough to understand the significance without being bogged down in too much detail. Our guide gave us the confidence to ride through busy traffic and small cobblestone roads. So much fun. Highly recommended!

A great time with the family! The Segway is very easy to get the hang of and you feel frustrated to stop after 1 hour. Many thanks to Andres for his patience and his good advice!!

The tour guide Jose was very friendly and has told super much and that driving taught very well. He also has a lot of fun at his Job.m and that is fun to drive with, he is considerate and understanding.

Jose, he was a great guide. The walk is fun and goes very fast from how entertaining it is. We knew places and points of Madrid that we had not seen before. The explanations in the points and Jose's knowledge gave us a good idea of what Madrid is. Thank you so much for having an amazing time!!

The French guide Christelle is nice and gives lots of tips, knows the local history well. I was worried about driving on the road in segway traffic, but it went great. An hour of sightseeing in the Retiro, an hour in the city center, with stops here and there, really an original way to visit the city without exhausting. We even did a little more than 2h (more like 2h30) If you hesitate: stop hesitating!
