Our family had a wonderful time with Benja. He took us through the streets of Madrid and stop at all the nicest advantage points to take photos! Which was an additional bonus as we didn't need to ask anyone to take photos of us! The quality of the pictures are so good!! And we will cherish for a lifetime! Thank you! We had a wonderful 3 hours with Benjamin this morning. Fun to ride through Retiro park, jump on side streets and hit the Gran Via. Great bikes and perfect amount of history and information.

Benja was an excellent guide and very accommodating. He is very personable and knows a lot about the Madrid. His English is very good and he can also do the tour in Spanish as necessary. He was very safe on the road and knows them very well to make it safe and comfortable for everyone. Aside from the bike experience his photos are also so good and he knows exactly where to take them and gives you tips on posing. This was one of the best bike ride experiences I have had in a city by far - definitely add it to your list!

What an amazing way to spend the morning. Benja was brilliant, calm and I learned so much Madrid, it was super interesting. I was nervous about going on my own too but Benja made sure we were all good. Added to that the photos he took were incredible!! Couldn’t recommend it enough, thanks Benja!!

This was the best part of our trip Bengi was amazing he was so kind and patient I hadn't rode a bike in probably 18-20 years granted this was an e bike but you still have to peddle 😆 Bengi took his time I felt like I was hanging out with an old friend the best part is you get to see Madrid we went to so many different parts of the city and he was so knowledgeable....and when our tour was over he took the time to recommend places for us to go and get gifts for our family back home restaurants were we could get wonderful tapas if your ever going to do a tour of Madrid I highly recommend going with Bengi not to mention the pictures were beautiful... you'll leave Madrid feeling like you made a new friend 🥰❤️

If you are going solo, book with him. he is nice and very knowledgable. great guy! do recommend to take that optional electric bike,apparantly, they do have hills in madrid haha😭

An absolutely wonderful experience! Benja is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about Madrid. Even though I was the only guest, he followed the full tour and made sure I had an amazing experience despite the fact that my cycling skills are far from good 😂 (still, if you've never ridden a bike before, I'd advise to be careful as you'll be riding in the city).The bikes were comfortable, the stories about the city were fascinating and he even took fantastic photos without me having to ask! would happily do this tour again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. Benjamin is the man! … We had a fantastic bike tour in Madrid! Benja was incredibly knowledgeable about Madrid’s history and shared fascinating stories and insights throughout the tour. He was also very friendly, engaging, and made the experience even more enjoyable. We visited many of the city’s most popular landmarks while also discovering unique spots we never would have found on our own. The guide even took beautiful photos of us during the ride, which was a wonderful bonus. The ride was about 5 miles and there were a couple of hills but very manageable. If that sounds challenging get the e-bike options for a couple Euros more to make the ride comfy. This tour was the perfect combination of sightseeing, history, and light exercise. We learned so much, saw amazing places, and had a great time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I did the bicycle tour with Benja in early May. I recommend Benja highly for a few reasons: 1. His service and attention was outstanding and he was very careful with the traffic. 2. His tours are small group. I believe the maximum is 8 people. In our case there were only 4. We passed another bike tour which must have had over 20 people which is difficult to manage. 3. Benja takes photos of and for his customers at every stop. This is a big added value. Five stars!

Me and my friends spent a day with Benja on his bike tour and had a great time. He showed us all around the town and everything! The photos he took were great and the bikes were super easy to use as they were electric and new. I could not recommend it enough to anyone who is coming to Madrid, 5 stars!

Benjamin was a fantastic guide. All the stops on the tour were very interesting and he took amazing photos of us along the way. I am writing this from a coffee chop he recommended after the tour which is also fantastic. Highly recommended.

My wife and I take a bike tour at each new( and some repeat) destination. Our tour with Benja was far and away one of the best. Communication was easy and frequent with clear instruction s on our meeting spot. The bikes were in very good condition with a lot of pep and comfortable seats. We had landed in Madrid 4 hours prior to this, so it was important to get moving but also be comfortable and we were! Benja is a good story teller and made sure we had enough time at each place while keeping engaged with little bits of trivia. Despite construction and it being the marathon weekend, we felt safe and there was minimal biking in traffic( though there are bike lanes and Madrid is very safe about bike and pedestrian safety). I would not hesitate to take this tour again and highly recommend. also, you book with Benja. you get Benja, this is a real person who loves his city and wants to share it with people, not a giant tour company moving you along on a conveyor belt. I made the mistake of eating before the tour and didn't have enough of an appetite, but the tapas at the end were plentiful and tasty.

