Madrid Highlights Bike Tour

This was a perfect landing day activity to get our bodies moving and get some history and an overview of the city.

Really great tour guide. Being the only person that signed up for the tour made it feel very personal and I appreciated the extra stops since we could move faster.

Such a great way of getting to know the city! Abdul was an excellent host, so knowledgeable and the 3 hours flew by. We had electric bikes which worked really well - a bottle of water included and optional of a helmet. Thoroughly recommend 😊.

Highly recommend. Covers a good distance & you see all the sights & districts. The snack towards the end is a nice touch

Bike tours are always an important part of our holidays, the Madrid tour was a great one! James our guide was informative and great to be with. I wholeheartedly recommend you book this tour, seeing the sights on a bike whilst joining local people as they travel about the city is truly memorable.

Our leader James, was very good and the tour was really good. My bike was making noise with every revolution, so that could have been better. And the streets were crazy crowded, which meant getting on and off the bike A LOT.

Terrific way to see the city! Ebike is best because of many hills and a lot of traffic to maneuver through. The tour guide Abdul was helpful, very knowledgeable and very upbeat! I highly recommend this tour!

Abdul was an excellent guide for our bike tour through Madrid. He made sure we stayed safe and together when we had to take the surface streets, and was an absolute wealth of knowledge at every stop along the way. His expeditious pacing kept the tour moving at a steady rate and we were able to make it on time to our next tour that we had scheduled right after. Highly recommend!

The bike company were just great - Angie was an informative guide . Fun to be around . The roads can be a little scary so if you're a nervous cyclist , hmm maybe not ? Angie was very good and the group was really good and fit - we needed the electric bikes though ! It gave us a great insight into the city and a visit map for the next day - we'd never have got on the train to Lago without angies encouragement . it was lovely . The visit to Retiro park was gorgeous too . Well worthwhile . wear comfy trainers ..

Great tour of city highlights. Lots of construction going on but still felt safe on a bike. Had an ebike but did not need it, hardly any hills. We wore helmets, most did not. Recommend this tour.

What a fantastic tour with a very knowledgable guide. We decided to take the tour so we could get our bearing around Madrid and get a flavour of what things to see. The tour was over 3 hours with lots of stops to explain about history and culture. We saw so much more than we would if we had been walking. I can only highly recommend this tour and guide(Abdul )

Abdul was an excellent guide! My son and I had an amazing time. Great overview of El Retiro park, the palace, the cathedral, El Mayor. The E-bikes were a great way to see a lot in a relatively short period of time. Highly recommend!

Abdul was spectacular!! A bike tour of a busy city like Madrid isn’t always easy—you have to be pretty alert and comfortable on an e-bike to really keep up. But Abdul did a great job of navigating a group of around 15 through the busiest parts of the city while still being super informative. This was one of the first things we did in Madrid, and it was helpful to get a quick view of everything in the city center so we knew what to come back to later. It lasted just over 3 hours. While the e-bike helped a lot, we still were pretty tired by the end, which made us feel pretty drained for the rest of our day in Madrid. So keep that in mind while planning your day! Overall great experience, and we appreciate Abdul!

This bike tour is a good way to see central landmarks, get your bearings, and hear a bit about the history of Madrid. Well paced, informative and enjoyable. Our guide today was Abdul; he is a good guy and has plenty of history and cultural knowledge.

Great company, kind, helpful and responsive. Excellent guide! Well worth doing anytime but certainly at the beginning of your trip to get your bearings and plan - so much to see and do!

Our guide was informative and helpful with use of bikes and safety throughout the tour. He knew the history and able to share that knowledge well. Our only miss step was not getting to the changing of the guard's in time at the Palace.( after we requested and reminded him of it). We were sad to have missed such an amazing even, but know it may not be important to a local citizen. Overall great tour and worth the money.

We loved our e-bike tour of Madrid! It was the perfect amount of writing and sightseeing, and the perfect amount of time.

Great time, nice easy route. James our guide was excellent! We had the only non electric bikes, but no problem keeping up. I do have to say the bikes could have used some maintenance as both my wife’s and mine didn’t shift to well. But certainly would recommend

Great tour! Angie was a fun guide, informative and interesting without being boring. Riding on the streets can be a little stressul, but it's only a portion and she gave us good instructions on how to navigate the safely! Get the e-bije, there are hills.

We had a great tour this weekend as a group of 6 friends. Abdul was a great host, keeping us entertained and escorting us safely around Madrid. It helped us orientate ourselves in the city on our first day and gave us lots of ideas for places to return to, as well as understanding more about the country and its history. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Madrid is not the best to bike around with a large group. Ahmed made our experience as good as he could. We got to see more of the city because we were riding vs. walking. He kept us all safe in this busy city.

Abdul was great. Informative and entertaining. The e-bikes were well maintained although showing a little bit of age. The route was varied and the Madrid drivers were pretty respectful. Gives the perfect opportunity to see a lot of the city and identify the locations to return to explore further. Would highly recommend.

Group was just five of us. Three hour ride, stopping frequently, mostly pretty level, I didn't have an ebike and was fine. Feel nicely tired now though! We went all over the city, saw a LOT. Adbul was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about Spain, history etc. Safety etc was great, he looked after us when we occasionally had to cross a busy road etc. He didn't expect a tip at the end, although he definitely deserved one so I did give him a bit extra. The bikes were fine - sit up and beg, with plenty of gears and good brakes. GREAT way to see Madrid.

Super fun way to explore Madrid and see some of the sights! All the stops were great and we covered ones on both sides of the city. Abdul was a great guide and provided really interesting background on each stop! We did the e-bikes and appreciated them when we had to deal with some of the hills.

Absolutely loved the city tour with Abdul. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The pace is perfectly leisurely, and Abdul is very patient and careful with the group, always checking for everyone and making sure we were safe. The bikes were super easy to ride and required almost no effort - great considering how hot it was! The time flew by but it felt like we covered so much of the city. Can't recommend enough.

Abdul was a fun and knowledgeable guide. He made sure that we stayed in the shade on the hot Madrid afternoon. The traffic in Madrid is heavy and confusing but he kept us together and safe. Several hills so my advice is to go electric- at least in the heat.

This is absolutley superb ! We had a great experiance and covered areas of Madrid we would never have seen otherwise with our guide James. It was safe, well managed and all the bikes were in great condition. Really helpful being able to leave a bag in the lockers at the rental site, 100% recommended if you have limited time and want to get the feel of this great city

Such a fun and easy way to orient yourself to the city. I’m someone who just happens to love being on a bicycle and it sure beats the exhaustion of walking all day. Our English speaking guide, James, was super attentive and informative. Lots of fun!

It is a great introduction to the city in a convenient way so that you can later visit back at your own leisure. The guides are very helpful in describing the historical landmarks with good detail.
