Tour was excellent However , Madrid is quite hilly , think without electric bikes would have been proper hard work in the sun Am trip was cancelled and had to come back pm I’d get a refund Really enjoyed it guide was excellent
Brilliant way to take in the city over a short time. So enjoyed being guided around and learning bits and pieces about Madrid. I was concerned about riding in the heat but I was actually cooler when we were riding with the breeze! I was poorly one day and the team were kind enough to push my booking to the next day
The e-bikes were of poor quality and not very comfortable. Our guide was enthusiastic but not very knowledgeable about the sites. They provided only a cursory explanation of how the bikes worked and didn't take time to make sure everyone's seat height was properly adjusted. I've been on other bike tours that were much better and cost about the same
We had a very knowledgeable tour guide. Our only suggestion would be a way to better project her information to the group, we had a larger group and at times it was hard to hear everything Overall lots of fun
Our tour was fantastic, mostly because of our wonderful guide, Paloma. She was funny, knowledgeable, and welcoming. This was an awesome way to see the city!
Such a great way to see Madrid. Pablo was a great tour guide. Very patient. If you think you might find it difficult with some of the hills - I'd recommend an electric bike.
Myself and my partner opted for the bike tour which was highly recommended as it was our first time in Madrid. It lived up to all expectations with lots of historical and restaurants recommendations for our stay. Our guide was so informative and knowledgeable. He was really patient and had lots of food and attractions lined out for us at the end. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stephen & Evelyn
Hey there, we did the tour recently and have been really happy about. It has given us an excellent overview and a few uncommon insights too. We highly recommend the office and instructor Gloria. Un saludo! David
Great way to visit Madrid and its landmarks. I liked very much the itinerary, the chosen stops and the information provided by Gloria, the guide. By El Retiro the clouds vanished and the blue sky accompanied us during the rest of the tour. I doff my hat to the guide and the organization. Ole!!
Great idea. Good for all ages. Best way to see the city. Informative, flexible and fun. Louis is a fantastic tour guide! Thank you!
We wanted to see as much of Madrid as possible in an afternoon but walking tours which we have done previously would limit our scope so booked this up and wow what a great decision! Javi was our guide and had a great combination of knowledge and humour to make the 3 hours fly by! We saw so much and with only gradients as opposed to hills we didnt finish saddle sore, although some of those cobbled streets clearly weren't made for bikes! Using cycle lanes and back streets in the main we didn't encounter too much traffic although we did choose a Sunday. We would thoroughly recommend both this tour and Javi !
I thought I've seen everything there is to see in Madrid until I went on tour with Borja. I would recommend this for those who have seen most of Madrid but would like to see it from different vantage points which is great if you like photography. Borja was also such a good tour guide, besides knowing so much about history, he also had a lot of interesting knowledge and trivia that we appreciated.
It was raining but impossible to move this Tour so we did... And we don't regret Juan, I think it's his name has been great attentive listening and very patient ... It was excellent thank you very much. Joelle Bernard and Florian
Unfortunately nothing corresponds has what is reported on the tour description. Started 40 minutes late as the guide showed up half an hour after the appointment indicated. I asked for a guide in Italian but it was not there. I saw a very small part of what I thought I would see choosing this tour over others. They told me for because of a demonstration you could not cross the city and showed us other local beauties. All nice places to admire me not what I wanted.
