Madrid Express City Center Segway Tour

My daughter and I had a lovely time exploring Madrid and its monuments…our guide Paula was a local and she explained everything very well. Her recommended local places to visit were also worth visiting. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this activity. One hour seemed a bit less….

Paula was an amazing tour guide. Segway tours are the best way to get around the city for all the hot tourist spots. She made it fun and informative on the history and local culture. Highly recommend this tour.

Nice tour with a friendly guide and good instructions. Perfect for a layover. Tour lasts about an hour and sees various parts around the Palacio Real area of Madrid.

David and Yann were great! They were professional and friendly. We appreciated their patience and skill in training and guiding us on the Segways. They were also enthusiastic and passionate when explaining the history of the various sites. Highly recommended!

Madrid is a beautiful city, the sights visited on this tour were great and our guide was caring, informative, and friendly. Unfortunately our experience was tainted by the other participants who arrived 30 minutes late, causing us to backtrack to pick them up. They ignored instructions to follow single file, traveling dangerously close to us and trying to push to the front, even on roads with live traffic. My suggestion is for tour operators and guides to enforce the rules more strictly to ensure the safety of all travelers.

Amazing experience to see the city on Segway. Experienced riding a Segway for the first time and the tour guide, Joseph, ensured that the instructions were clear and was very patient with all of us. The tour included adults as well as children as young as 10 years old and everyone of us was able to enjoy it thoroughly.

David was a great tour guide, had great knowledge of the history of the monuments in Madrid. He made us feel comfortable on the segways and explained really easily how to use them. Was a fun experience.

Our first time on segways (kids ages 10 & 12), but a perfect introduction to the main landmarks in Madrid. Our guide was super friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting to talk to. I would recommend doing this in the first day to get acquainted with this amazing city!

Our tour was awesome! Our guide José did an awesome job of teaching us how to use the segways and was super enthusiastic about the history of Madrid. Our trip through Retrio park was beautiful and overall everything was perfect!

David did a fantastic job showing me around Madrid. He speaks English well and has some funny and interesting stories to make the tour very enjoyable.

My husband and I did the Segway tour of the center of Madrid with Alan. We saw the royal palace, the cathedral, the Plaza de Espana, and lots of other sights. It would have been impossible to see as much of the city in one hour on foot. Alan shared lots of history about Madrid and face it, riding on a Segway is just fun!

Our tour guide, Josi, was spectacular. He quickly showed us how to drive the Segweys and was very informative. He spoke perfect English and we found him quite personable. Highly recommend as a way to zip around Madrid to get a good lay of the land.

José gave us good instructions on how to run the segway, and then guided us through the old Madrid perfectly. His explanations about the history of the Royal Palace, the Plaza Mayor..., even to those of us who are from Madrid, were very interesting. And it was also really fun, the kids (between 10 and 15 years old) enjoyed it a lot.

It was a fabulous new experience for me and my husband! We really enjoyed! Jose, our guide and instructor took great care of us and told us wonders about the history of Madrid. Un 10!

Excellent tour to see Madrid in a short time. Luis was our guide and was very informative and very patient when teaching us how to use the Segway. We recommend it 100%.

David has been the best guide we have had since we arrived in Madrid. Their stories transported us to the streets of Madrid from the 15th to the 19th century. And all this without getting heavy. A great experience! And very easy to drive Segways.

A must experience! You know the historic center of Madrid. Our Guide José is an excellent Guide and host, his attentions went beyond the guide.

It was the first time we used a segway and what better way than on a tour of Madrid. My wife and I had a great time in this activity and are grateful to our guide David who was very kind to us. He told us some history at every stop we made and also gave us recommendations of where to go and where to eat at affordable prices. If this is your first time in Madrid we recommend such an activity, it will save you a lot of walking time as it is too big the city to encompass everything in a few days as well as it is fun to get on the segway.

Luis was our teacher for this superb activity made on the occasion of a friend’s EVJF. In addition to being a very pedagogue, Luis will introduce you to beautiful places in Madrid and give you explanations in French (a small detail that is very pleasant for people who made German in LV2). For those who are hesitant for fear of not being able to do so: go for it because using Segway is not only fun, but also extremely intuitive.

We did the 90-minute tour, a 13-year-old couple and teenager. The first time we used a segway, in 10 minutes the guide taught us and we already went out guiding. Experienced guide, flexible with the route to be made according to our choices. Great way to get to know the city with a guide.
