We loved our electric bikes. We spent over 2 hours riding them in the park. It was super easy to rent bikes and ride them around.

Very easy process and bikes were a fun way to see the city. The battery easily lasted all day. You should do it.

Very friendly staff (they can’t be from Madrid? ;-) . Explained us how to get along in this not for bycicles prepared city. Have found the bicycle lanes as recommended and had very good e-bikes for a moderate price.

Trixi bikes has a very friendly staff and rents out decent bikes. We had a small problem with one of the bikes and it was changed within 15 minutes( at the other side of the town). Did a 25 km tour, batteries lasted well!

The owner, Michal, was very nice and very accommodating. He delivered e-bikes for my wife and I to our hotel and returned to pick them up after our one day rental. The e-bikes were in great condition and we did not have any problems with the bikes. We highly recommend Trixi Madrid to anyone looking for a great experience exploring Madrid by e-bike. We have booked e-bikes again in October when will stop in Madrid again for 2 nights on our way home from our 45 day trip to Europe.

A fantastic way to see Madrid, and the various suggested routes for the self-guided tour, via the Trixi website, were excellent. The pick-up and drop-off of our e-bikes took only a few minutes, including instruction on how to operate (very simple). And we were given panniers and handlebar phone mounts for use, free of charge.

No doubt, renting a Trixi bike is the best way to know the streets and the parks (Retiro, Parque del Oeste, Madrid Rio, Juan Carlos I...) of Madrid. The city bike was in perfect shape and the service was fantastic. The owner (always available!) is easily reachable on WhatsApp. I will use a Trixi bike next time I visit Madrid, that's for sure!

The electric bikes we rented were in very good condition and allowed us to go around Madrid 67 km. Very welcome and helpful recommendations.

We had reserved 2 e-bikes for a day on the homepage initially. Pick-up in the store was then totally straightforward. We will certainly use this distributor again the next time we visit Madrid.

Together with my girlfriend two electric bikes rented today. It was a very nice experience and we were able to discover the city even better. The bikes were very good. They have good suspension, a long range and they are pre-set to the right height by the landlord. Top experience!
