Definitely one of the best experiences of a lifetime. Highly recommend. It shows you everything and you really feel the culture and love behind it all.

Lots of walking and stairs so was very good exercise and the museum and shops was enjoyable experience and got to enjoy a beer in the stadium seats as well.

Been on plenty of Football Stadium tours around the world - my expectations were high however this was quite poor. It’s a self guided tour and there are interactive screens in the museum but all in Spainish no way of turning to English so this obviously limits the experience. You do not get to see the press area, dugout or dressing rooms which normally elevate the stadium tour. As noted in July the stadium & pitch was under construction so I understand when we viewed from the top stand it wasn’t the most spectacular view. Overall as a big football fan visiting Madrid I would not recommend this tour.

Got in without any wait thanks to the reserved access. The stadium is impressive, especially the panoramic views and locker rooms. A great experience overall!

Walk into the stadium and get to know the history was a good time Don’t expect a guide to explain; get there early. You need to make a long line and pass security.

All my childhood fascinations came to life when I visited the bernabeu stadium, this is a Mecca for football read madrid fans, you cannot miss this place, this stadium is the only reason I went to Madrid. The booking was simple and the experience was great.

A lot of building work still going on perhaps could of made more of an experience in the VIp areas to make up for not seeing the pitch

We booked tickets but received tickets for a different timeslot. Customer service couldn’t help us in the moment and we could not do the tour. I requested a refund but this was denied. Not only did this ruin a moment my family had looked forward to, we were also robbed of our money because we paid for a service that was not delivered.

Booked multiple tours with Viator in Madrid and this one was the worst value for money and on the day they had decided to stop anyone seeing the pitch and the inside of the stadium. It basically meant that the tour was broadly a walk through a static museum and a trophy room with lots of pretty miserable/rude staff just pointing for you to keep walking. Nice to see the trophy’s and tick it off the list of sights, but bang average.

Short notice change (3hours before booked timing) of the timing booked has disrupted the trip schedule and was unpleasant.

It was a super nice experience to be able to see this, must you ever have done the max super nice round tour of the stadium, too bad that part was closed due to the renovations

A highly recommended tour. If you do not acquire from the official site this is a really good option. They sent me the tickets a few hours early, we arrived at the stadium on our own and the tour was great.

Expérience magnifique, sauf qu'à l'entrée du bernabeu on nous a empêcher d'entrer à cause d'un retard de 20 minutes chose qui n'est mentionnée sur le billet Heureusement nous avons pu entrer après l'intervention d'une responsable du stade mais généralement c'était très amusant

La sala de trofeos donde se encontraba la 15a. Copa de Europa de la Champion ligue. Me desepciono el no haber podido ver la zona de vestuarios, la sala de prensa y la zona de la banca del equipo en el terreno de juego. Nos podían haber dicho antes de acceder al tour.

Un recorrido fantástico a través de la historia del Madrid, recorriendo las salas de trofeos, y pudiendo sentarse en las gradas de nuestro maravilloso templo del fútbol. Sin duda repetiré.

Ver la copa recién ganada y tomarme una foto. Me impresionó las salas de trofeos, wooo, qué experiencia tan hermosa.

Esperábamos algo mejor. Nos hubiera gustado ver el campo, tal vez los lockers. Muy caro para ver solo los trofeos y llegar a la tienda.

Visit to the Bernabeu stadium at a cost of €40 per person lasting 20 minutes just to see the cups and nothing else. There was no opportunity to even look out to see the pitch or the view of the stadium. Money wasted.
