Belan was wonderful! Informative, kind, thoughtful and nicely organized in this guided tour. Terrific insights into the history of Span and Madrid, architecture, various cultural influences, etc. A perfect way to get introduced to this city’s heritage. We could not have enjoyed it more!

Despite the rainy day, we had a lovely experience with Maria. Her knowledge of the culture, history and art of the Old City was exceptional, and she was also friendly, open and interesting to talk to.

Booked the tour the night before and showed up the next morning. Was pleasantly surprised to find out that our party of 2 were the only people in the group. Got a very personalized tour and our guide was the best ever. She took her time explaining all the sites and even gave her recommendations of the best places to eat at. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to book.

We had a wonderful tour with Stefi on 25.02.25, she made contact the day before and on the day she was very informative, attentive and spoke excellent English. The tour was well paced and covered Madrid’s history and sites really well. Stefi gave us plenty of good recommendations for food and drink which we used. Cannot rate her highly enough, excellent value for money.

We had a great time with the tour guide Belen! She is knowledgeable and truthful! Down to earth and it has provided us a good Spanish history! We enjoyed it very much! She even gave us extra time so that she could tell us more of the old town and some interesting stories!

Tje guodes knowlege was exceptional. She also took time to answer our questions. Her archeological knowlege help explain the many buildings and sites seen.

Our guide was fantastic, excellent English, great sense of humour combined with wonderful honesty. The Palace/King was evidently hosting a tremendous event so we loved the excitement that was creating. The headsets were a stroke of absolute genius, one didn’t miss a word - no matter how far behind one lagged! We could have happily toured for longer with our lovely guide.

My wife and I had the privilege. We received a guided tour of the old city of Madrid by Stefania. She was so respectful and compassionate. Her knowledge of how the old city came about is extensive. We learned about the kings and queens of Spain, cathedrals, the plazas, architectural contributions from Muslims and Europeans, and a couple of historical restaurants.

My family of four got Belén as our guide and she was fantastic! Clearly passionate about her work, she shared interesting details about Madrid’s past and Spain’s history, keeping us intrigued and engaged. We highly recommend this! :)

Belen was a fantastic guide. She is well educated and speaks English. Energetic and pleasant. Knows history and art history. We liked her so much that we ended up taking three tours with her. Walking tour, The Royal Palace and the Prado.

Although it had been a very small group (in fact only me 🙃) it was a very nice tour, getting to know a lot of historical details but presented in an interesting and attracting way. Walking distance very easy, so highly recommended.

We wanted a tour that would provide some background on the history of Madrid and that would orient us to the central part of the city. This tour provided this and more. Our guide took us to major sites and also to some of the out-of-the-way places. Excellent.

The guy knew a lot of things and made quite different approach to everything and he was just the funniest. I wanna see him in a comedy club in a few years.

It has been a very complete tour throughout the center of Madrid, especially the Austrias neighborhood. Maria gave us very interesting data (especially from the palace). Very good service, excellent organization. We'll repeat for sure.

We really liked it. After the quarantine we came to see relatives from outside and we wanted to take a tour. Francis made it easy and made "hydration stops", kept safe distance and provided disinfectant gel. Your explanations are also very good.

We did a tour that started in the Opera Square and then went through the Royal Palace and so on. Very good if you want to start enjoying Madrid a little more. Also, since they go with a maximum of 10 people, everything became much more personal. We liked it so much that the next day we made the most modern part of Madrid. Absolutely recommended.

Very interesting tour of the center of Madrid touring its main points and receiving the right and necessary information from each one. Very good anecdotes and tips to understand the historical evolution of the city and its urban growth. Fernando solved all our doubts and recommended us visits to the main museums.
