Madrid Luggage Storage

This was a great experience for us! Our reservation was actually for a different location. But, the last communication I received sent us to this address. And, they were very welcoming and helpful with the luggage!

Simple, easy, very friendly staff, peace of mind that we knew where our luggage would be and that it would be safely locked up for the afternoon while we were touring, waiting for the next train. We could have found a place when we arrived, but it was better for us to have a definite plan ahead of time and we knew this location was close to where we had to meet our tour group.

The luggage storage in Madrid was very easy to use, safe, and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect solution to enjoy the city hands-free before our flight.

We used the one in T4 of Madrid airport at the arrivals floor. Very easy to find right at the end of the building. They scan the bags and give you the ticket that you pay when you pick them up. The charge is per bag regardless of size, so I would recommend if you can put back bags in bigger suitcases to do it.

Easy. Simple. Booked online. No issues. Stored 3 suitcases for 12 days. No reason to be nervous. Will use again if I find myself in a similar situation with a inconvenient suitcase.

The place where it was kept was a tobacconist. All very easy and fast. The schedule was very good, because you could drop it off and pick it up between eight-thirty in the morning and the afternoon (12 hours).The only catch we had is that you were not told the place where it was going to be kept until you had paid and we would have liked it a little closer to the station (although walking was only 10 minutes).

Very good service and quite close to Chamarton station. The problem is that it does not matter if you use the service 1 hour than 1 whole day, the price is the same.

Fatal, we were waiting for more than half an hour for the Chinese restaurant where we were supposed to leave our suitcases to open and finally we left because it didn't look like it was going to open. I give it a star because the company responded quickly and offered us alternatives and finally a refund because we had already had to make a living

Everything very fast and easy. It is very convenient to leave your luggage for a few hours before taking a flight The hostel is 2 minutes from the Sol metro.

I hired the service because I needed it from 9 am and that's what the app said. When I got to the place it actually opened at 10. I couldn't leave my luggage which was a terrible inconvenience.

We had a full day to spend in Madrid as we had a 10pm flight and checked out of our accommodation at 11am. We discovered this service thanks to our Host and we had a great time. Impeccable service and very clear directions. Very friendly and flexible staff. The delivery and collection of the suitcases was very fast. The store staff is very friendly. The store was one of the nearby points with good hours near Chamartín. We took the opportunity to do some shopping at the supermarket.