Benja is delightful, the electric bikes are new, and the photos he takes are excellent. At the end of the tour, we went for tapas at a restaurant for locals. The food was delicious and varied. Another great point: there were only six of us with the guide, so I can say it felt like a very personalized experience.

It was amazing—we really enjoyed it as a family. I highly recommend it. It was the best experience we had in Madrid. When we arrived at the meeting point, Benja already had all our electric bikes ready (they’re brand new!). The pace of the tour is perfect—not too fast, not too slow. It strikes just the right balance between the introductions at each stop and the photos he takes with his professional camera, which are excellent. The morning was a bit chilly, so we took a break for a coffee in a lovely place. At the end of the tour, we went for tapas at a very authentic restaurant, mostly frequented by locals. The tapas were varied and plentiful. All in all, the experience is worth every euro. Thank you very much, Benja!!

This was one of the highlights of our Madrid trip. Benja is a sweetheart who clearly loves his city and his job, I believe it’s his own little company and it shows because he takes every care to make sure you have the best time. The bikes were in good nick - we had regular ones although he also has the pedal assist ones. Even at 55 I managed to keep up with no issues, (two hills kinda kicked my ass though…) I chose Benja’s tour because it looked like it was private (it was) and because of the great reviews. He advertises that he takes pics of you along the way but we didn’t need that. Well we did ask if he could help us reenact the pic we have of our son proposing to his now wife when they were in Madrid a few years back. He figured out the exact park and even the exact place that they did it. Like I said, he goes above and beyond. He also sent us a list of places to seek out in our own time which was a nice touch. Great tip of his - avoid the roust trap xxx and go to xxx

Benja did an amazing job of showing us Madrid! We had a group of 7 where many of us had not been on a bike in 10+ years, he made us feel comfortable and worked at a pace that was great for all of our ages. Benja was the best and most friendly guide! Benja had great electric bikes and guided us safely through beautiful Madrid. We saw all the highlights and had a nice coffee at a local bar with Benja. We booked a tour of Madrid with Benja. We started the tour even though there was rain in the forecast but could not complete it due to very heavy downpour. Benja spent two hour with us while we were waiting for the storm to pass. He asked a friend to bring us rain ponchos so we can get back to base without getting completely soaked, since it kept on raining for a long time. Benja offered to reschedule or to refund the cost of the tour. Sadly, we could not reschedule so they refunded the cost. Communication with him was excellent and the company is very ethical and professional in the way they do business. In the time we spent with Benja, he provided excellent information about Madrid and took a few pictures of us. I would definitely recommend his company and would book another tour if we return to Madrid!

We had a wonderful bike tour with our fabulous guide. Benja! We opted for the e bikes and that was a great decision on a warm summer day. The majority of the trip is very flat, but the e bikes just gave that little boost whenever needed. We had so many scenic stops and Benja provided us with many historic details. If you want to cover a ton of Madrid in a short time, this is the tour for you. Along the way, Benja took many wonderful photos which were included in the tour cost. To top off the tour, we enjoyed many tasty tapas with the group: Spanis omelette, paella, olives and toast with olive oil, fresh tomato and ham I highly recommend this bike tour as it was a highlight of our trip thus far!

My wife and I booked this bike/photo tour with Benja after doing a similar tour in Barcelona. This was well worth the money and time. He took us to the main Madrid sites and took great photos. I highly recommend you do this bile tour at the beginning of your Madrid tour; this way you can decide where you might want to spend more time later. Also, I was initially thinking about doing a tuktuk tour instead; we are so glad we didn’t! All the tuktuks we saw were iust in a hurry, trying to get out of the way of cars. They really cant stop and let you enjoy your tour. On the other hand, Benja gave us plenty of time at each site and talked to us about the importance of each place. Also, we didn’t paying a bit more for the electric bikes, which was the best decision. There are quite of few somewhat hilly streets in Madrid, so it was nice not having to physically stress ourselves out, which the made the tour more enjoyable. 100% recommend!

This was by far my groups favorite thing we did while in Spain, and we covered a lot of ground. Benja is awesome and funny and a great photographer. Also he sends u the pics immediately after the excursion is over. Having the e-bikes is awesome you can adjust speeds and it makes it possible to cover a lot of ground in a little time.
