Paid $79 to TripAdvisor for a self guided tour. For what I got, it was not worth the money. I probably would have paid half the amount. Best part was seeing the pitch and the locker room. Unless you’re a true diehard fan, it’s not worth it.
It was amazing to see where Real Madrid plays, rest and the history. To see it. I would do it again!
Even if you don’t spend a lot of time looking at the exhibits it still takes 1.5 hours, so plan accordingly. It’s very interesting even if you aren’t a soccer fan you will enjoy the tour.
Was incredible to finally see the bernabeu. We had a unique experience going in the winter when we saw the real navidad festival on the pitch.

Excellent experience, enjoyed the tour and took many photos and bought many merchandise. We spent 3 hours there and it was an interesting part of our visit in Madrid.
One thing you should know is this is a completely self led unguided tour. Lots of time was spent in the trophy museum area and not very much in the stadium itself. If you are w huge soccer fan I think you would have really enjoyed it. But we were looking to learn along the way and the tour left us disappointed.
Tour was great. They did not rush you at all so allow the time you want. This tour did not have a tour guide but we didn’t feel it was necessary. Plan for 90 minutes. Arrive early!
I thought it was going to be a guided tour. It was not explained where I needed to go & had to ask for help from the arena staff.
Very short tour, not able to see the locker room. Very very pricey for the short tour that you take yourself.
Easy to find location with plenty of places to eat around the stadium. Very interesting place and nicely laid out. Shop is massive.
You don’t get to see the changing rooms but an ok tour. Lots of stairs and escalators. No one really speaks English

Received the voucher for the tour with the proper date/ time then received the actual tickets the night before the tour. I noticed that the date was for the date I purchased the tour the prior month and immediately emailed the tour company. No response. Still as we prepared to leave for the tour in the am- no response. Found contact phone number and called. They needed to check and get back to me. We left our hotel for tour in order to make it on time and while in taxi- they emailed that in fact it was an incorrect date and those tickets will not work. Also, they stated that tickets were sold out for that day. We only had 1 day in Madrid and this was the highlight tour as a gift for my son. They said it was their system error. The voucher showed correct but tickets incorrect. They were not accommodating and never tried to purchase stadium tickets directly through the stadium- because there were tickets available. I had to buy 4 more tickets directly through the stadium and they still didn’t allow us to partake in the guided tour portion. Clearly that was not sold out since the voucher for their guided tour was correct and they could have accommodated us. Instead, they must have had a tour with 4 open spots since we arrived at the stadium at the proper time and had our own tickets we purchased on the way to the stadium- thank goodness!!!! Common sense is all it takes sometimes to correct a problem and do what’s right. When people are traveling for limited dates, a trusted sources for tours are crucial!

Tickets do not download and at the time of entry you may have problems. Get there prepared!!
They never sent us the tickets. We wrote and called but they never answered. We lost the tour being already on site because we never received tickets. Too bad.
Really spectacular, the stadium is a museum of Real history, you may or may not be a fan but impossible to deny that the tour is spectacular
Disappointed because we had to have 1 guide, we had free visit so not the same rate, Please proceed to refund the difference.

Bonita experiencia, sabemos que el precio es mayor pero saca de apuro si no cogíamos está opcion , nos regresabamos sin conocer el bernabeu . Recomendable la compra de entrada es segura
