Guide Khan was excellent, knowledgeable and funny. Covered a lot of ground in one day but kept the tour moving and informative. Lunch was excellent as well. Highly recommend this tour.

Kahn and Flora were wonderful guides who maintained their high energy, efficiency, impressive knowledge of history with good humor. Excellent value for this long 12+ hour adventure which visited 3 gorgeous cities. Much ground covered quickly but very well by our guides , Good balance of time allocated to each city. Highly recommend the 3-city tour. Adding the walled city of Avilla to our trip was well worth the extra time and supplemental cost . Lunch is optional which we appreciated as we preferred to spend that time exploring the city and to find a more private eating venue. AWESOME DAY! Thank you, Kahn and Flora - Amigo Tours, you have excellent guides! Value them! They provided us with an epic day!!
Having the opportunity to visit three spectacular towns with so much history was an amazing experience. Toledo with its views, Segovia with the aqueduct, and Avila with the walls are places that no one can skip it. Our tour guide, Flor, was very knowledgeable and charismatic. Yosmani was such a great bus driver. Kudos to Han that told us the story of the monastery of Santa Teresa. This trip is a must to do when you're visiting Madrid!
Kan and Flor were excellent. Kan that was our guide throughout the day made the experience fun and exiting. He is very patient, approachable and really enjoys sharing his personal stories with us as well as pictures he took during his personal visits. I would repeat this again when I come back to Madrid and I would for sure recommend it to others. Thank you so much Kan for making this day remarkable.
Flor & Han were excellent guides and they told us everything we needed to know in each visit to a city 100% recommend
Han and Flo was amazing , Han keep the group a live well informed both was amazing . if i ever do this tour again I would difinetly as for them Superb🙏🏽❤️
It was a very long day yet wonderful & well worth getting up so early!
I really can’t recommend this tour. I should’ve known better when I booked it when the travel time approaches the time at the destinations, I should know better than take the tour. The bus was uncomfortable, particularly after the fourth hour. The guide was unable to control the group, and so as he was giving his lecture on the areas that we were going to the noise in the bus from people talking were extremely bothersome. I didn’t hear half what he said. We were really rushed through the beautiful city of Toledo. I wish we could’ve gone into the cathedral. I will say that lunch in the military museum cafeteria was very good. The Tour of Segovia was just odd. After viewing the aqueduct, we had 40 minutes of free time to see Segovia. Unfortunately, we didn’t have guidance about how long it was going to take to get to our reassembly destination. I really think the 40 minutes was just because the guide had nothing to say about Segovia, but needed us to walk through the town to get to the beautiful cathedral . This is a classic check the box tour. We think that when we’re in Madrid, we need go to Toledo and Segovia, and this does get you to those two sites. I will say that the tour guide was a really nice person, he really doesn’t deserve a bad review. It’s just that the tour is not set up for success.
We had a great time visiting Toledo & Segovia. Wonderful experience & budget friendly. Awesome!!!
An excellent tour thanks to our guide Flor, our driver Jasmin, and the beautiful weather we had. Two amazing and different cities in Spain you shouldn't miss. One recommendation - clients should know in advance that lunch in Toledo means not seeing the city. Food or one hour in Toledo, not and. Thanks again, Flor and Jasmin.
The experience itself is good, guide and driver very polite and friendly. The downside is that we had to do a long walk to get onto the bus, during the tour there’s no much time for photos and little time when visiting the castles and cathedral, we only had 15-20min in each place, which is not enough. I felt like we did everything in such a hurry.
It was a very good experience with our guide, she was very nice and kind
Florence was a fantastic guide, her knowledge was great. Josman our driver was also fantastic. I would highly recommend
Good experience ! I recomande to others to go
Excellent day out. A couple oflong bus rides, would have preferred a comfort stop. The sights and sounds were terrific, as were the tour guides
Had an incredible day trip to Toledo and Segovia! Everything was seamlessly organized from start to finish. Our tour guide, Khan, was absolute gold—super informative, engaging, and genuinely funny. He kept the history interesting and the whole day stress-free. Highly recommend this tour if you're looking to visit both cities in one day!
Our guide Costas was very good. He did not rush us. This is the best way to see these UNESCO heritage sites in short time
Wonderful experience. Be prepared it is a LONG day but definitely do-able. Seeking all 3 cities that are all different with so much to see and wonderful picture opportunities. I did the all inclusive package which k didn’t realize included lunch. I wasn’t crazy about that when I found out on the trip because I’m a vegetarian but the restaurant in Segovia ( I think was Beradino) was AMAZING!!! It’s the staff. They are so friendly and it is a true “Spanish meal”. When they found I was a vegetarian they offered em so many different options. They were also heavy on the wine. Khan was out guide, he did an amazing job and explaining and keeping us on schedule. Not too fast… and it too much over explaining. There are plenty of places to go the bathroom and to grab something to eat. The bus is not new new but has a USB charger.
Very enthusiastic energetic tour guide!
JJ is a great guide. He explains everything clearly and told us many historical stories about Spain. We stopped at 3 different cities, Toledo, Segovia and Avila. It’s a long day but JJ kept us engaged the whole time. The tour is well worthed.
JJ is one of the best tour guides my wife and I have had. You could hear how much he loved the history of Toledo and Segovia in the way he told their stories. His enthusiasm was infectious, and we found ourselves wanting to know more about the places we were seeing. What we’ll remember most is his warmth. We felt welcome from the start, and we really appreciated how hard he worked throughout the day to make it enjoyable for us. Amigo Tours Madrid is lucky to have him. If you’re booking this day trip, I’d happily recommend asking for JJ. I hope many more travellers get to see these cities with him. Thank you, JJ!
