The best experience I’ve ever had! This was my first wine and cheese tasting, and Tony made it unforgettable. He went into detail about every wine and cheese pairing, explaining everything in a way that was both informative and fun. You can really tell he’s passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. He made the entire experience entertaining, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this tasting to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience!

This was a delightful experience! Jesus was welcoming and a lot of fun. He’s very knowledgeable about wines & cheeses and his enthusiasm is contagious! We really enjoyed the wines & cheeses and the jamón ibérico too! The location is very easy to find and the facility was wonderful—very modern with a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time doing a tasting of 4 cheeses and 4 wines. The fromagier/sommelier was multi-lingual, extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. Loved the opportunity and was very centrally located so an easy walk from almost any of the tourist areas. Highly recommend it. I learned a lot about how to pair cheese, wine, and other things like fruits and nuts.

This wine and cheese tasting was very informative and serious thought was put into the selections of fine cheeses and wines not well known outside Spain. The presentation is very professional and you will be tasting artisan products and understand how the right wine compliments the right food when combined. 100% recommended for anyone who is considering.

If there was a 10 star rating we would give it, we were the only two people at tasting.Paulo is very friendly and we did have Elizabeth as a translator. We 6 cheeses and 6 wines which Paulo knew a lot about all of them. He also gave us a try of paella which was yum. If you like cheese or wine this is a must do experience. What a fun and tasty experience! I learned so much about the regions of Spain, their cheeses and wines. The pairings were delicious and well matched. I'm only sorry I could buy just one bottle of the wines I tasted (I was leaving the next day and already packed). I heartily recommend this experience. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable. And the location was just minutes from my hostel! The next time I am in Spain I look forward to the paella experience!

This was a fantastic experience. Elizabeth, Javier and his brother, cheese and wine expert, Paulo, were phenomenal hosts. We had 4 selections of cheeses, each paired with a wine. As expected, the cheese selection included a manchego, but it was fresh and vibrant, and the other cheese were outstanding. Our hosts brought our 4 bottles of wine that were paired to the cheeses, all outstand, and at least 2 that are not available outside of Spain. They topped it off with an aperitif and a toast. We were delighted with the experience and cannot recommend them more highly. What a wonderful way to learn about the food and cultures of the different regions of Spain. We will come back for another class the next time we are in Madrid.

For our first day in Madrid we had booked this event. We met both Paulo and Marcos the two owners and they were very welcoming and friendly from the very first moment. We felt like meeting old friends. They showed great knowledge about the wines and cheeses from different regions in Spain. They presented them in a very relaxed way, just as if you were talking to friends! We highly recommend this activity, If you have more days in Madrid why not also try their Paella activity! Gracias amigos!🇪🇸

HOLA ~ We did, indeed, enjoy the Spanish wine and cheese tasting hosted by MARCOS. He was a knowledgeable - and affable! - host who never made us feel like rubes 🙂 The wines were each unique in their taste and even more so when paired with specific cuts of cheese. We learned which regions of Spain each hailed from and why those areas were prominent to their taste. When our experience concluded, we purchased a bottle of AURORA D'Espiells 2022, went back to the hotel, ordered a culinary cheese plate and practiced whatever we could recall 😉
