Madrid Airport Private Transfer To Madrid City

We were net by our Driver Javier in arrivals hall. All very quick, he was very polite, took our bags to carm chatted a little on our journey to hotel. Yes, would highly recommend.

Driver was at the airport on time. We requested an English speaking driver, but he did not speak English, so it was a very quiet ride into the city. Driver’s speed was quite fast given the traffic conditions.

Driver arrived timely however refused to take us with our bags. We arranged for 2 people with bags and he said that he “wasn’t allowed” to put the 1 bag in the car! We called the main office and I was told to take a taxi with my bag and let my partner take the prepaid ride with his bags! It was ridiculous- I paid $68 for a pick up that would have cost $33 fixed fare with a taxi and then had to pay another $33 because the driver didn’t want out 1 bag in his car. Never again.

They communicated in advance and Driver met us on time, in designated area, , helped with bags and drove us to hotel.

Our driver Mor was very helpful and on time. He let us know that he was waiting for us via text and sent us a photo of where he was standing at when we would come out of the luggage area. He helped to take our luggage to the car before taking us on a smooth ride to the hotel. It was definitely a relaxing moment during a potentially stressful period

We had a very good experience. By the time we arrived at the Madrid airport, we already had a text from our driver, Juan Carlos. When we got to the arrivals room, our driver was waiting for us exactly where he said he would be. The drive to our hotel went smoothly, and Juan Carlos gave us useful information about the city. We recommend this car service and plan to use it again.

The transfer worked as expected and communication was frequent and clear. Upon landing, the driver communicated via WhatsApp that he was waiting and where we should meet. The airline had some issues in delivering our flight's luggage for pickup and everyone on the flight had to wait an unusually long time. This caused us to be 15 mins past the hour wait time promised. The late charge is an additional 10 euros for every 15 mins late (40 euros per hour) and which I had to pay in cash to the driver. Once we got our luggage and proceeded to the pickup up, our driver helped with our luggage and navigated the busy traffic on Gran Via to get us to our hotel promptly. I'd use again.

Everything went smoothly from booking the airport transfer, confirming luggage space needs, and communication the day before and upon arrival. Instructions were clear on where to meet our driver and the ride to our hotel was confirmed and pleasant. I’d book this airport pick up without hesitation.

Jose was at the airport when we landed. He had sent a message where to meet him. It was seamless! We got our bags, met him at the designated spot, he grabbed our luggage and zipped us off to our hotel. Even though he didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Spanish he was courteous and efficient. I was a little nervous but everything was perfect! Absolutely nothing to worry about! Thank you

Very poor customer service! They told me one thing about timing with disability assistance, then changed it. When I questioned it, they cancelled my reservation! That is not how you run a business.

The good news is we got to where we needed to go. The bad news is that it took over an hour to connect with our driver because of their poor communication. We weee sent a picture of a pillar and told to meet our driver there. We had no clue where that pillar was and we kept asking for directions. They kept sending the pillar. It was extremely frustrating. We kept asking airport workers for help and no one seemed to know where we were being directed. We finally connected and the driver was lovely but we were exhausted by then.

The company had sent us a message via whatassap with clear instructions where to meet our driver and his contact info. Driver was not on meeting point when we arrived. Called him and he came about 5 min later. So all good at the end. The drive to our destination was comfortable and we had good AC to beat the heat wave in the city that week