Was just phenomenal. JJ was very good at his job, very informative and has good humour. Seen a lot during the tour. Would recommend JJ 100%
I booked a day trip (3places) a day before. Guide JJ was very interactive guide to explain the historical background (which I loved) and very good time management. Definitely worth the money, time (despite my leg was tired on walking the whole day 🤭).
Meeting point is far away from the tour bus Not a good idea for people with walking difficulty One of my headset can not hear anything but without replacement on the go
Alex was amazing. He definitely took the tour to the next level with his precise histories and also sense of humor! Would highly recommend him.
It was really nice specially the tour guide Mr Khan, he was fabulous. An excellent tour guide! He made the entire experience enjoyable and engaging, never allowing us to get bored, while providing detailed and fascinating information throughout the tour. His knowledge, storytelling skills and friendly approach made history come alive. Highly recommended!
Great experience, this tour was a very good way to visit both cities and our guide Alex gave us very useful information. Totally recommend it!!
The tour was awesome, the cities very beautiful and our guide was amazing. I totally recommend this tour to enjoy both Toledo and Segovia.
A very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive guide. He provided us with interesting information and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommended, Alex!
Very nice cities and good organized trip !!!
Alex was kind and really esaustive on the explanation. I think we spent not enough time in both places, and everything was too fast, but maybe this depends on the time-schedule. But I recommend this tour to have a first view of two beautiful cities.
Other than the long walks that is normal in this type of visits eveything was ok. Khan is Very enthusiastic guide with a lot of stories to share
Enjoyed our day with Khan. Kept the day lively with fun, facts and a bit of sarcasm. Happy that we stuck to the schedule and others in the tour were respectful of that. Enjoy learning the history and interesting facts during the day.
Very good. I recomend it! Very good guides, times is ok, organized.
Great tour. Nice free time. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Beautiful places to visit. The bus was a little old so it didn't have any charging points but the tour is a great value for the money.
This is a very active tour. Our guide Kostas was great. He was very knowledgeable on the Spanish history regarding the two sites we visited. I really appreciate the new sound technology they use to stay connected to the guide, small, sleek and they work very well. The bus was very comfortable, which is good because there is a 2 hour drive between the two cities.
A huge thank you to our driver, Antonio, for his outstanding work, professionalism, and for making the entire journey safe and comfortable. Special thanks to our fantastic guide, Khan, for creating such a wonderful, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire excursion. We learned so many interesting new things, discovered beautiful places, and had an unforgettable experience! I will definitely recommend this tour to all my friends, especially with such an incredible guide as Khan. I truly hope I’ll have the opportunity to explore more amazing places with him in the future. Thank you both for an unforgettable experience! ❤️
I thought the guide was very nice, but he walked way too fast not considering who some of his patrons were. The Toledo trip was much too steep and strenuous for many people. I thought Segovia was very interesting, wouldn't recommend a trip back to Toledo. Did I hear you talking to people?
A great tour with a very knowledgeable and helpful guide. Both Toledo and Segovia were lovely old towns to visit with lots of history. Our walking tours went through all the historical parts and we visited churches and a castle. Also had a little bit of free time to buy souvenirs.
It was a comfortable bus ride from Madrid to Toledo and then Segovia. Loved our guide Gabby. She was very knowledgeable and made the experience memorable. The lunch at Saint Bernardino was delicious.
The walks are long and often quite steep. Toledo is visually pretty as you approach it, but really not particularly attractive once you're in the city itself. Segovia was a much better experience. In fact, I I'd skipped Toledo all together.
Definitely worth the money and our tour guides, Carla and Kosta were great! If you plan on going, you eat lunch in Toledo so look up restaurants before you get there so you know what you want to eat and have time.
Enrique was an awesome guide, way way better than Juan Carlos honestly. Thanks Enrique, great experience Tour was well organized , reasoble depth, I could have digested more depth though
Enrique was enthusiastic, helpful and very informed about his tour locations. He previewed every aspect of the trip before arrival by bus, answered any historical questions we had and tried to handily kept our group of 30 happy and on time. I give him 5 stars!
Very interesting and well explained
Khan, our guide, was awesome. We/he covered three unique cities in one (bit of a long) day. He kept us moving, interested, and together (any one of which was a major achievement). It was a remarkable day.
Overall a good tour, guides were knowledgeable, gave good descriptions of what we were seeing and interacted well with the group answering questions and giving directions. Transportation and organization was well done. The tour title indicates there is a lunch, but really there is a time period where everyone can get their own lunch if so desired, a meal is not included as part of the tour. We thought the experience was a good value.
Amazing experience, we went in October temperature was perfect, lunch was good and very filling. Javier Cima was excellent we did the tour in English but you have the option to do it Spanish. The views and sites are like nothing we have seen in Spain we did the full tour with lunch.
Overall, it was a great experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations throughout the tour. One thing worth mentioning is that visiting two major attractions in a single day can feel a bit rushed. If you prefer exploring at a slower pace and taking more time to appreciate each place, I would recommend splitting them into two separate days. Toward the end of the tour, I almost got lost and missed the bus, but our guide was incredibly patient and helpful. She took the time to explain the directions clearly through WhatsApp, and thanks to his assistance, I managed to catch the bus on time! Really appreciated his professionalism and dedication. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Flor was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. Sights were lovely and we saw a lot of the highlights in both cities. Lots of walking so wear comfortable shoes….I logged over 14k steps. Rather large tour group but the earbuds helped a great deal.
